I have been using Christi since 2016 for my various waxing and sugaring needs. I will not use anyone else in the Atlanta metro area for several reasons: Timely (she never runs over my appointment time), Bed side manner - let’s face it getting waxed can be awkward but Christi makes you feel extremely comfortable, courteous staff - Bodyzilian has a great front desk staff that checks you out in a timely manner and stores my payment information for an easier, faster experience. They also provide water and whatever else you need during your appointment. The customer service here is unmatched.Christi’s services are top notch. I always leave my bi-weekly appointments feeling fully satisfied and more confident. I could not recommend Christy higher as an aesthetician. She is great and trustworthy! She is the bomb!

Magda is the owner and a fantastic waxer. When I initially started using this business I tried to see Magda but she wasn’t accepting new clients. I then used Christi for almost a year. Her waxing style was not my preference which I tried to address with her but it didn’t change. As a person Christi is very nice and maybe other people won’t find her waxing style painful. When I spoke to Magda saying I couldn’t continue to use Christi and would like an appointment with her she was accommodating and appreciative for the second chance. I haven’t tried anyone else in the business but would. The place is very clean and appointments are on time unlike my experience with European Wax.

Came in due to the high ratings and wasn’t pleased with my experience. My Brazilian wax felt rushed and she was rough. I also got my underarms waxed and there was still hair under my arms and bikini line. After using the hard wax they’re supposed to use the soft wax to get any stray hairs however the esthetician I believe her name was Christy failed to do this. First impressions say a lot. Not impressed and will not be back.

Christi used the correct method where there is a paste and she took the hair off with the paste . It was no where near as painful as the wax strips at all. It was bearable. I called to see if they required masks for unvaccinated individuals. They said that they did but that they didnt request proof of vaccination. The receptionist was ignorant of the fact that state and federal law have no restrictions whatsoever about requesting proof of a persons vaccination status. It is perfectly legal to require proof of vaccination to allow someone into your establishment without a mask. Im ummunocompromised, so I cant take the chance of being in an enclosed space with an unvaccinated, unmasked person. If Ive learned one thing from the pandemic, it is that you cant trust people to do the right thing.
