3 generations of my family have now been with Tammy White’s office. I don’t think we’ll ever use anyone else!!! The service provided by her office is top notch. Rachel has been amazing with assisting me transitioning my insurance to State Farm. There was incorrect information from my previous insurance company and Rachel went above and beyond with offering alternatives to resolve. She was patient, knowledgeable of the process and provided follow ups each step of the way. I expressed I was a prior State Farm client and in her Welcome email, which Im sure is a template, she tailored it to indicate that I was a returning client. Its the small details that stand out the most to me. I have not interacted with Tammy, but judging by her staff (Rachel) I am sure I would receive the same commitment and professionalism! I had been with USAA for a number of years when I met Tammy White the owner of a State Farm Agency. I spoke to her about insurance and realized I needed more than a customer service rep on an 800 number. She immediately looked over my current coverage for personal and business and gave me recommendations to make sure I was properly covered. Because she knows her clients and understands their needs, I completely trust her with her advice. Okay . . . yes, she was competitive too -- but, honestly, it would be to my benefit to pay a little more and have Tammy as my trusted advisor. She is not an 8-5 call center person (not that there is anything wrong with that), she is involved with her clients and knows what it takes to be smartly covered. And, I love that if I have any questions or needs (like when a curb pulled off my cars bumper and didnt need to claim it, but needed to go to someone she trusted) she answered the phone on a Saturday afternoon and knows people in my area. I completely trust and respect that she is always looking out for me. I think she does such a great job that I recommend her constantly. I love that she cares and is there, if needed. I cant say enough wonderful things about Tammy White at State Farm Insurance!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! I moved from Ohio to Arizona in June. I had been with State Farm over 10 years in Ohio and NEVER had any issues. It took 6 weeks to get everything transferred. No one at the office seemed concerned. I offered to make payments and was told not to worry. Then I received a huge bill due to back payments. The staff at the office had no interest in helping me and told me it was my problem. I cancelled my policy immediately. I am still being billed almost 3 months later. I keep getting apologies but nothing is being done.

This is the best State Farm agent around. Veronica in the office is so nice and knowledgeable. My husband loves working with Tammy and has NEVER had a problem. We will always be with State Farm!

I have been insured with State Farm for many years now and with the level of service I receive, I dont forsee myself ever leaving. I moved from Illinois to Arizona in 2018 and I was in touch with this office prior to my move. They informed me that it can take a few weeks to complete the transfer as it has to be initiated & completed by your current agent. No problem! Thanks for the heads up. Just recently I purchased a new car and was quoted and the policy submitted the same day. Super easy and fast. Just today, I called the office and spoke with Amy, as I had questions about my billing for the new auto. I must admit, I was being very thick headed and I was sure a mistake had been made. After about 30 minutes of me complaining that I dont understand xyz, Amy calmly explained the billing to me. I swear, the fog cleared and all I could do was say, omg, I get it THANK YOU! . We shared a laugh about it and she offered to also send the info to my email for verification. What amazing service! Never once did she interrupt me(I seriously talked for 30 mins yall), change her demeanor or tone, or make me feel stupid. She worked with me until I got it. I love this office, Amy and Veronica are my number 1s. Thanks guys. Customer for life

I have been insured with State Farm for many years. Veronica recently spent 45 minutes helping me straighten out my ever-changing auto policies. She showed perserverence, patience and professionalism.

I moved to Chandler so I wanted to change agents to someone closer that might take an interest in my account. I called before I got my policy moved and was assured that Tammy was great and that she would for sure have a meeting with me to go over my policies (nothing ever done by any agent I have had). I called again after having my policy transferred. I was told they hadnt gotten it yet but that they would call to set something up when they had it. Two months go by before anyone reaches out again. So I set up a meeting... It was canceled by Tammy... Set up another meeting it was canceled by Tammy.... I am currently looking for a new agent and probably going to be leaving State Farm if I cant get anyone to even review any of the policies I have.

Veronica is GREAT. However, there was a day Veronica was out, so I opt to let Vicki give me a quote since she was not available that day. However, the quote was $40 off and she did not inform me that the insurance switch was made in the middle of a cycle which has truly upset my budget because I could not properly prepare my budget for a change like this.Long story short, speak directly with VERONICA. Vicki wont be that great of help she just wants to make a sale.

In a day and age when nothing slows down its nice to know that Good people are still looking out for you and truly care! The ladies at Tammy whites office go above and beyond to make sure my needs are met. Its so great to see a smiling face and to know someone is looking out for me. Tammy has been my insurance agent since I was in college. She and her team have always been friendly, helpful, and handled requests quickly. I would recommend her agency!

The people are a bunch of liars and thiefs. The associate that helped me lied about my coverage and over charged me. I went and found better coverage somewhere else. When ot was time to cancel services with them. The lady that handles billing turned it around on me. And kept my money. So dont get cheated.

The agent was nice and friendly and she tries to help you get the best of the insurance without over paying!

I have had some bumps in my road but the team in this office helped me in every way possible to get me back on track with out being overbearing but never giving up on me. I can not express the gratitude that I have for every one of them! I would not go anywhere else for my insurance needs! I am not just another name on another file.
