My first conversation with the caseworker lasted maybe 6 minutes,during wich time she continually tried to end the call stating at least 3 different reasons.She was outright hostile towards me from the beginning of the call,and acted annoyed that she even had to speak to me.She became more irritated when I stated I needed time for my notes.She was not aware of the judges ruling on the case,and has stated that my daughter does not have to see or talk to me even though judge ordered visitation rights for me.Ultimately she ended the call stating she had a scheduled conference call.Horrible experience.I have left a message to speak to a supervisor about getting a different caseworker.
