Josh and Mark did an excellent job remodeling our basement. They are experienced contractors that provides the best solutions. What we value the most is that Mark proposed new ideas to enhance the living space. He re-routed the HAVC pipes to raise the ceiling, altered the walls to increase bathroom size, last but not least, built custom shelves to accommodate the existing structures that can not be removed. They have high standards for their work, and we completely trust them. We can not wait to call them back for our next project.

Josh & his team did a phenomenal job on my basement build out in 2019. They took an open basement, reworked plumbing, added A/C, upgraded windows along with drywall, flooring, doors etc. and created a home. The quality and skill level as well as responsiveness & professionalism made working with them a breeze.Josh communicated the project timeline and costs as expected. While there were a couple delays (due to the city permit approval/sign-offs), Joshs crew was on schedule. Additionally, the whole team was trustworthy and fair. They worked with us throughout the process to meet our asks, be flexible within our budget and keep the space as clean as possible throughout the work. We would recommend them to anyone (& have!).

We heard great things about this company and reached out to get the job started. Josh answered and said he was busy with a customer but to text him our information and he would call us once he was back in the office. No one ever contacted us. He could have at least told us he was too busy to take on more work. We are thankful we dodged a bullet with this unprofessional contractor.

Josh responded almost immediately and was able to provide us with a very reasonable and quick estimate. The project- enclosing our garage, adding cabinets, rebuilding a laundry room with new flooring- was done very well and quickly. They were extremely responsive, easy to work with, and helpful in design decisions.

Atlanta Area Building and Remodeling built a bathroom addition on our 1950s home. Josh at AABR took great care to ensure that the addition blended perfectly into our existing home. Despite the fact that our house is more than 60 years old, he was able to source the right brick color and size, the right mortar color, and matching granite for the foundation. All of this means that the addition looks like it has always been part of the home and we have received many compliments! It is clear that Josh and AABR take pride in a job well done.
