If I could write a 0 star review I would. Ive tried to reach someone over the phone 6 times at various times of the day, leaving 3 messages. I also have made 4 failed attempts at emails, with one very short and unhelpful response. All of this over a RC car battery that is for my 8 year old son. Good luck to anyone that has an issue with this companys products, their support is some of the worst Ive ever seen.

Great support from their Tech guy. Wish I could remember his name. He let me know why my charger wasnt working and instructed me on how to get it back up and running. The problem was totally my fault, but he went over and above to bail me out. Thank you Firelands Tech Support!

Ordered two parts from this company on April 22. Only one arrived on April 25. Called customer service and they said they would ship me one out that day, which was a Wednesday. They are just one state away from me, so the part should have arrived the next day or that Friday. At the latest Monday. No dice. Called customer service Monday and it was the same guy I spoke to before. He said that he was sure he sent it out and that he would overnight me the part. It is May 4th and I am still waiting for the part.
