I had my roof installed by NRC June of 2019. I had called the office with minor concerns as the winter was coming. Lily my customer account specialist was able to set up a time for the service technician Karl to come out and service my roof. I have been impressed with the communication along with how quick I became a priority. Karl came out to make sure my roof was taken care of. I would recommend NRC to everyone that is looking for a new roof, siding and everything they offer. This was a great investment for my property, as I get to see how in good shape my house looks, this is thanks to the company and their great team.NRC you guys are blessed to have such great team members, that go above and beyond for customers.

My family highly recommends NRC!Our roof experienced damage from a hail storm and tornado.From the initial contact and inspection, Jay and Niko were professional, knowledgeable, personable, and never made a promise they didn’t keep. They were not misleading in any way: they explained the process, and gave me responsive contacts who followed up with me (Angela). Angela also answered all my texts and kept me informed throughout the entire process.Wes showed up and advocated for us with our insurance company, even after the insurance company canceled and rescheduled last-minute twice!Jerry set a convenient appointment to come to our home and explained the insurance benefits and our options and all costs involved. He sat with us answers all our questions, and took us around the home to show us exactly what work would be done.The crew came when they said they would and as promised the work was completed (and cleaned up afterward) the same day. We were contacted to make sure the work was done and we were satisfied.I can’t recommend them enough!

I had my roof done early October by NRC Restoration. The sales representative I worked with was Ev. One day Ev stopped by my house and noticed some damage on my roof that I wasnt aware of. I am over 60 years old and havent been on my roof in over 5 years. He explained the process to me and seemed very honest and knowable, so I signed up. 2 weeks later I found out that I had been approved for my roof, then picked out my colors and 3 weeks later they built my roof and in one day. I have a business on my property and was very worried about debri and my house being destroyed. But the contractors that came were very professional and did an amazing clean up. My wife and I even cooked them lunch to show appreciation. Gwen in the office has been very pleasant to work with as well. If you need someone honest and will truly take the time to explain the process and speaks bilingual, I recommend you calling NRC and asking for Ev.

I have worked with Luca from NCR now twice on my home repairs. He is very honest and reliable he goes above and beyond for his clients. If he says he will take care of the problem rest assured it will be done. Gwen is also excellent if there is a problem that you cant reach Luca she will definitely help in getting you the answers you need.

We worked with Luca at NRC who was so helpful after we sustained extensive damage from a series of hailstorms. He coordinated roof, window, and gutter repair teams seamlessly during a busy Summer season. We highly recommend working with him and NRC.
