I received a call from DJ at Farmers Insurance after inquiring about rates online. They were able to give me a better rate then I was getting with Progressive so I decided to make the change. There were a couple of things that were promised verbally that are not showing on my policy and I have sent numerous text messages without any response. I need to know that I have glass coverage on my policy as promised because that was something I did have with Progressive also, and they also added a renters insurance policy that I still have no proof of. I am now wondering if I made the right decision switching and how the communication will be if I ever do need them for something!

I had Jacob review all of my policies. He was responsive and very patient as I shopped numerous companies. In the end Jacob was by far the most competitive and we worked closely together to ensure I was getting the absolute best coverages. He was very easy to work with and he was not pushy at all. But he also was very good at touching base as I was evaluating all of my options.

I highly recommend the Brett Thomas agency. The agent who serviced me, Denzel, was amazing. He save me hundreds of dollars on my home and auto insurance and I ended up GETTING BETTER COVERAGE! He set me up with an umbrella policy which covers all my assets and let me know where I was wasting money on coverages that I really didnt need (even though they would have probably made more money off of me).
