Joann and Marya really took care of me, it was my first time filing taxes and I had a great experience. They used there 15+ years of expertise to help get me money back and make the whole process easy. I had a 2020 so it wasnt the typical W-2, they actually got me money back since I had never received my stimulus. Would definitely recommend their services, Im glad H and R block didnt answer their phone :)) Marya is their year round long.

I went in there this morning to get my taxes done. And I will say they have very friendly staff and the building has a great atmosphere. The woman who helped me her name was Gayle. She was one of the nicest people to talk to. She explained everything to me perfectly. I very much like her and I think she will be my new tax agent from now on. I love the staff they are always friendly and if there something you dont understand they take the time to explain it. I will definitely continue going there.

I am glad I visited JH for my ITIN application. CAA Yolanda was very helpful and friendly. If you are a student at the U of I and are looking for any kind of Tax related services, JH is the place to go. Do not go to H&R Block, they are rude and unhelpful towards students.
