I have used Window Genie service twice, and both experiences were very good. In particular, the staff (Anthony) was very professional and nice in taking care of window wells cleaning at my house.

This is an excellent company. After I contacted them via the web, the reached right out to me, answered all my questions, and got me scheduled right away. On the day of service, they called ahead, arrived on time and did a great job washing windows, washing the house and cleaning the gutters. The house looks perfect, they took care in moving my stuff and making sure I was satisfied, and I recommend this service to anyone.

I had to get my Dads house ready to sell pretty quickly. It was covered in dirt and cobwebs, with what looked like some algae in various spots. They got me an appointment within a few business days, I did not have to be present when they came to clean, and I was able to pay over the phone. I stopped by after work the day of the cleaning and it looked great, ready for the realtor to take pictures.

I happened on Window Genie by chance when walking in my neighborhood one day. I spoke to the young man, got a card, phoned and had an appointment the following week. Two young men came and did exactly what we wanted, so we are very happy. I have already recommended them to a friend in Urbana who also needs a power wash.

We only have a townhome with not that many windows but 3 very professional courteous men showed up and went right to work and were very meticulous and pleasant . They even demonstrated Covid precautions with masks and removing their shoes which I appreciated.

Oh my goodness! I cannot say enough good things about Window Genie! The owner was exceptionally attentive to what I was hoping to achieve with my Christmas lights. He even did research to figure out the best way to attach lights to my rather challenging windows. The technicians who came were pleasant, professional, and diligent. They did an AMAZING job! Just as we were looking at the result and I was telling them that I love colored lights because they appeal to children, the little girl next door peeked out of her garage and exclaimed, Look at the lights on the house next door! Super organization... talked to them about all options for window cleaning over the phone and received an email quote that same day. Flexible with scheduling a time when I would be home, called when they were on their way and then two guys rang the doorbell and explained their approach to confirm the job ahead. I am extremely satisfied with the end result... sparkling windows inside and outside. Came on a cold windy day but never complained and rescheduled a second visit to finish the job! Super pleased and will be signing up for 2x per year.

I was very disappointed with the window cleaning service. Not only did they leave the windows dirty, they finished quickly and I had to clean the windows myself after they left. When I showed them the dirt and dust they had left behind on the corners, they told me that it would cost extra to remove that, even though that is what I had originally paid for (an inside and outside cleaning). I would not recommend this company.

After many winters, my house needed a bit of a face lift, if you will. Window Genie came and gave the rejuvenating touch she needed! The north side of the house had begun to regress back to nature, completely green with mold. In no time at all, Window Genie had it looking brand new again. They did a great job cleaning the algae(?) from the side of our home. It was such a simple process: Call them, tell them the day you’d like for them to clean your home, come home to a sparkly house, then pay them when you receive the bill.We chose the whole house wash and I’m glad we did. It made the house spaaarkle! (I didn’t realize how light the house color was until they washed it!).I certainly plan to use Window Genie again in the future.

Window Genie - Craig Walters is owner/manager. Exceptional customer service! Easy to work with. Want the customer happy. They came when they said they were going to come to house and did the job in a timely and efficient manner. We had exterior windows cleaned and a treatment sprayed on roof to address the algae on the roof which actually kills off the algae so you no longer have those green areas or black streaks on your roof (which you see on many roofs in the area since our very wet June). The company offers many more services than just window cleaning! Free estimates, so it doesnt cost you anything to reach out to them and see what services they can provide to you that you are looking for! They soon will be cleaning windows at my parents home and doing a deep cleaning of the entire gutter system and actually making it more efficient when they install new material that works better with keeping gutters free of debris. My recommendation is, if you have Window Genie do the outside of your windows, I would have them do the inside as well, for the perfect look!

We recently had our windows cleaned by Window Genie. What an amazing job they did!! In all the years we have lived in our home, our windows have never been so clean, clear and dust-free. And washed in such a professional manner.We were having only the exterior of the windows cleaned, but we struggled to open two windows that were stuck, and then removed several screens upstairs that we knew would be difficult to put back in place. One of the workers came inside, quickly unstuck the windows, and easily returned the screens to their proper places.We are extremely pleased with everything Window Genie did.
