Thomas made the experience wonderful. Treated me like his own family. Friendly, kind, answered every question I had and those I didnt know to ask. Made sure my entry code worked, walked us to the unit etc. Some of the best customer service I have seen in a while. Cannot wait to move in and stop in and say hello to him A gem of an employee.

On short notice we needed to add an additional storage unit and reached out to iStorage via the 800 number and had great customer service. They reserved a unit for me for the next day. The next morning I received a call from Thomas, the property manager, calling to confirm our reservation and to coordinate timing. Upon arrival we received his undivided attention and within 30 minutes we were unloading our UHaul into our new storage unit. We received great service from Thomas, and the facility was very clean, and we felt very safe in the facility. I would highly recommend iStorage in Brookhaven.

Tried so many times to reach someone. Finally someone answered but sounded as if in a hurry. Could not get into property to see anything. Was told only had one unit left and If I wanted to get it I need to go ahead. Poor service in my opinion. Would not recommend

Came in on a Saturday and was not expecting the excellent customer service that we received. Thomas was extremely welcoming and very kind, definitely the reason we decided to use istorage. Very simple process and he was able to take care of us in a timely manner and get us exactly what we were looking for. Facilities are very clean and well maintained in a convenient location. Update, just going to just stay at they might do something about getting a reception for your phone. My phone will not work in the facility. Which is difficult since I count on my phone for work. And one other thing the cart wheels are all messed up so you cant even use some of the carts.However Tom who runs the place is a very nice guy. Hes always friendly and willing to answer questions.

Very clean facility. I didnt see any bugs or trash. Plenty of dollies/trucks to make unlaoding switft. Four elevators also help make the move easy. The staff is wonderful!! Mia was very friendly and helpful. Reasonable pricing.If you have insurance dont pay online. Pay when you get to the facility because you wont get a refund on it. Other than that, I have no complaints and would rent from them again.

I rented online in October and wanted to start my rental on late November. I liked that I could make a reservation but the online system wasn’t clear. D took me all the way through the rental process. I didn’t know to stop after the reservation screen. I was very upset when I noticed the next day that my rental unit stared immediately. Even though all emails said November 20th. I called the Chamblee location and they worked it out for me but this was confusing and I bet it happens all the time. The store associates Mia and Darrel are amazing and so helpful though but online could be clearer.

The facility is clean and bug free. Plenty of carts and elevators make it easy to load and unload. The staff is amazing! We cleared out our unit and forgot to call to close it. When I finally called, they had already closed it the day after we moved out! Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely bring our business back here.

I had two storage units at the Chamblee location for over five years without any major issues. When I finally moved out both Mia and Thomas were extremely helpful in assisting the movers and closing my account. Once I got to my new location I was very impressed with the condition of all my storage items after so many years. I would highly recommend this storage facility given the professional staff and storage maintenance.

Mia was OUTSTANDING! She was amiable, willing to take time to look at the various size units without being pushy. She mentioned considerations that I had not taken into account. Overall I was very pleased.There was only one thing I noticed and went back to report it that day.One of the two sets of florescent bulbs was out and needed to be replaced. I have not had time to get back over to the unit, but I will respond on how quickly that is taken care of, as it is an important aspect of my continued leasing.

We are charged and pay for a climate control unit and trust your organization to provide a climate controlled environment. I stopped at our unit on Friday and found the A/C not working. I asked the staff who were very nice and understood the concern. They informed me the AC on the 5th floor has been out all summer and the repair is not yet scheduled. I am very frustrated we pay for climate control....there has been no communication on the issue...the e-mail I sent has had no response. this at location 645.

It was great to finally visit a Storage Company where the Manager understands the meaning of “Customer Service.” I stopped by Simply Self Storage in Chamblee to check the place out, look around and ask my normal 10-12 questions, like I’ve done the other locations. Well, let me tell you about Mrs. Yolanda. She was very friendly, helpful, patient, knowledgeable and thorough. She has such a great personality and made sure all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Since I’m downsizing, I wanted to make sure I’m comfortable with where my belongings will be stored and Mrs. Yolanda sold me on this location. So, I will be returning soon. There is very little air conditioning on the storage floors. Books, furniture which I expect to be in a climate controlled place are deteriorating. The storage unit is too hot to stay in for sorting, even for a few mins. Numerous promises over the summer to fix have not been kept.I will be moving! 😡

I dropped by to get a storage unit and spoke with Yolanda Woods the Property Manager. She was extremely polite and helpful. I was able to view a few size units and rent one in about 20 minutes. The property is very clean and safe. Plus the pricing is very reasonable. It was an all around great experience.

Called the manager Yolanda to discuss pricing and the type of storage needed. After contacting multiple storage facilities I knew this was the right place! She was extremely helpful and professional!I arrived approximately 10 minutes prior to closing. I never felt rushed. And Yolanda went the extra mile to guarantee I rented the proper unit! I would highly recommend this facility!

I was able to walk right in and get my unit. The ladies were friendly. Only issue is that they made the insurance mandatory, an extra $10 a month the internet doesnt tell you about. If it wasnt mandatory she didnt present it like that. Its all good though, The first month free makes up for it. Had to cough up $34 for my first free month.

I have rented storage rooms all over the country and always have 24 hrs access because I work odd hours. This is the BEST storage I have ever rented. 5 stars for customer service. Ive had a great experience working with Thomas and Mia the last couple days as Im getting ready to move out of the country soon. Very understanding and helpful! Though it was unusually hot on the 5th floor yesterday when I stored my items, Thomas assured me it was being taken care of ASAP. Also, around the end and beginnings of the month, maybe have an extra staff person on duty? Thats a lot of responsibility for one person on the grounds when so many folks are moving in and out.I did want to make a note that a customer called while I was filling out paperwork yesterday, and I could hear her yelling at Thomas through the phone from the other side of the counter! He handled the conversation politely and calmly and was just trying to do his job and she threatened to get him fired! Thomas gets 5 starts for professionalism in my book.

This is in regards to my Rental Experience at iStorage..I went in on 8/31/19 to obtain a unit I reserved online shortly prior to arrival..They Close at 5pm and I arrived at 4:41pm..The guy working there asked how could he help me? I advised him of the reservation.. He said to me I cant rent you a unit today because we close in a few minutes and they dont allow us to work overtime! I thought he was kidding, until he said it again.He proceeded to look for his phone to call the Manager and walked all around the facility looking for it..Then, I was told they didnt have the unit available that I reserved! She finally found one.. Yet, its now been 7 mins that Ive been waiting!The Lady working with him decided to go ahead with the process which takes about 15-20 mins.. He finally reached Management which advised him that he could do it..He walks me back to see the unit that has missing ceiling tiles and proceeds to tell me about how they have been tripping about overtime and he will not stay beyond closing! He will be fired before he does that he states...I felt horrible and unwanted!I will not advise this place and will look for another facility within a week.. Horrible Service!!The young Lady was Super Nice and Helpful!A customer should never know about internal company issues.. Totally, none of my business! Furthermore, it states that you dislike your job and could care less about me or my business... Horrible!!!!

I went to get a storage unit last week and was very happy with my choice. This place is very clean. The staff was excellent especially the young lady Tameka. She was very helpful in assisting me with what i needed. Overall it was a very nice experience.

While the location and the two on site managers (Mia & Scharlotte) for this location are excellent, I can not say the same about the over condition of the facility. My unit was on a floor with carpeting throughout which was very dirty in appearance and had a very musty unpleasant smell. My unit had a broken handle as well as the door wouldnt stay open. Overall it appeared to need a fresh coat of paint throughout. I moved in and moved out immediately as I just couldnt take the smell/appearance. I think with a bit of an update to the facility this would be a top rated storage location.

Customer service was great but the set up process was extremely slow and frustrating. The gentleman tried to send me an email serval times and it wasn’t going through which wasn’t his fault but it did take longer then expected and time is money.

I visited iStorage at 4775 Peachtree RD Chamblee GA on 7/31/19 10 minutes till closing and Thomas was genuinely eager to assist me with my reservation. He explained the process and was patient as I filled out the forms.During that time 2 other customers came in 1 to pay a bill and the second was an irate man who demanded service without complying with proper security measures such as providing his name and valid identification. I was disgusted by the way the Father of 3 was acting. Even his youngest son (who couldnt have been more than 10) spoke up about his cruel nature.Thomas was remarkably professional and soft spoken as to not add fule to the fire. He made it very clear as to what the customers options were and about 6-10 minutes later the customer excused himself while STILL yelling & swearing down the hall.By this time it was well past close and I felt even worse about sliding through the door so late but Thomas completed my reservation, took me on a tour of the property, we had great conversation AND got me the BEST POSSIBLE PRICING.Even though I had an excruciatingly long day I couldnt help but smile I was so relieved.Thank you iStorage for having Thomas, hes such a phenomenal staff member who really cares about the quality of service & security every customer receives.

My experience with the company overall was great.. I used the facility for a couple of months had no problems with access to the building. When I was ready to move out I was informed that I would have to pay for a full month of service of $247.00 and only needed 7 days. I ask the property manager to prorate the difference of 7 days but she decline. However, after explaining to the DM my current financial situation with the move; we all was in an agreement to at least pay half of the $247..00 which was $123,50 til the 15th of the month.. I was okay with half and it was a winning solution for both parties.. In the end, I appreciate both property manger and DM understanding of my needs to save a little money. Thank you IStorage for the compromise and compassion! Making my move a pleasant one in the end.. Kudos to YOU!!!.
