This was the perfect place to buy phones. We walked in and were assisted immediately. Nicolas patiently took time to give us information on the various phones and, when we had decided on phones he continued to patiently explain the new phones and answer all of our questions. Made me open one more line that I didnt need to get a free phone. Charged me the whole price for the phone and plus Im paying $45 for an extra line, which I dont need. Manager never contacted me back. I left so many messages for her, but she never responded back to me. So please, dont reply to me saying please contact us, because you never do. Stay away from this office.

I needed a new phone after having mine for seven years! I thought it would be a long 3 hour process ( like it has been in the past) boy was I wrong! We walked into the Verizon store in Champlin, and Nicholas made our experience PERFECT!! He was able to transfer EVERYTHING to my new phone, including a voice message that was VERY DEAR to me from someone who had passed on! Thank you Nicholas and thank you Verizon in Champlin! It was Easy and painless! We also got the promotion for 800 dollars for turning in our old phone! You cant beat that!

My boyfriend and I went in this weekend seeking to put myself on his plan and get phone upgrades for both of us. I wasnt sure which phone I wanted to go with but Nicholas was able to answer all of our questions and I never felt like he was trying to over-sell us on any products! I am so thankful that we were able to go in and get everything figured out in one meeting. My previous carrier dropped my L-G phone, so I needed a new carrier before midnight (total last minute), but Christopher H. at TCC totally saved the day!! I got to the store just before closing time, and he stayed late just to make sure my new phone (I was able to keep my number) was up and running for me with my contacts, etc. Christopher is patient and totally knows what hes doing!! Be careful about this place. It offers fraudulent promotions and have horrible customer service. On the phone, employees were unhelpful and disrespectful. They lied about a promotion for a free phone. They gave the phone for free but then kept charging my bank.

I have had 2 great experiences here. Tyler was great to work with. Once to fix a Sim issue and the next to buy a new phone. The first trip was an emergency and I needed a store that was open. They fit the bill. The second visit to purchase was simply because of the service I had received. I made it a point to drive out of my way to give this store my business.Tyler listened to my needs and brought out a selection of phones across all price points. Explained to me the pros and cons of each. I never felt any pressure to buy any of them. I am honestly taken back by the customer service I received from him. He listened and didnt try to screw me over in any fashion.There may be many that dont mind using their carriers service help through chat, or online, but that aint me. Knowing that I can deal with a person, let alone a quality experience, says volumes to me.Thanks Tyler. You made something intangible personable.

The store was pretty busy with only one associate. Nicholas was excellent with his customer service and multitasking and was able to help different customers simultaneously. He never let any of the customers sit for too long without circling back to each of them. Even though we live closer to another location, Champlin is where we will continue to shop because of the customer service we received. Thanks Nicholas!

Jack Scheel was amazing. He helped me troubleshoot a connection issue with my phone. He did all he could on his end but Verizon had a lock on it. Store definitely is selling refurbished iPhonesas new me and my wife both bought the iPhone 11 Pro Max both had issues big issues went to Apple and they said definitely they are most likely refurbished phones. The store I brought my phone back In after 16 days of having it they said gotta go to Apple the store wouldn’t do anything about it my phone had a hissin noise loud one and camera was super bad my wife’s iPhone Face ID went out they said they can’t do nothing about it need to contact Apple Apple replaced both our phones for no charge and said definitely do not go there anymore so my review for this store in Champlin is -0

Worked with Nicholas today in Champlin MN, what a great experience. Nick was very helpful helping me to identify a phone that met my needs and then presenting my wife and I with different plan options to bundle our phones so we got one bill per month between our two phones. Nick got all my data transferred from my old phone to the new phone, got everything activated, even my Bluetooth hearing aids. Not being any kind of a smart phone guru, Nick was patient and kind in showing me how to use the new phone. Never once did he talk down to me or make me feel incompetent. Thank you Nick, great job today.

During a funny accident my girlfriend put her phone on top of our car and drove off. She was with straight talk at the time and did not have insurance on her phone of course. We came to a sound decision to add her to my plan. This involved me going and upgrading my plan so I could have another line/ device on my plan with unlimited data. While trying to complete this via the Verizon App it would not allow the upgrade to occur as I had a missed payment back in January ( due to switching banking/billing info a few days late.) That put my account on a hold for 6 months and during that hold Verizon refuses to allow you to add or upgrade your line during this holding period. FYI for those of you who didn’t know.I ended up speaking with Scott in the finance department over the phone and he was able to release the hold for me as I was currently over paid by $137 on my account. Meaning I had a $137 credit to my next bill. During this research me and my girlfriend made many trips into TCC (Champlin Verizon). Nicholas P. Was an Amazing representative of Verizon. He was the greatest employee at the Champlin location by far. I’d give this a 2 star review if this was a review for Verizon but I would like this to be a reflection of Nicholas great service and dedication to his customers. NICHOLAS P. First off I would like to say THANK YOU! Secondly I’d like to mention how wonderful he was. Time and time again he would answer our calls if we called the store to assist us as he was helping other customers in front of him (TCC only has one worker at a time so they have to multi-task a lot of the time in order to please their customers.). Nicholas would even go as far as helping us by calling around to other departments to find us answers on why this block was on our account. He made many calls and was very nice and professional during every phone call and during our interactions. Thank you. During figuring this whole mess out we were in the middle of buying my girlfriend her phone and we witnessed first hand Nicholas calling other departments and not getting help or service from other departments as it appeared the other individuals on the other end of the phone did not want to work. Nicholas was getting very frustrated but kept his professionalism and even went as far as to call multiple times and made sure to report those who didn’t want to help him with his customer for a instore pick up.Nicholas. You are a very helpful and valued employee and if we could tip you we would. We cannot thank you enough and I will be sure to come back to you for the purchase of my IPad and make sure I send all our business your way.Thanks Bud!

The guys were super-helpful and no pressure when selecting a plan.In order to switch my number from a company account to a personal line they dealt with the normal transfer and also cleaned up a bunch of account settings that I wouldnt have wanted.It took more than a hour, but everything is looking good now.

Im torn as to how to write this review. The woman that we worked with while we were there was friendly and seemed knowledgeable enough however it has taken me over two weeks to actually get the receipt that was told would be sent to my email. I had to contact Verizon to get the store to send it and my documents are still not properly uploaded so that I can view them on my account. Once I finally received the receipt from our phone upgrade I noticed that there was an additional charge for a service that was brought up while we were there. Neither my husband nor I ever actually approved this service to be added on to our plan and when I called the store to talk about it the guy was extremely rude and cut me off from the second I got on the phone with him. All I wanted was for the charge to be removed because I do not wish to have the service...he basically said that because we would have talked about protection for the phone that this would have been brought up and added. So all a representative has to do is bring something up to add it to your bill? I dont think so. I cant wait to go in and get this refunded and deal with this employees wonderful attitude. Also be prepared for a charge of $9.99 for them to set-up your phone and apply your screen protector if you purchase one of the ridiculously overpriced ones they carry. I say set-up because when we left the store my husbands phone wasnt even connected with Verizon! I spent over an hour on the phone with them later (store was closed at this point) trying to figure out why the phone wasnt connected and dealing with the SIM card and even he said they often have issues with people getting their phones up and running in the store. Why bother going with an authorized Verizon retailer when their customer service and hidden fees are way worse than just going to a Verizon store? I wont make that mistake again.

I went into this Verizon location on 6/22/2018 and the layout has changed since the last time Id been there three or four years ago. Not only is it much more open its much more efficient and comfortable with the Sales Associates having their own desks with a chair for themselves as well as the customers.Samantha the Sales Associate who assisted me with my upgrade was outstanding; not only was she extremely knowledgeable about the products and services she was also very patient with me. I become easily overwhelmed with new technology not to mention all the options one can get when it comes to getting a new phone. Very thorough.I was confused about this rewards program they have. Basically thought it just cost me extra money and maybe itll help if I come back for my next phone...I was working with the manager Andy. He showed me a brochure of all the benefits. He broke each part down very thoroughly and showed me how I actually saved money that day by going with the program and will save even more again later. How cool that he wanted me to save money versus charging me extra!?! I will be going back.Thanks!

Jack Scheel is a Verizon whisperer, I had trouble starting a line online so went into the Rodgers Verizon store and he was there. He effectively trouble shooted the many issues the phone rep threw at him, handling getting service started for me and was very kind and accommodating to my 5 year old who has PTSD and special needs, hadnt had a positive experience like that having to be in a place for 3 hours, it could have went terribly wrong but he made it easy like Sunday morning. 50/50 some staff want to be there and help other make it obvious that they dont want to be there and make you feel very welcome.I met a staff member the helped me look at items and ended up spending $200, then a well later went back to get more and met a staff member that didnt even want to come from out being the counter, I walked right back out and he didnt even blink an eye.Also gets busy with out enough staff but I get it, sometimes its busy sometimes its dead, depends on the time if day.

They are giving my parents the run around for a warranty they purchased. After some quick research my parents learned the value wasnt there and upper management agreed to reimburse. My family has been purchasing our cell phones and plans from The Cellular Connections Champlin location for over 5 years. Weve always found the service to be both professional and knowledgeable, and have never felt that we were being hustled or strong-armed into purchasing a plan or product that we didnt need.I recently upgraded and ported over my number back to Verizon from another carrier. Ray was terrific in sorting out an issue that TCC had nothing to do with, and was patient and courteous during the process. I cant recommend TCC enough! 5 Stars
