They will allow you to come in and stage early. But they do not allow you to park overnight or stay for a 10 hour break. (Which is incredibly stupid because they have tons of space thats unused there) They did have a clean bathroom. Checking in took 40 minutes and I was the 3rd person in line. When given a door it took them 7 hours to unload and then they rejected good product because of a time/freshness issue. Also, if you dont leave right after you get your paperwork the guard will harrass you to leave. On a positive note, there was alot of space to work with getting into your assigned door.

Delivered a full load of vegetables, produce and fruit. Had a midnight appt. They let us in gate at 8pm, had a door right away and was unloaded by 11:30pm. Really nice people from the guards, to recieving, to lumper. Love this place.

Arrived shortly before 8. Checked in shortly after 8 (they come in at 8) and was immediately put into a door. Was given paperwork about 11. Appointment was 3 am the next morning.No over night parking.Bathrooms for the humans and patch of grass for pups.Friendly people.

Appt at 2200 allowed to enter facility at 1930 ONLY. Receiving doesn’t come in until 2000. Arrived at 2000 got docked ASAP. Wasn’t done being unloaded until 0145. Restrooms and vending machines available in lounge. They unload quickly but time is wasted more on their verifying count.

Lots of space and we were loaded quickly. Nice staff as well

The staff are friendly but dont sell your products to this company. They wont pay you and youll be left trying to collect the money owed to you. After almost 2 years we are still trying to get paid the $10k they owe us! And to a small family farm $10k is a lot of money.

My fine experience started with the young security guard.....fabulous attitude! Check in was smooth. Clean bills and unloaded in an hour. Lots of room to maneuver!! Well done!!

My appointment was at 3:00am checked in early 1:30 am got a door right away. Not busy at all just a handful of trucks. It’s now 11:00AM and I’m still in my door getting unloaded and with a red light. And so are the same trucks that were here when I showed up. I went in to office to ask what’s the hold of receptionist straight up told me there slow here. 😫. They do have a bathroom and vending machines and a microwave and lots of parking and room to dock. And they do charge lumper fees and a late fee of $500 if your late to your appointment. So 😉 good luck 🥶

This place is a joke!!! They charge high lumper fee and they don’t unload you. We will never pick there load again.

They give you an appointment time then charge ridiculously high lumper fees and now Ive been waiting in dock now for going on 5 hours. Ive counted 20 trucks whom pulled in way after I docked get unloaded and are long gone, yet Im still here. They dont value a drivers time and the fact that were all are running on an electronic 11 hour log clock. This is BS. hundreds of lumpers just standing around inside with no care about your time.

They took me right in 4 hrs before my appt time. People were very friendly. Other SV distribution centers need to take notice!

Groceries are not properly shrink-wrapped on pallets while transport they fall apart because they cheap and they dont know what theyre doing
