The rental unit my girlfriend moved into was absolutely DISGUSTING. All the surfaces, furniture, and floors were covered in dirt/dust, cat hair, and other forms of debris. The painting in this rental unit is just sad. The couches and mattress had stains/cigarette holes in them, along with more cat hair. I work in the real estate/ housing industry and this is just unacceptable. Management had the same cleaning lady come by two times in two days. She was here for a total of 10-15 minutes spot cleaning, and the apartment was still filthy. We spent a total of 8 hours so far cleaning this place and it’s still a mess.

After hours of trying to get someone towed put of my spot, they finally did their job. Bravo for doing the bare minimum. The rest is my old review.They took multiple weeks to get me a mail key to the unit I had. Literally had to call and visit multiple times for them to finally give me a mail key. They also towed my car in a lot I had a pass for. The reason given was that it was in the wrong spot but the person who was there when I picked up the placard for parking said that I could park in any spot in the lot after I specifically asked if there was an assigned spot.This is after they were completely incompetent when handling my application and and lease. I specifically told them I was subleasing ONE of the bedrooms from my friends current lease (she had a lease for both bedrooms) and that I wanted to renew after the sublease. After hearing that, they canceled my friends lease for the next year and gave her lease to me. We eventually got this all sorted out, but it was a headache.Too bad Faron Properties doesnt exist anymore. They were the only decent landlord I have had in this city.

The leasing manager was so helpful and kind and the response to my questions were quick! Couldn’t have asked for better service. I’m very excited to be living in an a Campustown Rentals’ apartment!

My experience with Campustown Rentals has been very pleasant! Our rent is extremely affordable (the most affordable Ive seen/heard of). All of our encounters with the maintenance and office team have been great. Weve had minor issues with our heating and squeaky doors (nothing major) and someone from the maintenance team was here to help us within hours. The portal for maintenance and billing is extremely user friendly and organized. I would highly recommend signing with Campustown Rentals!

Really disappointed with the move in condition after Diamond talked about their extensive cleaning process. Everything was really gross when we moved in. The bottoms of our feet were black after walking around for even a couple minutes.

Campustown is a decent place. It had nice furniture, good counter space, decent sized room, spacious bathrooms. They have on sight laundry but when I washed in there once my clothes had stains on it. The staff is really nice and they helps you with no problem.

I have loved living in my Campustown Rentals apartment! Nothing but great things to say about the staff I have interacted with and the apartment itself. I enjoyed my time living in one Campustown Rental’s apartments over at 309 E Daniel. It was a cozy apartment and very clean when we first moved in. The maintenance requests were completed in a timely manner, and it was very easy to communicate with management. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience living at one their apartments, and I would do it again!

Even though the situation sucked at first, Diamond was really helpful it guiding us on how to fix it. She gave us a lot of options and was able to find the best one for us. She even bought us lunch for the issues!

Decently big apartments, new flooring. slow at responding to maintenance requests, we had a leak in our ceiling for months and can place random tenants into your apartment with short notice (talking night before, in a pandemic). our laundry machines were also broken for a while but the rents cheap so you get what you pay for. campustown seems to care a bunch about PR and promotion, but not so much their residents.edit: contacting about roommate preferences doesn’t really change anything after someone is placed in our apartment LESS than 24 hours after we were notified. we got the email around when the office closed. and they moved in the next day. we couldn’t even call the office before their move in day.

Campus town has been my home away from home. Live here at make the best of your college experience

Campustown Rentals has some of the best locations on campus! I recommend living here to anyone looking for housing.

Apartments are decent but you can never reach anyone if you have issues. They dont pick up the phones, return emails and will just stare at you while you stand outside their office door trying to reach them.

I didn’t like the previous management. My apartment was in no condition to move into but they let us move in. This new management gets things done and is more than helpful with all my issues. They are way more understanding and I am pleased with this company now. Every time I walk into the office, Diamond gets all of my issues worked out so I recommend asking for her. I’ve even resigned my lease twice.

Confusing virtual communication, but the front desk staff are outstanding. They are extremely helpful in any kind of situation. I recently moved out and forgot a piece of furniture in my unit, and there is usually a fee associated with storing furniture that is left behind. I called the front desk and Diamond quickly helped me pick it up from my apartment so I didnt have to deal with the hassle of paying for the desks storage. Thank you Diamond!

11 months agoGreat staff! I came into the office and Jasmine greeted me with all smiles and positivity! She was very friendly and welcoming and was able to assist me with all my questions and concerns! More people like her is what keeps student housing on top.

Diamond was so extremely helpful and accommodating for my room mate and I! She helped make sure that all our needs were met! We were forced to get an apartment very last minute due to COVID-19 and she was so extraordinarily helpful! Thank you for everything!

Really poor service!!! I currently live here and the place can’t do simple things like answer their own phone. They definitely will try to cheat you out of some money as they have done to me when it comes to paying rent on their housing portal. I am counting down the days until I down have to deal with them no more. I most definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE.

The service was terrible and very rude but she has made a big impact to the the company . she has changed my outlook on this establishment and make me want to renew my lease as well. I have yet to move in with these people and I am already regretting my decision. When we signed the lease we were told that we would be able to move in early. Fast forward a few months I am trying to get a hold of them for parking and moving in early but they have basically ghosted me. Nothing but automated phone calls and email responses. I called once and finally someone picked up but they hung up before I could even say anything. Im sure the apartment itself will be fine but the customer service is god awful and makes other leasing companies look infinitely better

Awful service. Steps to my building were falling apart for months; when they finally fixed it, the new steps were all different heights and depths - I trip just about every time I try to take my bike upstairs. Yesterday they decided to replace the carpets in the hallways without any prior notice. I went to leave my apartment to go to class and had to avoid stepping in the wet glue they had laid down. Later, the carpenters left their tools laying around (found a razor blade on the floor right outside my apartment door), buckets of glue were left lying around (opened), etc. I’ve had multiple issues with their online payment system. I tried to call the towing company when someone was parked in my spot (that I pay over $60/month for) and the towing company refused to tow because the leasing agency had told them only property managers could authorize a tow. Since it was after hours, I had to pay to park at a meter until my spot finally freed up. I made maintenance aware of a couple drips and things in my apartment and no one was ever sent to fix the issues. The A/C in my unit sucks, as does the heat. I have to set the thermostat to 85 just to get my /studio/ apartment to warm up above 70 degrees. The parking lot is so poorly maintained that all the underpinning on my car has literally been ripped off. I had to spend over $1000 to replace those parts. I will never be leasing with this agency again. Rent is too high, parking is ridiculous, and customer service has been god-awful.

Things broke like the door knob, and the shower pole was missing the first day we came in. Maintenance was swift so that was good but doesnt change the fact it broke was missing the first place. Random people come to check in the apartment but their very loud and leave their foot dirt all over the floor. Didnt like my experience and would not sign with them.

Very nice and comfortable apartments. The company is super nice and helpful. The furniture is cute and the kitchens for the most part are spacious. The only two issues I have ran into is the maintenance taking a long time to fulfill my request; And when they are giving tours of the apartment, they seem to just walk instead of giving the tenants the chance to answer the door. Other than those problems I would strongly suggest leasing with them!!

The office staff is really accommodating, and maintenance is timely about completing requests. The unit I live in has updated appliances and is generally pretty clean. My roommates and I will be resigning. Overall great experience!

DO NOT SIGN A LEASE WITH THESE CROOKS!Out of NOWHERE I get a call from someone in their office named Courtney stating that my rent has been late for two months, and if I dont pay them $1,500 in 24 HOURS, Im going to be evicted! Theyre liars and should be ashamed of themselves.Sign somewhere else if you dont want to be involved in mess like this!

The property is very well kept and they have a lot of different places to choose from. The staff is friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. Overall, a great place to live and I would highly recommend it to anyone else looking for a more affordable place to live!

Horrible customer service. The employee who was handling my sublease forms quit and therefore the paperwork got disregarded and did not get signed. They also failed to inform me of this and tried to charge me a sublease form fee AGAIN after I’d paid it (luckily I saved my reciept). It also took 3 months to get a refund for my summer months rent (a process that was supposed to take 2 weeks..) oh they also lost the check and had to reissue another. Very unprofessional and super disorganized. Would not sign with them!

Love this apartment! The stainless steel appliances really tie the whole place together. The staff working with us while touring the apartments was very friendly and helpful!

I can’t give them zero stars but Campustown rentals really suck so I went in the office to pay my rent I talked to the book keeper he then said hey have you been charged for electricity yet I’m like no not yet soon as the next day come I got late notice on my door for bill that he didnt look to see if I had for three months waited to I left the office to find the bill then upon signing my lease I was offered a 500 gift card that we signed for cause it’s in the lease and I did that in March they said it will be here last week in May didn’t here anything ask again they side first week in June still nothing ask again now it’s first week in July then staff have the audacity to have attitude when you ask about it stating they will be coming soon we don’t have a date be patient Campustown is full of sh*t !

I really enjoy living here. It has everything a student needs and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. You cant beat it for the price!
