One of the Managers of the Champaign Illinois store really Makes Me Feel like I would rent anything RAC offers. Gage Winchester whom I affectionately nicknamed 12 Gagecan explain the compensation package, product line and the payment structure of any product in the store. I have successfully Leased to own Furniture and Electronis. Mr. Winchester is a credit and is Laser Focused to make my experience worth every dollar I spend. After I rent I know what I would like to buy.

The staff are super friendly always go out of their to help me with any kind of service I have a rent for them for a while because of that time I couldnt afford it . I called him I told me I had a problem with my TV that I bought from them a long time ago.. and the remotes not working they told me to come in and get a remote for my Sony TV and they didnt charge me.. Because Ive been a long time customer at Rent-A-Center.. Im sorry for everybodys bad experience at rental center but Ive never had a bad experience theyve always treated me good. Friendly service and go out of your way to help you..

Went in here with a friend because she had to make a payment and I was very disappointed with the store and the franchise in general. They are overcharging for everything and it seems like youre going to be in unlimited payments. And dont be late on a payment because they threatened to come and take your stuff immediately. Life happens sometimes you run a little short but they dont care.

I will never make another purchase at a store that undermines their management personnel. Its the people who make the store and keeping employees who cant do their job because they fear a lawsuit? You lost someone who was good at what they did, who actually cared and did others jobs because they arent qualified. At the end of the day, your loss. You dont deserve him!

Worst renting experience ever. They hold me and my family with two small children more than for an hour and still were not satisfied with my passport, SSN, 4 people who I refered to, my lease contract, my Intel badge, cash on my account. Why they are collecting so much personal info for two worthless things which hardly worth more than $1500 (washer and dryer). Banks give thouthands with much less effort, Hertz leases cars with just few documents. Is it usual for USA or just we were unlucky with this one?

Dont go to rent a center in champaign if you do make sure you get something in writing if they come get your things or you just want them to come pick it up make sure you get something in writing they came to my house and pick up everything but somehow they put in they system I never gave it back now that bullshit I sent up there and they said its under New managment and the old manger put it in as I never gave it back so I stole it people watch out rent center is a big rip off and you paying double of what the item really cost

Do not go here. The manager was awful and was not at all willing to work on a deal with us. Of course that was a couple of months ago so with the amount of turnover Ive seen they might have a new Manger by now
