Great curbside pickup! Very fast and easy 😃

I love coming to shop here! The employees are always friendly, the store is always clean, and I can always find what I am looking for. I have ordered cakes and cupcakes from the bakery several times and am always very pleased with my order. Great prices for bulk items is the way to go!

They make your shopping experience smooth. Folks are really helpful in helping if you cant find anything. Great deals, every once in a while.

I couldnt find the snacks that I used to buy often at Agusta Georgia branch, its a coconut filled rolls and its packed on big bags I just cant remember the name.

PLEASE READ!!!!! I really do not like to write bad reviews about companies, however if I can protect people from my bad experience at Sam’s Club writing this review will give me joy that no one else will have to experience the painful situation I had with Directv Stream that Sam’s Club is promoting. Also, this service is through AT&T which own Directv Stream. I was shopping at Sam’s . I was approached by an agent in Sam’s Club. She told me some information about Directv Stream but was not familiar with the streaming service because she was in training. Her supervisor Febi came over and told me about Directv Streaming service and how great it was. I am usually skeptical about these services but I listen and signed up. Febi told me that I only need to pay $10.80 to try the services for14 days. He said that Sam’s Club would pay all the other taxes and fees. Febi explained that I can try the service for the 14 days and if I like the Directv Stream service I would be charged $89.99 after the 14 days. If I canceled the service before the 14 day trial I would not be charged. I signed up for this services on September 3, 2021 on September 6, 2021 when I was finally able to get the Directv Stream setup with the help of an agent. I looked at my bank account and noticed that I had been charged $89.99 from Directv Stream. Now to make a long story short. I talkedto 12 people at AT&T over 2 weeks to get all of my money back. Most of the time I had to talk to the automated voice service. When I did get through I was sent to wrong departments and I was very frustrated that the only way I could talked to a representative for Directv Stream through AT&T. It was so horrible I was so frustrated from the aggravation of having to keep calling and trying to get my money back. Please be careful if you sign up for this service. Also, please be aware that Directv Stream do not have a direct number. Febi the person that provide Directv Stream through Sam’s was not helpful and did not help me with this situation. Febi lied to me about the free 14 day trial. When I told him he lied to me about the services. Febi only said that the company made changes the next day after I signed up. I had no problem with being charged, but I do have a problem with money being taken from my account when it was not authorized to be taken out. Please be aware of this deceptive services.

Love it here. You can buy things in bulk. I love also the free taste sections where you can taste the product before buying it. Love the sushi, its tasty and yummy. Love also their pizza you can get a big slice with little amount.

This is a sub-par location. Not only is it unclean and often out of popular perishable items, but it also boats the least helpful staff of any Sams Club location that I have ever visited. They also push you super hard to upgrade to the premium membership or to apply for the Sams Club visa. Its so bad that the cashier is often still into her sales pitch after she has finished scanning my items.

Sams is always very clean and neatly stocked even on a Friday after work it was a breeze to get in find what I needed and check out! I live their produce here as well as their meat!

Love Sams store. So easy to shop in. Great values.

This post was from 10 mon. ago but the photos just came up on my phone. I purchased two delicious looking rotisserie chickens from Sams Club in Champaign, IL store only to get them home and they where not cooked completely through. Least to say, I was very disappointed because of the fact that I ate a piece in the car on my 30 min ride back home.

Cafe didnt have hotdogs or berry sundae! How can Sams be out of hotdogs!

Sams Club is a nice place to visit once a month or so, and not on weekends. This particular Sams Club is generally well-organized, clean, and the employees actually seem pretty helpful... Which is a nice change vs. Wal-Mart. They had a lot of cashiers on a Sunday afternoon, and the lines moved nicely despite the store being very busy.We mostly buy bulk goods at Sams. We find a lot of good values here, but sometimes we can do better at Meijer. The reason I only gave this place four stars instead of five is the location. North Prospect is terrible, and the roads around Sams are no exception. I just hate driving around out there, and I avoid Sams like the plague on weekends.

I like Sams club. We needed toilet paper, napkins, water, fruit, etc. Which they have in both bulk and quality. Its a huge store to get around but I went there today for the first time in many months due to the pandemic. Good experience.

A pretty standard Sams Club.i recommend entering from the north, exit to the south thereby avoiding crossing lanes of traffic.

We bought new phones but needed to have them setup. The manager and the associate were very friendly, helpful and professional taking care of us. Phones are functionally great. Our thanks to both for their service and extra time.

I went in for seven items, and was easily able to locate the first six. A friendly associate The last item was it of stock, but there was clearly a space for it on the shelves ..so it was clear that it was sold out, at least for the day. Check out for fast and courteous.

Great Deals and they have product. I saw a toilet paper square off, both participants were wearing Mega hats. Sams club staff quickly squashed the issue.Hilarious

Sams is going through changes since Costco came to town. Most of the cosmetic changes were needed. I like the product selection and the easy checkout options.

Pharmacy person had an attitude problem.

Almost everything we went in for today is back in stock. The store is always clean, and we had pleasant staff interactions today.

Girl at customer service had a foul attitude and refused to even try and look something up for me. The manager came up and took care of it in 30 seconds.

They have been moving stuff around more than Walmart so much that I have walk around the store looking for 1 thing and still cant find it. At least walmart when you go into the app it tells you where in the store they moved the item at sams club that is to much work. I cant wait for Costco to open up.

I got charged twice for $19.99 article. I called the same afternoon. The lady said to bring in my receipt and get a refund or another jar. Next time Im in town I will stop in. I appreciate this. Thank you.

Always a great place to shop

Closes late on Sunday, until 8:00pm, the best time to shop to avoid the crowds.

I like like going to Sams gas ⛽ station. The attachment there is always friendly and helpful. Doesnt matter what time of day it is hes always really, really nice, friendly and courteous.

Went there to pick up a gift for my son my wife bought online. Plan was walk around with the kids while she gets it and hides in car. She was told she had to wait outside and someone would bring it to her. After 20 mins she came in and reminded them shes waiting. Then after another 20 minutes she was mad. My night was ruined. 50 miles to pickup something we left without.

Too many changes!!! I dont like the way the store has been rearranged...cant find things. Theres hardly any sample sites anymore. AND, the do-it-yourself checkouts are for the birds!!! Im a senior and WILL NOT check myself out. I was just there today, Sun, and 2 cashiers were working...six people waiting in one line, and seven in the other... employees walking around...not one thinks to open another register. Go ahead, force the self checkouts... Im going to CostCo as soon as it opens. This is not only my opinion. You may want to survey your customers - theyre saying the same thing. Big mistake Sams.

I just had a folding table stolen on the loading dock while I took my eyes off of it for just 10 seconds. I even took a good look at the car who very likely took it and who took it. Anyway the greeting person called the manager Mark to help me out. Mark was probably the most unhelpful person Ive met in my life and wasted an hour of my time and the police departments time. After listening to what happened, his response was call the police, I cant do anything for ya. I responded its not that expensive, I dont want to waste my time or the polices time, can you do anything for me at all? He responded no, call the police.Yes, it would have been super nice for him to either give me a refund or give me a new table, but at the very least he could have just explained his position and that he will probably not be able to do anything for me and that hes sorry that happened. Instead he waited cozily in his office and when police came half an hour later, he told the police and I that the person with the access to surveillance to camera is gone for the day and cant do anything for us until tomorrow...That just blows my mind even in these days of bad services everywhere.. Like I said all he had to do was explain that to me before I called the police and then my time and more importantly, polices time would not have been wasted.. Thoroughly disappointed someone like him is in such a high position which says a lot about Sams Club and Walmart in general.

High quality meats and all different kind of products.But they gave me a hassle at the front door..They started checking sams club cards at the front door again. And oh well.. either way still a good store big quantities of food which is good for me and my big family

They have a mask mandate, wipes for the carts, and are remodeling (July 2020) for the next several months. Most items in the meat, fruit, vegetable, bread, and items of the week are being moved about constantly. Prices that have gone up are staying up. And some items are in smaller containers or less number in a mult-ipack.Check out has been sped up with more than one lane of live people and many self check lanes. The self check lanes are not always a debit card friendly. Cash is being accepted. They will not tell you over the phone if items are in, but will tell you prices.
