Came here and was fortunate enough to be assisted by an technician by the name of Jobie (I might be spelling his name incorrectly). He went above and beyond in helping me out. I don’t normally post reviews of businesses, but after my experience here I felt compelled to. Thanks Jobie! Will pay it forward!

They were really busy, and I had an appointment, but they are always really professional and nice. I had them upgrade my ram and they removed some bloatware and cleaned up my PC too.

By the time you buy any electronic device from best buy they subscribe you for this service. And then they will send you the renewal. Watch out

I purchased my computer from Best Buy less than a year ago with that I also purchased Geek Squad protection.Since this time i purchased the computer I have had several things that needed to be repaired. Less than 3 months into owning my computer my speaker was blown. Fast forward not even 7 months later my camera and earphone jack were broken. With all these problems already happening in less that a year and having a warranty my expectation was that they would replace the computer.This did not happen. I have continually had to send it in for repairs. This last time that I had to send it in working with Geek Squad chat to even have it looked at in order to get it repaired was a nightmare. Which was really disappointing because Best Buy has been a reputable company in the past.

Went in with a working fine phone and a cracked screen. Came out with a phone that randomly shuts off and turns back on with battery that reads at 0%. After a remote diagnosis by Apple who scheduled another appointment they didn’t even want to look at it. Looks fine! My phone is pretty worthless now. They should call it the haughty but useless squad. No solutions and terrible service.They made my problems worse

Was not told about auto-renew policy until the day I was already charged. (a year later)

They cannot solve anything that you cannot solve by yourself if you have the slightest idea what you are doing. They do not care beyond basic diagnostics and repairs. And they will take your money in the process to tell you what you already know. So I love Best Buy, but Geek Squad is their biggest scam. Please dont go there unless you have warranty or a replacement plan.

I called and asked about service to my Samsung 65 TV that was purchased from Best Buy. I was told that they do not service televisions, even though the menu specifically asked me about servicing televisions. Agent Brown told me that if I did not have a protection plan then they could not come out.

So nice and professional. They know what theyre doing.

In store was ok but telephone access is terrible. Never could contact remote start office after 10 min of trying..
