Ive been filing taxes with Kim at Jasicki Tax for over 10 years and I always enjoy our appointment. My whole family uses Jasicki tax service--its a Spring Tradition at this point. Kim is friendly, patient and very knowledgeable. She explains everything in an easy to understand way. She even takes time to predict what my return will be like in the future year so I can plan ahead. I have peace of mind when I file. Its worth it for the long appointment wait, book well in advance if you can!

My husband and I have used Jasicki for the past 2 years without incident. I planned on using Jasicki this year for our taxes, but will not for a couple reasons. Initially my husband was turned off from returning to Jasicki due to an extra fee applied if we chose to do our taxes via video/phone due to personal preference as a result of the ongoing pandemic. I decided to go in person because I am a vaccinated healthcare worker who also understands that if both parties wear a mask and maintain social distancing we should be reducing the chance significantly of spreading covid.Upon entering the office the receptionist was not wearing a mask and busy answering phones. Other people within the building were wearing a mask, but Chuck himself and another individual are walking about in the common areas without a mask. I asked the receptionist if the company was adhering to the mask mandate to which I was told it is our choice to wear a mask and she could put hers on. It is a slap in the face to all healthcare workers when any person conducting business with the general public believes a mask mandate during a pandemic is a choice. It’s not. You could be unknowingly spreading covid as I have seen firsthand. I won’t continue business with Jasicki Tax & Financial and how dare they charge an extra fee to individuals attempting to keep themselves and their families safe.

Chuck is doing our taxes for years, very knowledgeable and efficient. Never had any problems. We recommended Chuck to many of our friends and everybody thanked us after and now they are filing with Chuck as well. About calls not being returned as people complained in some reviews here - we have never had an issue. When it is tax season, send an email for faster response.

Have fun getting audited! Both tax officers are under investigation by the MN Dept. of Revenue and IRS. There was a HUGE round of audits last year due to a history of bad tax advise. Words from my auditors mouth this company is under investigation and will aggressively be brought back into compliance . Also, they refused to help or represent me with the audit process. Don t believe me? Just call the MN Dept of Revenue! Oh, 4 years of bad tax advise only cost me $14,000! That was for back taxes, interest, but NO penalty. The auditor assed no penalty because the mistakes were not my fault!

Come here to get your taxes done if you want to be red flagged with the IRS and MN Department of Revenue. Shady as hell and will not return phone calls or back their work if you are audited.
