Selected for the first skate competition in the nation to video and livestream the event, congrats... and so excited as no spectators are allowed....This media group, seemingly did not take their assignment and business with any reasonable level of seriousness.... as day of events, they are setup and send out Livestream links,.... immediately, the page says unavailable due to tech errors, contacted and they are responsive, and says they never (bothered) to test if the Livestream would work technically... and that just now during the first event, they identify that they have connection issues with a firewall and are waiting for some support group to come help solve their issues...How does a professional company take their business so casually that they dont prepare and test that they will be able to deliver as contracted? Thus the classification as UNPROFESSIONAL.... as of now, they seem to have fixed a stream and playback, however they are missing several of the first events! No words can express the disappointment and outrage over such inept processes and planning!

Matts ability to put marketing or branding video together and come up with ideas to help keep people connected in todays craziness is great!
