We have used Arrow for many years. They do our regular pest control as well as our termite service. We have always been pleased with our service, and have had no problems with termites, and only minimal issues with other pests. Our current pest control tech is Chad. He is very good at his work, and is easy to work with. He also gets along well with our dog. We appreciate his work and good temperament.

I use their services at four different houses I own. The only issue I have is that I have to deal with four different offices. But each office is great. Your staffs are all very professional, very responsive, and are quick to try and resolve any issues I might have.

I cannot say enough nice things about Arrow and my technician, John Draine. He has done routine maintenance at my place for a year now. He is always on time, super detailed and professional, and does such a great job. I would highly recommend them to anyone just looking to stay on top of their pest control service and minimize pest issues. Theyre so flexible about scheduling and they make everything easy!

They show up on time, get the work done quickly and answer my questions. They will also come out between visits if you have issues and are under regular pest control.

Joel is the most professional and lovely Service Tech.He is always on time and keeps me on my quarterly schedule. There has never been an issue that he didn’t quickly solve...including a huge pot nest of yellow jackets after me!I have used Arrow for termite bait stations and for inside quarterly since the 70’s since my house was built.

They also dealt with carpenter bee issues. They’re very fairly priced and stand by their work.

Technician was on time and seemed very knowledgeable. Most importantly in the age of COVID, he went to great lengths to follow all safety protocols and I felt very comfortable with him in my house. Other service professionals Ive used talk about their protocols but then show up without a mask on and act like its a big deal when I ask them to put it on. The Arrow guy wore his mask and had a respirator on it for added protection. Consistently friendly and professional service regardless of service type - termites, pests, etc.

First of all, their service does work well...but if you value your time, please do not book any business with this company in Chamblee. This is the second time in two months that we booked an appointment and there has been no call, no show. We value our time, schedule around our jobs, miss work to be there for the appt.and we dont feel valued as a customer.

Friendly operators and friendly technician. They were very prompt and was on time.But most satisfying of all was finding dead or dying roaches after the treatment of the house. Spiders have also disappeared. Very satisfied, highly recommend.

I have used Arrow for the past 3 years and I could not be happier. They have provided better customer service than others that I have had. They point out items of concern and explain them in details that anyone can understand. They do not push services (like others) but they do offer and let you know about them. I have purchased several of them from these offerings provided when realizing the benefits. They stand behind their work and if something is not right, they make it right. If you see active pests 2 -3 weeks after your monthly visit they will come and treat again. They work on around my schedule and I can always get in within a day or two if needed. All Im gonna say is make sure you get a second opinion if you value your money. While the salespeople seemed like quality guys and their presentation was sophisticated, their quote for Terminix was nearly TRIPLE the price of all 3 other quotes. It was 1100 dollars - plus 300/year - as a stand alone service. The only way I could bring the price down was if I bundled termite treatment with other equally overpriced services (a sales tactic I loathe). And for what its worth, even if I bundled it with 3 other services I didnt need, it was still 300 dollars more than the company I actually used (425 install - 300/year - not bound to other services). This company has all the glossy handouts and slick smiles and salesmanship - but you are paying excessive amounts for their advertising bills. I just want the bugs gone.

I made an emergency call to Arrow last Friday and was grateful a technician was able to come that afternoon and resolve the issue. The staff is friendly and helpful. All I can say is that maybe I got unlucky with every person who they assigned to my account and that I interacted with...These guys are absolute crooks.So after I got my first general quarterly treatment, my technician asked if I wanted to also get monthly mosquito treatments. We did not as we have the whole tiki torches setup and I told him I would let him know should we wish to start getting these. I travel for work almost every week, and upon returning home after a long trip found that 3 monthly treatments for a couple hundred dollars had been done anyhow. I cut my losses, paid, asked that they not do it again.Fast forward another few months to next quarterly treatment... You guessed it another few hundred dollars for MORE MOSQUITO TREATMENTS - also side note, the mosquito treatment is not effective at all - legitimately youd be better off running around the backyard trying to kill them all yourself with your hands.So I call to explain the situation (again), and am told OUR MOSQUITO TREATMENT PROVIDERS ARE DIFFERENT THAN THE PEST CONTROL TREATMENTS and they likely werent informed by your technician... So apparently there is just a subgroup of this company that runs around performing mosquito treatments ad hoc for random clients. And then they say Your technician isnt responsible for telling them what you actually request or REQUEST NOT TO HAVE..... What?.... So its the customers responsibility to wait on your porch for them to show and shoo them away like crows in a field I guess? Its not like I was ever INFORMED they were actually coming to do these treatments...No move on Arrows part to help remedy or to even apologize for taking a coll ~$500 extra from me! I told them I was cancelling service since and they were so terrible and the lady on the phone said Ok no problem, is that all, or can I help you with anything else?I said no thanks - have a good weekend... but in hindsight, yes... Please treat no customer like you did our household ever again...Hopefully this saves some of you in the Brookhaven area. Just pay a few bucks more on your treatments and get Orkin. At least theyre honest.

Their mosquito and flea treatment really works!! I will be using Arrow again this season. My pets appreciate the flea free yard and it is just so nice knowing I have a safe environment

The Arrow Exterminator team has been a pleasure to work with. My husband and I recently moved into our home and realized there was an existing rodent infestation happening in our crawl space and attic. Three Arrow reps were able to come out the day after my initial call as I had to be home for a delivery that day anyway the scheduler worked quickly to see if she could get us scheduled. They performed an initial inspection for 4-legged creatures, a treatment for standard insect pest control and an inspection of the property for termites. All three reps were informative, very friendly and prompt. Since that initial inspection we’ve had several other reps come out to do an exclusion service on our house and the subsequent weekly checks that follow. Each one has been just as friendly, quick and knowledgeable. They always call before they head out and more times than not, they’re running ahead of schedule, which is just really unheard of with most home service companies! It’s a bit early to speak extensively about the pest protection, but so far the personnel alone have me sold on Arrow.

Twice I scheduled appointments with this company and twice they did not show up. The first time I set up appointment and called back there was no record of me existing in the system. The second time, they showed up on the wrong day and then refused to uphold their original appointment time. Use a different exterminator service.
