Communication on arrival time was just fine. The issue we found was they did not move ANY furniture! We moved valuables like they directed us to do. But the two boys just went around the dresser, didnt try to get underneath the beds. There is no difference in the color or quality of our carpets. Im frustrated I paid $175.00 for something that didnt do what was advertised. On top of that, they left a pile of dirt/hair/etc. on our sidewalk before they left. And our carpets took over 8 hours to dry.

Didnt get to look at final product. The only reason it didnt get a 5 star because was told still had a mild smell of urine after the Steam Cleaning had been done. Im sure it was done right though.

I booked a carpet cleaning with this Stanley Steemer location because of a contingency on my lease that stated a carpet cleaning was needed before moving out. The cleaning crew did not clean the carpet underneath the bed. I know because there were wads of cotton that had fallen out of the mattress that were still under the bed after they left. Additionally, the edges of the carpet that meet the base boards were lined with dust that a typical vacuum cleaning doesnt pick up, and the dust was still there after the cleaning crew left. I had to go back with myself and do a detailed vacuuming that should have been done by the professional service I paid for. Booking was easy, which was the only plus.Edit: came back to lower the review from 2 stars to 1 star because customer service contacted me, opened a claim, and then never investigated nor communicated with me further.

Job was cleaning carpet in main rms of rental house. Had not been lived in for years. Carpet filthy & badly stained in one area. They did a great job! Slight stain still left, but way, way better than I expected. Rest of carpet looks so much better too. They were prompt, professional and polite! Definitely very pleased.

Chris was respectful and professional. He was careful in moving our furniture and putting it on blocks so the carpet could dry properly. He gave me options in terms of services I could choose to add on or not. He left the carpets looking great! I didn’t know they could look so clean again.

They quoted me a price then i took a room off and they still stuck with that price. They are too expensive for not moving much furniture and they stole a tape measure of mine that they used to measure a rugI called and told them and they have not done anything bout it. Manager was very rude. I will not use them again

I was really hoping I would love this service. I was supposed to get my carpets and sofas cleaned. They tried to clean the sofas but said they were not going to do them because they were cotton and once the stain is there... its there for good. Ive cleaned them better using just regular laundry soap, water and brush then when they tried w their machine. Then came the carpets. It was not better than when intent the machine unfortunately. On top of that they did not move some of the furniture so I guess I have to go rent the machine anyways -_-Dang it, I was really hoping they would be awesome. We didnt even tip and I felt bad because we always tip :/

I asked the technician not to cram all of my cords and jackstrip behind my entertainment center which he did anyway. He knocked out my firestick, phone and security system connections. Was going to clean around one chair instead of moving it when I had moved everything except the big stuff I couldnt moved. Cleaned well but had to be told not to get so close to my picture stand which couldnt be moved but could be knocked over. Didnt move mirror in bedroom, just cleaned around it. It was rather heavy for me to move.

The guys were professional knowledgeable, and fast at cleaning the dryer duct... One hour. They texted tine within 15 of arrival. Im super pleased.

I had to have them come out a total of 3 times. First time, they didn’t even clean the entire carpet in any of the rooms (mine you the house was empty!). Second time, finally got the entire place and looked a little better (that’s without walking through). Third time, my landlord actually called them back out because there was still fresh dirt in places and it just wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. I am hoping this last time they did a better job, but I haven’t been able to see it yet. If you plan to use them, make sure you stay at home while they’re doing the cleaning.

If youre looking to have pet urine odor removed, please consider having your carpet replaced instead of wasting your money on this company. We were given a guarantee, but the unbearable odor isnt gone. Now well have to replace the carpet and we lost $120 on cleaning that didnt work.

Dont watch the video because thats not what they do! Called to have my living room, dinning room and hallway done. One guy showed up and told me they dont move furniture! He would move dining room chairs but not the couch or table! The only reason Im giving them two stars is he did get most the stains up. But you better invite some friends if you want your carpet cleaned under your furniture. I wont use them again.

My handicap brother got phone est for $120 for carpet clean over phone and 2guys arrived for paper ?? Est gave him $300-350 est and no copy on paper so I could see exactly why so high..... Rip off of the handicap!!! Those guys start with reg square ft $ and then they work on commission for anything they can trick people to buy... Like scotch guard joke. I have reported to bbb for elder abuse.

Miracle workers. I rented a carpet cleaner and vacuumed numerous times but was still having allergic reactions to the bug stuff I applied to the carpet months ago. Stanley Steemer did their thing and I was sleeping in my room that night, I can finally breathe in my bedroom again!
