Great trucking company. I worked through a broker but once I was assigned, MJ was in contact and was able to pickup the car within 24 hrs. The original estimate was to have my car cross the US from DC to SD in 6 to 9 days. They got it there in 3 days. Devon was awesome and kept me up to date daily. Car arrived as expected, no damage, well handled. They even noticed minor scratches at pickup that turned out to be dirt, but hat attention to detail was well appreciated.Would def recommend them to anyone looking to move. Next time Ill use them no question.

I would use these folks again. My car arrived safely and on time from Arizona to Virginia. No hassles and great customer service! Joanne was easy to deal with. Their contract carrier was great. The driver was friendly and very professional.

Bought a truck in the White mountains of Arizona, which is about 3 hours from any major city. Tried with 3 other car transport companies to get the truck to Florida. Parker was the ONLY one that was truthful with me about moving the truck to Phoenix so that it would be able to be picked up in a timely fashion.The extra parts in the bed made it a challenge as well But Parker Auto Transport got the job done!! I will recommend them and use them for my future Hauling needs . Thanks Again

My phone call with the lady answering the phone was a clinic in bad customer service. Myself and most people have never shipped a car in our lives so ignorance on the subject should be expected... thats why you have customer service. I have a problem and Im looking for a solution.This gals tone was wrong from the get go. Got frustrated with me for not knowing the nuances of things she clearly knows and expects her callers to know. Whoever runs this business clearly hasnt considered the importance of customer service. If Im paying you thousands of dollars for a service, ditch the attitude.

My experience You decide: My experience You decide: Unbeknownst to me Steel Toy Carriers used MJ Parker Trucking to transport my 1967 Shelby GT 500 clone, a $140,000 car, from Lees Summit, MO to Annandale, VA. Ken Currier, Steel Toy Carriers owner, steered me away from other carriers by stating he does not broker out cars like other carriers and has a $2 million carrier insurance policy--best in the industry. This convinced me to use his trucking outfit. However, to my dismay, Steel Toy Carriers did not deliver my car as had been agreed. MJ Parker Trucking delivered the car and damaged the clutch in the process. According to their employee as the driver unloaded my car, a heavy rubber burning odor was coming from the front end of my car. The carrier driver believed the odor was from a burned clutch done by his partner. He hoped that the clutch did not burn too long or too much.My e-mail to Ken Currier complaining about this event remained unanswered until today. Ken Currier baited me and then opted out the job and now it appears has no liability from his mentioned $2 million carrier insurance policy. I am going to have the clutch checked for the extent of the damage and possible replacement.Today July 3rd Ken Courrier by e mail stated that he did not broker the job but gave the complete move to a coop partner as he personally could not. In addition he stated that I could not go legally against his insurance since Not a Steel Toy BOL or a Steel Toy transporter was used. He stated that I refer my claim to MJ Parker.My response to him : I see. You did not notify me in this regard (gave the complete move to a coop partner ) but you did put out there your 2 million insurance policy in the effort to get my business and are now stating it does not apply and led me to believe your company not a coop partner would be doing the job. I consider that a bait and switch tactic.

I used this transport company is 2017 to ship my brand new car from ohio to Las Vegas, I flew my brother in town to pick it up on the day it said it would be delivered and it didnt not arrive until two days later with absolutely no communication or updates from the company. I had to pay 2 extra days for my rental and cancel and rebook my brothers flight on top of the transport cost. Against my better judgement, I decided to contact this company again to ship 2 of my vehicles. I requested a few quotes to weigh my options. Ultimately, I was overcharged and disrespected by the extremely rude owner Joanne Parker. She was incredibly rude even after Ive spent nearly $5k with her company. She then cancelled my payment which is literally UNHEARD OF, and ridiculous outfear that I would dispute the charges (which Ive never done in my life) and now I have to pay cash once my cars are delivered. Mind you she did this AFTER both my cars were picked up, otherwise I would cancel but now my hands are tied and have no option but to pay nearly $3,000 cash on the spot hope I dont get played even more . For this reason I have reported this company to the better business bureau. This is the worst service I have ever received and its truly disappointing. I would highly recommend not using this company. I feel horrible and I truly wish I never used this company.I would highly suggest you use a different company or book directly with the truck drivers and eliminate the middle man and inflated costs all together.Also, if you would like to see how rude the owner Joanne is, I recommend you read her response to the reviews on here... youll get a sense of who you will be dealing with.

Good experience with this company. I was extremely hesitant to have my SUV transported because of a past horrible experience with an auto transport company several years ago. But Joanne was very reassuring and the truck driver they assigned me to showed up on the correct pick up date and even delivered my truck one day earlier than expected.

In spite of being a car guy, Ive never had the occasion to use an auto transport service so this was a first. Part and parcel to it being my first time I naively filled out one of those instant quotes [online] and unwittingly unleashed a tsunami of emails and calls from independent brokers many working from their kitchen, the loo or who knows where else. I can say I started w/ AutoStar who low-balled me to get the order (quoted $600 - then asked for $750); then I learned that much like pork bellies on the commodity exchange, my transaction was on some kind of big board with haulers opting to take it or not. After a week of not and learning Id have to spend more, I canceled that contract out irritation vs. financial reasons and went to the next bidder which was Krystal w/ SunCoast... another lost cause, this time not because of price but because Krystal simply never called back to take the order... this after filling me full of nonsense about finding space for back-hauls, seasonal trends and whatever else she could throw at me. Well, at the end of the day, I had a car to retrieve! So somehow Budget Auto Transport was next in line... Thomas, very polite but asked to put me on hold for just a second... 4 minutes later (try holding for 4 min when you have other important business to do besides give someone an order) he picks up apologizing that my call had gotten lost. Thomas gets a ballpark agreed upon, wants to call me back in 15 minutes... that was (at this writing) a week ago! By now I figure I need to find an owner/operator scenario because these brokers are too busy watching their favorites shows. I discovered Parker Auto Transport and Joanne was fantastic. She got quite a chuckle out of what Id been through, separating the wheat from the chaff, that convertibles automatically default to the top of carriers, that vs. [as I was told] having to pay a premium for the top deck and/or those were premium [and hard to get] spots ... it was a great education and Im hoping to get 3 credits for it! :) Net, we got the deal done, car was picked up the next day [as promised] and Ramon made quicker time out to the East Coast than I think the car he was transporting (a Jaguar) ever will or could have! Joanne, Im pretty busy; the gentleman in Austin [the seller] is very busy and we both appreciate your consideration and getting this straight forward order done in a superb and professional manner! If there were more than 5 stars, you get em!

We have wary bad experience with Parker auto transport inc we did transport for them vehicle from California to Michigan are truck broken down on the road we late them know and because of the delete we give them discount all so and what we get back from negative rives but im in the business since 2008 and i did lot of transport for them in time with no problem and never have problem just one time my truck broken down and we late because of that the kick me from the carrier list now i,m trying to bring my attention to management if there dispatchers don,t know how to handle transport the shod not work there when my truck broken down i late them know right a way and trucks can broke some times and that not men the broker have right to treat as like the don,t know as any more like we never did load for them in car hauling industry we are the one how insure the load not a brokers and we are the one who provide equipment to transport and we are the one who putting life on the road we pay broke down we pay toll road we pay fuel we pay awriting an we are the carriers doing 95% of the transport we handle and you gays siting there and steel complaining again my attentions to management please go back and revive all and remove negative from central thank you
