The Pot Pourri spaghetti was both colorful and flavorful. The sauce was not too dry or watery.Loaf of bread was a tad bit too dry but it’s not the main course so I’ll let it slide.Perhaps it was the dressing but the salad wasn’t very tasty to me. I think it was ranch dressing but I should have asked if caesar dressing was available.The Masterpiece Milkshake was thick, tasty and not too sweet.Server was new, still in training but definitely provided good service. It never felt like we were forgotten.Seating could feel a bit tight if you are a large individual. There is a bar if you prefer that.Staff were wearing masks.

Was wanting some spaghetti but not wanting to make it myself. This restaurant is in the chandler mall shopping center. Its a nice restaurant and incredible staff. I was seated right away and the waiter was very attentive. I ordered calamari and traditional spaghetti with added meatballs. The meatballs were amazing and the spaghetti was good as well. The calamari was great. To say the least everything I ordered tasted great. The salad was probably the only thing I wasnt to fond of. Ice cream was included at the end. Great experience overall.

Love the old spaghetti factory!!! Everything is always good here - extremely underrated place. I usually share with my partner - we share the chick parm, Caesar salad, and the pistachio cherry icecream. With the starter bread everything is plenty for both of us. We always drink the Sangria very good!! Highly recommend this restaurant.

We attended a Murder Mystery Who Done It play there and it was most enjoyable😃. We laughed a lot and tried to figure out who did the deed. The food was tasty and the service was very good. This location was very well laid out and nicely appointed. It is definitely worth checking out 👍👍👍👍

I love this place. the bread is always so good, soup and salad amazing, main meal has never let me down, and the ice cream is so yummy. service is always so attentive and kind and fast which is appreciated, especially with how busy they can be. they and the rest of the staff works hard and does their best and that is something my boyfriend and i notice every time we come. its our go-to for a date-night dinner and i could actually swallow the bread whole literally just the entire bread loaf down my throat. also every Spaghetti Factory in the nation is haunted i can feel it. Thanks for the great food and amazing service and wonderful atmosphere!

Came in last night (07/24 @ 8 pm) with my daughter and we were immediately greeted and seated by a friendly host. Our server was very nice, professional, and fast. She knew a lot about the menu and helped us with our selections, as we had not been there in years. Our food was perfect in timing, presentation, and taste. I was really impressed with the pasta itself, as it was cooked with precision. The homemade sauce is good and their bread was piping hot and fresh. When I got the bill, I was expecting it to be much more expensive, considering all that we had, which included amazing Tiramisu for desert, but it was at least $40 less than my expectation. Overall, this was a great experience. I highly recommend trying this place out. We will definitely be going back.

My first time at any old spaghetti restaurant the inside is beautiful. I was very pleased with the food. I was impressed with gluten free options as well. The host was beyond accommodating and very sweet. She even let us view the private event rooms. I now want to have an event there for a baby shower. I love it very much and I recommend it to anyone looking for an Italian restaurant in the area or any pasta lover!!

Food was bearable, however service was not. Our server checked on us multiple times but seemingly for no reason other than to say he did. Forgot a cup of ice but did bring it after being reminder after taking food order. Server absolutely did not want to get an ice tea refill after seeing the clearly empty cup and then being asked. After some time passed, got up and asked another staff member who said “sure” and continued to focus on setting tables for a totally dead restaurant. Server continued not to bring a refill, after two more table touches to ask to clear our dinner plates while we were still attempting to eat but not clearing the obviously finished soup and salad plates. Server dropped a tea off finally, and I’ll say some manners or a quick apology for the wait would go a long way, unfortunately not the case here. After asking for the check, and very clearly ready to leave, he proceeded to ask if we were interested in Spumoni. What?Still charged for the tea, dropped the run check off with no pen, luckily had one on me so we didn’t have to wait any longer. On the way out, of the eight or so young adults working, got a less than enthusiastic “have a good day” from one.Nobody in this place seems to care at all. Mediocre food is tolerable with good service. The experience here could’ve been totally different with a simple acknowledgment, apology, manners, or even anyone acting like we were customers of the place.Never been before, Not coming back, Would not recommend.

Spaghetti factory is not the same anymore. Is there a new owner for this chain? The lasagna had almost no meat and smothered in too much tomato sauce. Tasted mostly like noodles and sauce. The salad seemed like mostly ends of lettuce. No eggplant parmesan. This food tasted like the dominoes pizza version of spaghetti factory...blah...less now but same price. Really disappointed. Definitely not an experience anymore.

Now this is one of my favorite restaurants in the world, simple food extremely pleasurable! The spaghetti with mizithra cheese and browned butter is in my opinion one of the most delicate pasta dishes Ive ever had and will have again. Wait staff is very tolerant, understanding and professional. I started eating at the Old Spaghetti Factory when I was working in St Louis since then I have been to their restaurants in California and Arizona. And did I forget to mention you also get a scoop of either vanilla or spumoni ice cream for dessert! You cannot do much better then this fine establishment!

This place is clean and dim a good place for a date. I ordered the meat lovers treat it was spaghetti with meat sauce two meatballs and a whole Italian sausage very tasty. My wife ordered spaghetti with meatballs and we had the cheesy garlic bread amazing. I would definitely come back

To be honest, I will say that the food was good. We each had different plates and the minestrone soup was excellent.The service however was dismal! The hostess station had some calamity seating us, and we stood there a long time as they sorted it out. We were seated and nobody came. After 20 minutes of talking with not even a glass of water, three of our group decided to leave and eat mall food. My wife went back to the front to let them know we were there. The server was aware that we had been forgotten, and you would think that she would make some effort to make up for it, but she didnt.We ordered three plates that included bread and she commented it was all you can eat bread but not all you can eat soup or salad (weird she said that), but they brought just one small loaf which we ate before the soup arrived, and they never brought more. Others brought our food out, gave the wrong plates to the wrong people, did not offer bread, drink refills, or to bus any dishes. We finished and the table was cluttered with dirty dishes and empty water glasses, so it wasnt comfortable to stay and talk or relax so we left immediately and not one staff we passed as we left offered any sort of salutation. I wonder were their manager was last night.This was embarrassing because it was my recommendation to go here. I havent been to an Ole Spaghetti Factory for years, and never to this one but I talked it up from past experiences. I apologized to the group for a disappointing experience.

Nothing wrong with the service. Came for lunch on a Wednesday. The place was dead, that should have been my first clue. Ordered the lunch special. The salad was obviously from a bag, placed in a bowl and set in the fridge until served. It was limp and blah… The bread has a funky taste to it. I understand it’s sourdough, or maybe not, but it tasted like it. For the main course I had the Mizithra Cheese and Browned butter pasta. I seriously thought the cheese was plastic and my noodles were swimming in butter. I could only get down about three bites. 🤢 Won’t ever go here again.

The service and the food were incredible! I was able to get right in! For a little over $20 per person you get a 3 course meal plus a loaf of fresh baked bread.

I mean the flavor was great but the service wasn’t and I was mostly disappointed with the portions for the price.

We were seated with a larger group in the banquet room. The service was excellent and Bobby did a great job keeping the food and drinks coming. For the price, the food portions and 3 course meal is a good value, well likely be coming back.

Great food! Loved the decor and the ambiance. Brought our son, daughter-in-law, and two grandkids for dinner on a Sunday night. The only reason I can’t go 5 stars was our server. Charlie had zero personality. He never so much as cracked a smile during our time there. He actually hit one of the grandkids in the hand as he was passing out plates and said nothing... and when he brought the bread to the table he set it and the knife that comes with it right in front of a four year old!!! We didn’t let him impact our good time, but he definitely didn’t add to it either. We’ll be going back and hope for a better server. I would recommend making a reservation.

It was our first time eating at The Old Spaghetti Factory. Our server Liam was great! He visited our table shortly after we were seated and our order came out quick and delicious. If you have kiddos, I highly recommend the Cotton Candy Limeade drink. It was a favorite by my 10 year old daughter. If we visit the Phoenix/Chandler area in the future, I’m sure we will be stopping by again.

What are you to do when a Mizithra cheese craving hits? Sure, you could take your chances that the local grocery store has it but thats a shaky bet at best. But I can confirm that the Old Spaghetti Factory has it in strong supply and are generous when serving it with the spaghetti with browned butter.If youve never tried it, its a salty sheeps milk cheese that kinda reminds me of a sharper parmesan. The flavor is unique though and it doesnt have many if any imitators.The other element here is the browned butter, which imparts a rich nuttiness to the salty cheese and I could smell it before it hit the table. It was perfection.My dad got the lasagna and added a pair of Italian sausages and said the meat sauce was one of the best ones hes had in a long time. My sister got the jumbo crab ravioli and really enjoyed it.Our server was good and was generally on top of what we needed like refills.I can confirm we will return.

Nostalgic Bliss. From the fresh bread all the way to the end and its SPUMONI TIME!!!!!!! Spinach Tortellini is my all time favorite and then the Mizithra and Browned butter....yummy

We love OSF and have been eating there since my wife and I were kids in the 70s and 80s. The food is comforting and we have our delicious favorites like the mizithra and brown butter on anything🤩, creamy pesto dressed salad, meatballs, fettuccine alfredo, chicken parm and, of course, neopolitan ice cream. Not quite the bargain it used to be but OSF is worth it for special or not-so-special occasions.

A horrible experience. Bad service and the food mirrored the service. It took forever to get greeted and then to get our order taken. Then it took forever to get a simple side salad that looked like it came from a bag and the expiration date was today. Also, the salad dressing was wrong and the bread without butter. When we pointed it out to the waitress she acted surprised. I don’t know why since….she was the one who brought it to the table!!! None of our stomachs felt right after.

Had a reservation for 5, no where waiting for us, then set at a table with 6 place settings, had to request that the server take the 3xtra one. Reservation asked if there was a special occasion and we wrote it was my daughters birthday. No one even acknowledged it, even after telling both server and host while there. Food was fair at best. I had 2 bites of mine and couldnt eat more...absolutely terrible, chicken marsalla and cheese noodles on the side. Chicken was hard and flavorless, mushrooms were not good, and the cheese the used on the noodles was a weird texture and flavor. Others had meals that were fair, the old thing that was actually good was the red sauce and the ice cream. Wont go back.

Decor and setting is great but for is highly underseasoned and when it is seasoned its over seasoned very lack luster I will not be going to them in the future thank God I had a coupon or it would of been a rip off

Ive come here a handful of times and still not disappointed Their food is very delicious and fresh. I have tried the tortellini in alfredo which is very filling. Lasagna taste very good as well it is saucy incase your not a saucy person. I have also has the alfredo with chicken and broccoli which is the best!! They are a friendly facility and the interior is very unique and interesting.

Seated right easy, the rest of our party was larger than expected so we had to be moved to a different table. Server was very nice and understanding. Food was served promptly. Loaf of bread did not taste very good but it might depend on preference.

I loved the atmosphere and especially the location of the restaurant. We were seated in the cute trolley and my niece loved it! But the food was only alright. The spinach tortellini had no flavor and the pesto ranch for the salad wasnt flavorful either.

Had a pretty good experience. The building had this faint smell of sewage though, which was a little bit of an appetite killer. We ordered fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. All the entree’s come with bread, and soup or salad, and a scoop of ice cream. And we each got a soda, costing us $26 at the end. We chose the Caesar salad, which was my favorite part, fresh and had good flavor. The bread was good a little difficult to cut though. And the pasta was good too. The service was perfect, she was very friendly and attentive. Couldn’t have asked for a better server! :)

Great and friendly service. As with all spaghetti factories, this one does not disappoint. We were promptly greeted and seated. The atmosphere is great, and its right next to a parking lot, as well as an $8 valet option under the overhang near the mall entrance. Theres plenty to do if you have to wait for a table or walk around the little Park area, which you can see if you sit out on the patio.

Honestly, the first time I came here, the food was pretty great but the waitress we had forgot about us and we ended up with a different waiter. But this last visit, I cannot express how mediocre my entire experience was. I could see pieces of varying sizes of crumbs all over the floor by several tables. My fettuccine was undercooked and cold. The two others with me also had under cooked pastas, one being spaghetti the other being tortellini. The ravioli with one dish smelled fermented, like they used old spinach to stuff them. The cutting board they brought out had what appeared to be dried dough stuck to the bottom which then smeared all over the table. Some of the silverware was dirty and when mentioned I was practically ignored. I did bring all of this up to the manager and she did offer to replace my dish but by this point my appetite was lost. Despite all of these problems only my dish was taken off the bill. I would also like to mention that this place was dead at the time. Having worked as a server myself before I just cannot ignore the experience I had today.

The food was good, hot and fresh!! However our service was horrible. We came here for lunch on a Friday around 2pm, the place wasnt busy at all. The hostess was kind and ended up taking our drink order. Our waitress was very rude and short on any questions we had. She acted as if she didnt want to be there and never came back to top off our drinks. The hostess and bus boy seem to serve our table more than are actual waitress did. Doubt we will come back anytime soon.

Havent been to the Old Spaghetti Factory in a long time. Never been to this location. Man have I been missing out. We were celebrating 3 birthdays in a group of 9 people. Service was outstanding. Some of the best I have ever had. Food was just as great as I remember. Absolutely love it. Going to have to start coming back more often.

I had higher expectations. I checked the menu with my phone and anticipated ordering a meal with beef medallions. The paper menu on the table had no mention of the beef. When we inquired, the waitress thought they were just something for Valentines day, but not available. I had chicken parmigiana, but it wasnt prepared as I expected. Not bad, but I think I would have preferred it being traditional. Spaghetti was good enough, but not great, as one would expect from a place with spaghetti in its name. The Parmesan cheese bread was outstanding, but costly, about twice a fair price. We couldnt know that until it arrived at the table. The free bread that came with the meals was table labor intensive. Very hard to cut and had to be held firmly to safely slice off a piece, due to very hard crust. After discussing the visit, we decided to leave this place off our list of places to go. Sals or Olive Garden are better choices. One other thing. We sat on hard chairs at the table. On the way out, I observed a table with large, upholstered, high backed chairs. While they may have been a little ostentatious in themselves for our group of six, something in between would have been a better choice for comfort. I remarked that I would have really enjoyed being in one of the other chairs. I had never been to this place, or the Phoenix location in all my years of living in the Valley. I saw the sign for the restaurant and suggested it to the group. Some of them were familiar with the Phoenix location, so they liked the idea. Parking is very important to me, because I have a fairly large tow truck that I have to bring to the meets. This place had a location that would have been much better for me to use, but speaking with mall security exposed their lack of logical thought. I could have put the truck in the unused loading zone behind a nearby business, but they told me that i had to stick with the regular parking lot, taking 4 spaces, and having to walk twice as far. I have to use a cane for distances over about fifty feet. Knees and ankles getting old. I had hoped that I would have found someone in security with a modicum of intelligence. Needle in a haystack, though. Not all that much different from the towing industry, but we often have to adapt to a difficult situation. Security guards have far more limited parameters to think about. As such, the very long hike to the restaurant is another negative. Perhaps in a less COVID panicked world, the mall would have transport carts to get handicapped people to business locations, but I couldnt get one for my painful walk. One more reason we have no plans to return.

The restaurant is great. We tried their full course meal combo and the food was delicious. We tried their spinach ravioli, minestrone soup, salad, spaghetti with marinara sauce and chocolate pistachio ice cream. We really enjoyed our food and felt that it was great value for the meal. The internal environment was great for family events, romantic dinner, hanging out with friends and also kid friendly. The menu catered towards both non and vegetarian customers. Will go back again.

If you’re looking for a date night the ambiance in this restaurant is perfect! I went for my 1st time ever and I enjoyed the experience. We were seated fairly quickly although I’m sure this could vary by day, and our waiter greeted us right away. I was impressed that the meal comes with a cute little bowl of ice cream at the end. The meal I ordered was delicious and I would love to try others on the menu. I would eat here again.

Gave this place a chance last night and was very disappointed. They do not follow COVID protocol and its dark and grungy.When our server took our drink order, I asked for a cocktail recommendation and he said he couldnt provide one. Have staff never tried what theyre serving? Or is nothing on the drink menu good? Was very unsure by his answer.Our food was decent, nothing to rave about. I did like that every meal is a 3 course, so bread, soup or salad and a scoop of ice cream is included.After our meal, when our server brought out our ice cream. He set down my fathers and it tipped over onto the table. Our server scooped it back up and placed it in front of my dad, laughed and said I have party tricks. Excuse me? There were bread crumbs and sauce on the ice cream from tipping onto the table and the server still served it. Never apologized or offered to replace it. Disgusting.We were seated in the bar area and the whole time, I couldnt help but notice that the gal tending to to-go orders didnt wear a mask. She would pull it down when she wasnt helping anyone. Every time she went into the kitchen, she pulled her mask down.On our way out of the restaurant, there was a slight view into the kitchen and none of the kitchen staff were wearing masks.Will not go here again for several reasons.

Came here for a friends birthday dinner. Not at all what I was expecting... Another subpar chain restaurant, for the price Id much rather go to Olive Garden. Flavor-wise just didnt really appeal to me, the pasta didnt seem as special as they make it out to be, taste just like any regular store bought pasta.

Finally had a chance to check out the Old Spaghetti Factory in Chandler. I have to give it 4 Stars. The Establishment was nicely decorated and the staff was friendly. The food was decent I had the Chicken Marsala with a side of spaghetti. The spaghetti was a tad bit bland but the chicken was good. Loved the mushroom sauce on the dish. My biggest complaint for this place is the location of the restaurant. Located near a mall, you never can find a place to park especially on the weekends. But I would definitely recommend this place to try at least one time.

I have loved the Old Spaghetti Factory since I was a child. Their food is always yummy and the service is usually great. Our visit to the Chandler location this evening was no exception.I am VERY limited in what I can eat due to a narrowed esophagus. My food needs to be very soft to be able to swallow and not choke. I asked the waiter for very mushy pasta. When they brought the food out the pasta was still pretty al dente for me. The waiter went back to the kitchen to see what they could do. They said that they could leave the noodles boiling in water all day and it wouldnt get much softer but the kitchen said the gluten free noodles tended to be softer. They brought me some of that and it was perfect. They really went above and beyond for something that was absolutely not their fault. The waiter and manager were very apologetic and helpful when they didnt even need to be. When we got the check, they didnt charge for my dinner (almost $20 by itself) or any of our drinks (you know how those add up) which they obviously didnt need to do. We were very thankful and showed it in our tip. This is the kind of restaurant that we wish we could eat at every time we eat out. We will definitely be going back to this location in the future. They did an awesome job. The food was great and the service was great. Thank you OSF!

Pretty bad. The only good thing at this dinner was the cheesy bread. The spaghetti was bland, the sausage and meatballs were hard, the bread was hard.. When I brought it up to our server how I hardly touched it and really disliked it he just asked if we would like boxes 🤷‍♀️ Paid a whopping $56 for food we didn’t eat. Seemed like because it was towards the end of the night they all just wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible which I would understand if it was closing time but it wasn’t.

The server was the quiet competent type, easily deserving of their tip through really excellent, demure service rather than attempting to fake-smile and make inane conversation. Delicious fare and great service.

The broccoli is amazing! So is my lunch sized meat sauce pasta but I literally would return just to eat the broccoli. My husband ordered the cotton candy limeade , its so sweet but yummy. Restaurant is decorated for Christmas and playing Christmas music. Full of charm, were having a fun lunch!

Americanized, bland and basic fare passed off as Italian. No authentic Italian here by a long shot, wine was flat, and dish was carelessly plated and overpriced (for what you get). I had the clam sauce... without clams. Entrance area smelled like sewer and dining area wasn’t much better. Waiter was friendly though.

Had their cheese garlic bread, 3 meatballs, and their berry sangria. Everything was wonderful: prices, food, drinks, atmosphere, and hospitality. I plan on coming back to try their other plates.

Always filling. Good place to take kids. Good for price. Love the warm bread and salad with ranch dressing.

This is my favorite restaurant. I go every year for my birthday and always get the mizithra cheese buttered pasta. Terribly unhealthy, but amazing cheesy, buttery comfort food

Phenomenal team effort the manager helped our server get started as he took care of a large party to make sure we didnt have to sit and wait for drinks and food. The courses were expertly timed and flowed flawlessly one right after the other as we finished.

It was okay the service was decent the food honestly was kind of mediocre I anticipated something better. Best part I had was the calamari. Crab ravioli was okay the sauce was decent but unfortunately it was broken. spinach ravioli was more like a cheese ravioli barely had any spinach flavor to it

The food was just okay chicken was bland I was craving Mcdoanalds after. My noodles were dry almost as if they had been reheated. The wait staff assigned to my table was very pleasant though. Although no one said anything when we left. I was dissapointed at the quality of food for the price. Garlic cheese bread was the best part Id go back just for the bread. I would not ever rush back to this place.

My wife took me here for my first time. It was SO good! I loved the atmosphere and the ambiance. But the star of the night Mizithra Cheese & Browned Butter. Amazing flavor! The drinks were great as well and affordable, we will definitely be back!

Never been inside but always pick up orders ready to go. Very nice people. I would recommend just because the way couriers are treated. Kudos to the bartenders 😉
