Had a great night renting the Hummer for a group Daddy Daughter dance. The driver, Shawn, was very timely and had no issues with our multiple stops. The girls had a blast and cant wait to do it again. My only suggestion would be to fix the upholstery since thats the first thing you see when you open the door.

One of the worst experiences Ive ever had with a limo company. I would never recommend them to anyone. We rented the red trolley for our wedding party in between the ceremony and reception. Not only was the air conditioning broken on the trolley (note: we were not aware of this until stepping onto the trolley that day- AND the website reads comfortably air conditioned trolley - very false), but they had a large fan in the middle that was blowing out the hot air that was on the bus. When we asked if the A/C was on to the bus driver, she said this was the best they could do and suggested to us to roll down the windows if we needed more air flow. It was 91 degrees outside and my bridesmaids were sweating through their dresses on the way to get our pictures taken on this bus, so having the windows down was not exactly ideal, but we did it anyways because we were desperate for any kind of air flow. Thankfully, we had an excellent photographer who Photoshopped the sweat marks from of their dresses. After I called Elite Limos that following Monday to confront the terrible situation, they refused to acknowledge the fact that the AC was broken, and acted like it was working perfectly fine. Might I add that the bus driver was the one that suggested for us to call in that Monday to speak with the owners to get a refund of some sort - thats how uncomfortable it was on the bus. We failed to receive an apology for the poor service, let alone a refund. They said they tested out the A/C that day and it worked just fine and it must have been because we had the windows down (the bus drivers suggestion because it was SO HOT on on trolley). We also were off the bus for over 45 minutes at a time while we were taking pictures and the bus still was 100 degrees when we stepped back on. Very poor service and very disappointed in the way they handle their customer service.

We had the h2 with shawn b as a driver we are pleased with the company the driver we are booking for next year with the same driver very nice courtesy friendly the driver kept me in the loop as I was the 2nd stop we went to k1 race in Fisher Indiana we book the limo for 11hr again thanks for the ride with ur company not enough stars to give u need more

Unfortunately I would only recommend this Limo service if I wanted to ruin someone’s big day. My best friend got married at the end of August and rented a Red Trolley for the bridal party to enjoy after the ceremony and before the reception. Sadly, it almost ruined the whole day. There was no AC on the trolley and even the bus driver was sweating bullets (she even took her shoes off) she suggested windows down for some sort of air flow. I was sweating through my dress and about to pass out which caused extreme stress on the bride that one of her bridesmaids wasn’t going to make the photo shoot. Our hair was wrecked with windows down, but at least there was air. We struggled to get music to play and that was a downer. The bus driver was kind and suggested we call the company, we knew it wasn’t her fault because she was suffering as much as us. However, I heard customer service was rude to my friend who tried to get some sort of refund for almost ruining all her pictures and any fun we could have had in between. Very frustrating situation all together.

Took the stretch Hummer to an event this weekend. It was awesome! The driver, Sean, was very professional. Limo was perfectly clean and very luxurious. So fun!!!
