I am very impressed with Captain Hooks honesty and integrity. I truly would not use any other business for roll-off rental. Harley is so friendly when you call. He is very accommodating and always tells you how much he appreciates your business. The drivers are super friendly and always give you a souvenir, like pens and cozies! Outstanding service!

Captain Hook had a great response time, answered the phone each time I called, I didnt have to leave messages or wait for call backs. They brought the dumpster out on time and sent a text message the morning of to confirm. When our construction project got pushed out further, the owner was understanding and flexible. Harley was wonderful to work with, he adjusted himself to my schedule, and when an incident (unrelated to dumpster) happened while remodeling in my home that required emergency surgery, he allowed us some extra time to finish filling the dumpster. Con artists cant do math. Dumpsters are incorrectly sized. 5x7x12 = 15yd³ total volume. They call them 20yd. Said I didnt know what I was talking about. Recommend avoiding dealing with them. Harley refused to work with me on correcting the issue, but did offer to charge me again for another. Its easy to beat others prices if they mislabel services.
