I visit this location weekly, as do several people. Today I entered as normal turned my dollars into coins and put them into the washer to only be accused after going to get help that I never put money in the washer by the attendant. This is the second time I’ve experienced unprofessional experiences here that really only seem to happen here to dark pigmented customers. Would recommend several of the other laundry services in town.

We were traveling through and needed our laundry done after reading the reviews for area laundromats Denny’s got the best reviews. All I can say is they must have been paid to give good reviews. Laundry is nasty, dirty. Machines are old and many were out of order. Dryers took forever to dry and sounded like they we’re going to blow up. So hot in there I had to go outside to cool down. Good news is if you like this place ….. it’s for sale.

I was really happy with the quiet and clean space, fast working machines and plenty of them.

Washer and dryer needed a part,close to my home needed to dry clothes, the man was ride, he yelled at me and I hurried up and got out, if I ever need to use a service like this it will not be there!

Excellent place to do laundry. Quiet and well maintained. I have been to two other laundry mats in champaign and finally found one that is quality. THIS IS IT! quiet and safe not shady at all... would recommend..

I did not use their service, so I only report on the staff courtesy. I arrived too late for doing laundry (they were closing soon), and, as I was leaving, the man behind the counter came out to my car to suggest another place that would be open at that hour. Very nice of him.

Great place to do laundry. Everything is normally in optimal working conditions. Dont try to get change without using their services or you will be stopped at the door.

Facility looks fine. Not great, not bad. They can be flexible with their timing. I have my coat checked in on Friday night and it was done on Saturday afternoon.Please be patient with the front desk man. Hes not young anymore and his English is not the best. There is an alternation shop nearby in case you need one. That ones service is excellent.

My Thombrown sweatpants ($1200) was damaged during the dry cleaning process. I filed a BBB complaint and they responded by blaming the manufacturer. But I knew it was clearly their fault because the fabric was completed ripped. Something must have gone wrong in the dry cleaning machine. I thought about sending the pants to an independent lab for a test and sue them. I gave up on it because I was too busy at the time and did not want to deal with the situation.But before all that, what makes me so furious is their absolutely terrifying attitude. The owner is an old Korean couple and Im also a Korean as well. Respecting your elders is something really valued in my society so I tried to talk to them as politely as possible. But they behaved extremely aggressive from the start. I had no clue why I had to endure their verbal abuse. My only regret now is that I did not record that conversation. It was one of the most insulting moments of my life and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Update: I’m not sure what kind of people find the people here hospitable, but the old man at the desk should not be there. He is bad for business and I can’t imagine how much business he has driven away with his disrespectful, aggressive and distasteful behavior. You dare not ask questions or risk being lambasted with abject disgusting behavior and attitude. Save yourself the embarrassment and STAY AWAY FROM THIS DRY-CLEANER.Original: Wool coat Came out worse than before. I gave them a wool duffel coat to clean. What I got had even more dirt and lint, that I had to remove them by hand. The leather on the coat for the buttons were dried up and cracked when I got it back. It cost me $18 to ruin a $300 coat. I didnt raise any fuss, but I cannot go back and cannot recommend the services provided. What a shame.

Surprised by other reviews, because I love this place. The owners are kind and treat me well, like family. Clothes are always well done. I used to go to Starcrest but they ruined a nice blazer, so I started coming here. The male owner has a difficult time with English and he does move slowly, but give them a break! They work horrendously long hours, just the two of them, 7 days a week. As long as they have their business (which is for sale), I will be a steady customer.

I dont dislike it. They just need to remodel, clean it. Hasnt been anything done to it in 40 years. But it is close, the people are nice and usually dryers and washers available. I think they would get more business if they cleaned it up some. Your clothes go home smelling like dryer sheets!

If I could give this place a negative review I would I took a $200 coat in there to be dry cleaned they shrunk my coat and she had the nerve to tell me that I probably gained weight from Saturday to Tuesday then she told me the coat look fine the way it was then she told me that dry cleaning never shrinks anything she refused to try and fix it and she refused to give me my money back

The man at the counter is incredibly rude and disrespectful. I had to endure 15 minutes of verbal abuse when picking up some clothes. And did I mention service is slow too.. .He is the most pathetic and disgusting old man I have ever come across. If that is his way of doing business, then he is either mentally incapacitated or inhuman

Not clean at all

It took me taking my comforter to Starcrest to see the difference. Starcrest took out all the stains and did a great job.Dennys, I wonder if they even cleaned it all. Im not kidding. It was yellow when I got it from them. Same exact comforter was shining white when I got it back from Starcrest. And Starcrest is only $5 more. Totally worth it.Dennys cant be bothered to assist you when you walk in and if they do even clean your items at all, they do a poor job.

I went in to get change while my sister was grabbing her clothes and coming in and the man told me I had to bring my clothes in first and as I was walking away he called me stupid. He is very rude every time I go in there.

Very expensive related to other places, and the lady was so rude! My first and last time to go there
