Beware!!! Horrible experience renting from this company. They charged $700 more to our card than they said we owed and when questioned about it, they tried to say we broke a hydraulic line (usually thats pretty obvious) and charged for extra time we supposedly used on the equipment. Luckily we took pictures of the time when we picked the machine up and dropped it off, but the amount they returned to us for what they mistakenly charged in extra time wasnt even right. We should have trusted our gut and rented elsewhere but they were the only company that had what we needed when we needed it. Once they have your credit card, they seem to just charge away!

They do not even deserve a half a star, worst experience renting equipment from a company ever. You break a window somehow you also destroyed a hydraulic hose and they charge $600 dollars in labor to replace a window, man I am in the wrong business.

Bar none worst experience renting equipment I’ve ever had. Everyone else in town was booked for the machine I needed. Charged me a rental fee for the trailer for my machine which no one else has ever done. I showed up the morning of my reservation and the machine was not on the trailer. Once it was finally moved onto the trailer they assumed I would be furnishing my own chains/straps to which I replied I was not prepared to have to do obviously. So they had to go find some chains which took more time. They told me it was ready to go so I inspected everything and noticed the trailer had a flat tire. They told me to pull the trailer with the flat tire down the street to their maintenance shed so it could be changed, so I did that. Wasted over an hour of my time that morning that could have been spent at my job site if they’d had the machine and trailer ready to go. Were rude and dismissive to me when I returned the machine. Didn’t apologize for the inconvenience and delay they’d caused me. Didn’t offer to compensate me in any way for that lost time and on top of that tried to charge me another fee for gas for the machine I didn’t replace after having put less than a half hour of run time on the machine. I’ll delay my project or restructure the order of operations of the project before I rent from them again. Highly recommend rental city. Have been going there for years and never had any of those issues there.

Great prices on great equipment. Also the service is top notch if you ever have an issue with their products. I have used them on multiple occasions at the Bloomington and champagne locations and will keep coming back.

Wow! I had a great first time customer experience with this place. They were knowledgeable, friendly and really went out of their way to help me out with a generator that I needed in a hurry.

I cant say enough great things about them. Prices are incredibly fair, inventory of equipment is endless, and the employee service is second to none. I rent a bunch of equipment every year and these guys are the very best!
