Everything was fine until I pulled my car into the wash itself. The older black man who was in charge of scrubbing the car before the automatic wash was probably the RUDEST and most unprofessional person I’ve ever come across at a establishment. Could not see where exactly to go when pulling in since it was my first time and instead of just asking me to politely rearrange my car he proceed to bang on the window and shame me. Talked down to me and told me if I didn’t put it in correctly and in neutral he’d stop the entire thing and make me pull out. Even with ten cars behind me. This was totally unprofessional and very rude. I can see how that man is still working a car wash. Will never come here again. YOURE BETTER OFF DOING IT YOURSELF.

Recently bought my first new car. Always just hand washed my cars before because they were cheap used cars, so after I finished a road trip I decided to have a decent car wash. Price was good, the car came out nice and clean. But the guy doing the prewash and directing you through was the absolute rudest and most unprofessional person Ive dealt with in a long time. How he could express so much annoyance and contempt without ever saying a word is impressive. He started out with a total scowl and only got worse from there. He made curt and confusing directions then glared and slapped his face when my wheel didnt line up perfectly then made what I interpreted as a stop motion only to then giblvr me another rude expression and slap the sign saying to stay off the brake before the most dismissive wave off imaginable. I wont return for further washes

Owner is nice and the car wash is really good. I like that they power wash your bumpers and tires before you even enter. Though I will say that if you dont dry immediately you will end up with spots.

Hands down best car wash around! Hand wash before automation to hit the thick bugs. I always buy the $20 wash. The wax they use is amazing at keeping my vehicles clean for weeks after the wash. And the hand drying at the end is like ice cream on your cake!

Took my brothers truck in for an oil change. Ive never used this place, but that is where his sticker was from. Easy in and out AND a wonderful car wash. They sprayed the front end and mirrors with a magic concoction that removed most of the bugs. I think I found a new car wash and oil change location!!!

You really cant beat it. For $13 and a human to dry the car at the end I think its well worth it.

Carl was very honest with my oil change and basic maintenance needed. I was out of their in under 15 minutes. Carl also didnt try to sell me any services that I didnt need on my vehicle. Will return my business in the future for sure.

If you want to clean car this is one of the best places in Champaign area little expensive but if you buy the monthly pass it makes it a little bit better long as you wash your car everyday

Did awesome job cleaning the work van I have.

Ive been going to market view car wash for a long time and usually have no issues, but today I purchased the ultimate $20 car wash only to get the basic $7 wash which I knew was what I got as the only sign that light up as we went through was the spot free rinse sign and the amount of product on my car was very little. I told the attendant what happened and he sent me through a second time. This time the soap was plentiful and all of the signs lit up as they should have. I could also feel the undercarriage being sprayed. I hope this doesnt happen often.

Sitting here in the waiting room regretting coming here. These guys told me my oil change is going to cost (before tax) 78 dollars for a full service oil change. 9 dollars less if I just get the oil and filter.That seemed really high so I called my Honda dealership to see how much they charge. 40 dollars.Edit: Im revising my review after speaking with the owner. I really dont mean to be a pain here, its just frustrating to find out that youre paying double what the dealer would charge. Without knowing the fully story of WHY the dealer is so much cheaper yet, I cant really say how I feel about this pricing until I do more research.I do feel that the signage in the shop should be a bit more clear about the price next to full service so that customers dont look up, see that, then get a shock when they find out its not that price if their vehicle happens to require synthetic oil.

Worst customer service experience Ive had. Windshield was completely covered in soap when one of them motioned for me to pull forward. The other guy hit my car because I obviously didnt see anything through a window COVERED in soap. They wanted me to pull forward for the second time and magically know when to put my car in neutral. Not even signs indicating such at the appropriate spot either. First time using their carwash and will not be returning for that nor an oil change.

Sunday, May 12, 2019Byron was the only one working on Mothers Day and let me tell you, that MAN takes pure pride and appreciation in his job. Byron took his time making sure to clean the bumper and wheel wells before we went through the car wash. He made our black truck shine. After we went through my husband was wiping out the door jams and here comes Byron running out to grab a towel to dry the truck.Byron is an A++ man and worker. My husband and I thought he deserved some public appreciation.Kudos Byron. You Are The Man!!

These guys working here [oil change side] have attitude and seem bothered to do anything. Especially the african americab dude that just wants to relax in his chair. Id recommend just going elsewhere.

Great wash. Back end and lower body panels came out CLEAN. Well worth the 12 bucks (thats third tier up). Never got that clean from traditional drive through wash.

Love going through the carwash. Hate when the men who work there treat you like a child asking you if you know how to put your own vehicle in neutral. UPDATE: Im taking back my three other stars because I have a low tolerance for rude people. I sat outside the Lube for 10 minutes and no one came out per usual, so I called and said Hi. Are you open? He said yes very curtly so I said Oh, I didnt know. Usually someone comes out and says something to me or motions to me, at which point he started screaming at me that hes one person and its one at a time. Sigh. Not gonna deal with that.

Used to be the safest carwash in CU, because it was hand wash and then a brush-less automatic wash. Recently they modified their equipment and there are now a bunch of brushes waiting to scratch up my paint. Guess i need to find somewhere else.

Always had good experiences until recently. Gentlemen who changed my oil mentioned looked like I had a pretty substantial leak and should have it looked at. When I took it into the dealer (newer car so checked for warranty issue) they said it was a cracked piece due to over tightening of the oil filter. They asked if I had done my own oil or had someone do it. Ive reached out just now to MCW&L to help rectify the situation. Have been a very loyal customer for years but if this does not get correct will have to find other places to go. Heck Id even raise this to five stars if this gets corrected in a suitable manner.

We have received excellent service from both the car wash and the oil change garage for years.

$10 for windows and vacuum is a total waste. They only vacuum the driver and passenger side. Nothing in the back seat or under seats. They do not wipe down the dash or interior. Total waste of tome and money.

Kraig and his staff corrected a situation that was a mere fluke for me. Cars nowadays are made with plastic parts from time to time and I experienced an oil leak. The guys in the shop mentioned it to me so I had it checked out. After getting it checked I was told to contact who ever was the last person to change my oil. I am now on my fifth car taking it to Marketview Car Wash & Lube.After being in contact with Kraig we finally got our schedules to meet (mine interfering not his) and he was nothing short of a true gentleman along with completely professional. We discussed what had happened and we came to a great fix.Kraig runs a great business and little did I realize was that he was the one towel drying off the cars as they left the car wash! How many other business owners do you know who jump in and handle smaller tasks like that? I have never had one unfriendly, rude or had to wait a long time for service. We all have to remember that quality oil changes take more than ten minutes and you get that here at MCWL... quality.I will definitely be returning many times over to Kraig and his staff. I recommend anyone to give them a shot and just remember that it is smaller businesses like this that truly keep our community running. Great people, great service and quite frankly just down right a great atmosphere!

I have been here 2 times in the past week. Both times after the service I have taken my car home and notice scratches that are past the clear coat. I have tried to get them out with a buffer and I cant... witch means even an auto de-tailer will not be able too... The hand laborers bang the brushes against the car... NOT A HAPPY customer at all!!!
