Ive been to Champlin Nails three times. Hapi is amazing and is very meticulous doing my acrylics. The place is clean, they are kind. The only reason I want to give it a 4 star is the prices are very high. I did get a message for 10% off which was nice with their rewards program every time you sign in you get points that add up to $5 off.

Jennifer was my Nail Technician.This was my first visit to the salon. Jennifer did a beautiful job on my Dip nails today. She added floral appliques to my thumbs and ring fingers. The salon was clean, relaxing, and very professional. I will definitely be returning for more services!Thanks Jennifer!

The new owners are fantastic! Im so glad I listened to the recommendations of others to try Champlin Nails once again now that they have new owners. The place is very clean...they have you sanitize before you touch anything. They offer complimentary water/coffee/tea and are very friendly. They took a great deal of time to fix my previous acrylic nails that werent up to their standards and my nails came out beautifully! I will definitely be back for my next fill.

Happy and Jennifer are the people to definitely go to. They both did an amazing job. I love the new management that they have now. I also love how I can come with my 2 girls and they are always well taken care of. They have chairs for kids.All in all I left feeling very good and satisfied! I’d recommend this nail shop to anyone. This was my first time coming back to Champlin nails after 5+ years. The new management is amazing! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I called to see if they had any available time for a full set, and they were extremely accommodating! They were able to fit me in that night. I was there for a little while after close, and the nail tech (I wish I could remember her name) still took her time to make sure everything was perfect. I have not had my nails done this well in such a long time. Any of the staff that I spoke with was very friendly. I will definitely be going back.

Today we stopped in for a Pedi, they treated my mom, myself and my daughter so well today. This is the only nail salon I have ever rated!! They are fantastic, the work was great and we will be coming back. Definitely recommend coming in.

Great friendly staff! Highly recommend this nail salon it’s one of my personal favorites! They are very gentle and not rough like some places and actually take their time doing your nails. Also offered nail tattoos which is a new experience! Love this salon! Will always be my to go to.

Hands down the best Pedicure I have ever had. I have tried so many salons in Maple Grove and had to continue to shop salons for good service.Happy did by manicure and it actually stayed on 2.5 weeks without peeling off.Worth the drive.

Walked in today and met the new owners. I was greeted with hospitality and it was nicely remodeled and very clean. Don did a great job and I will for sure be back.

Ive been here a few times now and the first time was good, but the next time they didnt give me what I asked for. I even asked her if she was able to do it and if she wasnt I would pick something else, but she assured me she could. She messed up on the shape, the lengths were all different and it wasnt close to the colors I asked for. I went back the next day and Happy did get much closer to the colors and she fixed the shape. The only thing I was unhappy with was there was way too much glitter on one nail compared to all of the others and underneath one of my nails didnt get shaved down so the acrylic is attached to my nail, but overall Im happier with this second set.

The people that work here are very kind and willing to have a nice conversation with you but not pushy about talking. it’s very clean and the management seems to care a lot about cleanliness and the customers and they even offer drinks. it’s such a calm environment :)

I was there for a total of 3 hours. We waited over 1.5 hours to even start on our nails and we had a 1:30 appointment. They didn’t start on me and my sisters hands until 2:45-3. My moms pedicure was already done. I originally left a good review because they were very kind about it. However, I ended up having to go get my nails redone at a different place because they weren’t the same lengths, shape, or texture. They were bumpy and the color turned foggy. They were very kind people however, my nails seemed rushed and not good quality. Even though we waited for 2 hours and they did let us get gel for the price of a normal one, they ended up charging us for “designs”. Which is fine but I ended up paying the normal price anyways and if I had known they would still charge for that I wouldn’t have sat there waiting for that long, when I could get a better price and quality somewhere else.

Did a wonderful job, Happy always goes above and beyond. My nails always look incredible. Champlin nails is always clean and professional.

Had my nails done for the 4th of July today and was very pleased with the way they turned out. Will be back!

I love this place! All the people. Are very friendly and nice and they do a wonderful job. My husband even got a pedicure and he was embarrassed but they convinced him now he will get them every 2 weeks!! Thanks to the ladies. They even do children my 12 year old got his feet done too.

Took my daughters (10 & 14) there on a whim since there has been so few opportunities to treat them during Covid. They had never been to a nail salon before and the staff was incredible with them, asking them questions, giving them suggestions for designs, joking with them! I felt like they really made them feel special and gave them the same level of incredible service they would have given an adult. Diane did my nails and she was awesome. The finished product was amazing for all of us. So impressed and we will be back!

Upon arriving I was told that the cost would be $45 to have my nails done. At the end when my nails were complete I was then told it would be $50 as they had to remove my dip since I hadnt gotten my nails done their orginally. I was then told that it was CASH ONLY, and the only signs in the building stated that tips could not be left on a credit card nowhere was it posted that they had changed their procedure to a cash only salon.I then had to run down the street to get cash to pay for this service and when I returned VIncent told me he would honor the $45. It felt very shady the whole experience. He did a great job on my nails but the overall experience was HORRIBLE, I will not be going back for that reason alone.

Pedicure service was not great. I poited out places he missed on my feet and was ignored. Cheap polish peeled off after bathing. The salon was clean and masked were used, only positive...$40 down the drain, now I need someone to do my feet again...a day later.

Went in for a regular pedicure and kept getting asked every 5 minutes if I wanted gel and I kept saying no. Eventually I gave in and got the gel, made the bill go from $40 to $60. It has been a week since and my gel polish has cracked and chipped. I am very disappointed because I should’ve just got a regular one if it was going to be this bad of a job.Not to mention I brought my 10 year old niece for her first acrylic and specifically told them NO gel for her. And they proceeded to ask my niece (not in front of me) if she wanted gel.... So thankfully she asked me what gel is and I told them again not to put gel on her nails.This shop is very unprofessional and their paints/materials are horrible quality and selection. Would not go here!

Had a pedicure here a couple weeks ago. It was wonderful and the nail technician was friendly and professional. I got gel for the first time and it’s holding up perfectly. My pedicure looks as good as it did two weeks ago still! Great place.
