Best car buying experience ever! The entire team at Global Mini are very courteous and client centered. They did not make me feel pressured, but rather worked with me to help me get the best deal for me—not them.I’ve always wanted a Mini. Now, I have one and I didn’t have to go through all the haggling/stress I would have at many other car dealerships!I owe special thanks to Raymond for accommodating my husband and I throughout the car buying process. I went to test drive a Mini yesterday and drove home in it. The sales team there is second to none. The salesman Peter answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease from the second that I sat down. Alexandra, the manager, was straightforward and never made me feel pressured or rushed. Even the finance manager, Lance, made me feel like they really appreciated my business. This was my first dealer experience and thanks to this great team it won’t be my last. I love my new Mini and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Sales will not budge on price, nor the $699 doc fee, which I never saw disclosed at CarGurus. Tried to sell paint and fabric protection on a vehicle which already has it. Expect sales to push expensive (close to $3600) extended warranty and tire protection ($975). I notice they also sell gap insurance. You never get to examine the actual terms and conditions of these expensive addons before the final purchase. My advice, skip them all. A promise is only as good as its maker.They could only scrounge up 1 key; handed over with a shrug after getting paid.Finally, Global Mini screwed up the Carfax paperwork. I had to drive 2 hours/80 miles round-trip to fix their error. I guess FedEx would have eaten into the doc fee profit.

I came in for an oil change service and knew that the dealer would offer other services besides what you signed up for. So I made it clear to the service guy that I am aware of potential issues with the car and only need an oil change for now and nothing else.Not surprisingly, I came back 2 hours later and still need to check my email for pending recommendations. So I have to wait another 45 minutes at the dealer for the car to be brought out. 30 minutes after refusing additional services, I asked the service agent if he could check with the technician to bring my vehicle sooner since it has been a while. The service guy just glanced at me and replied, No, everyone has to wait and I was the only customer in the room that morning. I will let you be the judge of that level of customer service.the receptionist gentleman was friendly and professional is the only reason the survey didnt get one starThe service guy who worked on the morning of August 14, 2021 was the main the reason I wouldnt come back for future service.second reason was the mandatory of approval of pending recommendations despite the customer already declined before hand. The service can be offer through email but should not hold customers vehicle hostage until approve.

The representative was very nice. He did however forget why I initially brought my car in for service but he quickly rebounded and had it completed in 30 minutes. Overall the service was great. My car drove fine as I now consider all the things that might need to be repaired after the inspection.Driving the loaner was awesome! Because of the loaner I wandered over to look at new vehicles seriously; but no one asked to help me. My service representative when I mentioned it offered to get me some help, but I just felt they were too busy or didnt think I was a serious customer. My car is almost 20 years old and it maybe time. My mini has served me well. Love it and I would definitely purchase another.

7/14/2021 12:30I called to inquire about a part for my 04 mini cooper r53 and the gentleman that answered the phone name Donald was very patient and helpful. I was told the part I was asking about was in stock so I let him know I was o my way. when I arrive I was helped at the parts counter by Terrence who was also patient and help me all the way thru the process of making sure I had the right part. I was in and out within 20 minutes. will be going back for services and will definitely leave a review after I get my car services.

I had such a great service there. They gave me all the details as to what services were included in the service and disclosed if I did not need something that was in the package. I had gotten my engine oil changed at another place the day before my service and once I went to MINI, they had told me that my oil cap was not closed properly and they has replaced it. I appreciated the honesty and felt like my car had been serviced in the right way. I would definitely go back and also recommend to a friend.

STAY AWAY!! Horrible horrible customer service . At first my experience was good, however upon delivery of the car purchased there were two outstanding items. First was the car registration, title, and plates which we paid around $300 admin/filing fee. Second was a refund check of $100 for damage wiper blades up one delivery. I was working with the sales rep Raymond and he no longer answers calls or texts and never returns my calls or messages. I also have spoke to Alexandra the sales manager several times and same story. It has been 2 months and I have not received my plates or refund. Any time I call my phone call is screened and I get told nobody is there to help. I have left 5 messages for Alexandra and she nor anybody else ever calls me back. This is an absolute joke and wildly unprofessional. I have never been treated so poorly by a car dealership and it’s dealerships like this that give a bad name for all. Stay away!!

If you come here for service, make sure that Thomas Rickard is not your service advisor. The way he spoke to me was disrespectful and rude, but I treated him with nothing other than kindness. He was dismissive and unhelpful with all of my questions. He mentioned that my car had an open recall and when I asked him what that meant he let out a “...it means your car needs to be fixed” in a rude tone. He never explained and never informed me of what the recall was for. He also claimed that I needed 4 new tires, but my father was outside and said it was not critical and we could purchase them at another place for a cheaper price (based on their history of “suggesting” more than is necessary to increase the service charge). When I told him I wanted to wait on tires he said “wait on! they’re bald” in an aggressive tone. While I need tires, they certainly aren’t bald. I’m not sure if he was just having a bad day but when in customer service he needs to check himself and be more respectful to customers.

I had my BMW X3 repaired here. I am ver pleased with the repairs done. I chose Global Imports they dont substitute parts. You might have to wait a few extra days for the ordered parts to arrive but you know that you are getting the quality of the BMW original parts. Joe kept me updated on the progress of the service. If you want quality service and repair, this is the place.

Where to start: I bought a Cooper here three years ago and it was all around fantastic.I brought my car in for service and ended up trading it for a Clubman. It was a bit of an impulse buy and therefore I am still figuring out my feelings.But I had some problems the next day and I was very happy with the follow up service I received. I also bought too many warranties and was able to just take off and return the ones I didn’t want anymore.Overall, I would go there again.

Stellar customer service. Ive been taking my MINI here for maintenance for a couple years now, and Im consistently amazed at the level of courtesy in the service department. Eric is the best!Its true that things can get expensive, but I think that comes with the territory of owning a MINI. The good news is, I dont ever feel upsold here. The staff takes the time to make sure you fully understand what your car needs (and doesnt need).Getting your car worked on is never a pleasant experience, but this is as good as it gets.

I truly enjoyed my experience at Global Imports MINI. Kevin was overly sweet and accommodating, one of the best service techs I have had. Jacob was super sweet. He took me to work in the ‘MINI shuttle’ which was an all black MINI Cooper Countryman... I might buy one. When it was time to get picked up, he was RIGHT on time and was a very safe driver in the ATL traffic. When it was time for me to check out, Tom was very prompt to assist me and was very fun to talk to. They had to order a couple of parts for me so I will be retuning next week for the final pieces to be installed. I can’t wait. When I was driving home in my car, I REALLY DID see a difference in the work that they did and it felt like a new car!Great Job Kevin, Jacob and Tom!

I feel at barely 60,000 miles 57 to be exact I should not have had to spend 1200 dollars for repair. If this is British or German engineering than what is wrong with Japanese cars like Toyotas which go for 100000 miles without any problems. At least this is my experience. Agree that the driving pleasure and experience is totally different but then I payed premium for my cooper. The service was great but not the price,

Worst customer service ever!!!! I’m talking about the service department!!! It was so bad I took my car to Mini dealership in Kennesaw Ga. The customer service agent name was Tom!!!! Very Rude!!! The service manager did try to make it right, but I was over it, I’m not spending my money and your just rude and unprofessional! I wasn’t getting an oil change either!!! I made an appointment in regards to a factory recall repair for my 2004 mini cooper and had a stellar experience when i came in today. i expected to drop the car off but the team at global imports mini had the parts replaced in just two hours time, plus i received an unexpected complimentary wash and interior vacuum! eric davis made sure my mini came out in tip top shape while also being extremely helpful, personable, and professional. i would recommend the team and services at global imports mini to anyone! thank you!

I would suggest talking to Asif as he is a GREAT problem solver. Especially if you have a tough situation/are upside down with your loan and need a solution to get another car. He is amazing. I also met with Asif, Raymond and Alex today at Mini. They have gone out of their way to make a great situation for my daughter and me. They were respectful, informative and creative. They came up with a car / down payment / and payment plan that worked for us. I would HIGHLY recommend Asif and his team.

Service was ok. This is the second time that I have visited the Global MINI service department since Josh Pruitts departure wherein I have been less than satisfied. On this occasion, in reviewing the service repair invoice upon picking up my car. One of the line items lists a complimentary wash and vacuum. I typically dont care about a wash and vacuum, as I hand wash my car regularly. But in this case is it was blatantly not vacuumed as the floor mats where dusty with pollen dust and partially crushed plant leaves. The car is garage kept and has ceramic coating applied on the exterior so it is not hard to clean. That being said I am not speaking of the exterior. If I declined the service , I could under stand the oversight. The point here, is services that have not been provided and/or performed should not be indicated as complete on the repair/service order. It makes me wonder if outside of the requested repair items, if a vehicle inspection was actually performed. On my last service visit to Global MINI for an oil change, I didnt complete a survey, because I did not have anything positive to report. On that visit, it was reported that a vehicle inspection was performed, but my tire PSI readings were off for all 4 tires. I went to Butler tire immediately afterwards to have my tires inflated to the proper air pressure. In closing, the lack of detail leads to an unsatisfactory rating. I used to work for BMW so I know the rules in and around customer satisfaction. MINI is a premium product, the quality control and attention to detail during maintenance visits should not ever be an afterthought.

I brought my car in after a tire hit it on the highway. There was extensive damage even though it didnt look like it from the outside of the car. The associates were very helpful in making sure that my insurance company paid for geniune parts on my car as opposed to after market parts. I was always kept updated with any issues that went on. I was very satisfied with the experince.

Everyone was gracious about that--they didnt rush us through the buying process and worked hard to get us great financing, staying well past their closing time to provide us with excellent service. We came in to get our mini cooper serviced for an open national recall. We dropped the car off at 4pm and was told it would require time to complete the service. We received a call almost 24 hrs. later stating they could not complete the service due to an out of stock part globally. In terms of customer service, it should not take any service advisor 23 hrs. to let us know the service cant be completed. When we came in we asked to speak to service manager and was pointed to another service advisor who didnt acknowledge us with a hello or even his name. They did not offer to call around to see if the part was available at another location, provide any suggestions on what we could do moving forward from a safety standpoint, or say they would call us when the part would become available. Being a sister company to BMW, this customer service is the complete opposite to the BMW service I receive at United. This was not the best first experience here and likely will be our last.

I believe David was very fair. I brought my car in at the last minute, having trouble on the way to an appointment. David worked with me knowing it was a large, unexpected expense and descriptively explaining the critical issues. I appreciate that he offered me a loaner and made sure all of the applicable discounts were applied. This experience was better than previous experiences at Global. Much more customer focus.

Not sure who runs this place now but I need to get in contact of whoever that is seeing as this place lied on a recorded line about what has happened with me & my vehicle and NO ONE can help me without transferring me at least 3 times to end up in the same place I was originally.The front desk got an immediate attitude and wanted to play new and cute the second time and the employees are always looking to blame the consumer.Im over it and need to speak to someone about fixing this and the fear that something could have happened to my property

Fantastic service. Sergei was great, taking care of our car quickly and professionally despite our not having an appointment. Our battery went dead and we needed it fixed/replaced immediately. We walked in without an appointment around noon, but Sergei greeted us promptly, diagnosed the issue, and promised to have the car ready by the end of the day. Got a text around 4pm informing us that the car was ready for pickup. When we got there, it was waiting out front, freshly washed. Sergei handed us the key, informed us that it was a warranty repair so no charge to us, and we were quickly on our way. Top-notch, professional service from start to end.

David Roman was my point of contact at Mini Cooper on Peachtree Industrial Blvd in Atlanta. From Start to finish he gave me daily updates about what was going on with my car and worked very closely with my warranty company to make sure all covered charges were covered. He worked hard to help me secure a loaner Mini Cooper car so that I would have transportation while my vehicle was being fixed. This was such a great experience that I will be buying a brand new Mini Cooper in a few weeks from that same dealership.

My experience at Global Mini wasnt good. The car salesman Floyd totally played me. I purchased a 2017 Sentra Nissan a couple of weeks ago and week by week I am noticing problems with this vehicle. #1 the left front speaker of the car doesnt have a speck of a sound coming through it. #2 the right front tire flap its falling park as I am driving.I called in to express my concerns with the vehicle and wasnt taken seriously. I was offered a flimsy resturant coupon by Jonathan (The Sales Director) who finds everything to be funny.Lastly, because the car salesman Floyd (the black heavy set guy in his 40s ) was rude when I called to ask questions about the car days later; so I reported it to Jonathon and was told HE himself would get back with me. GUESS WHAT? He did NOT.Doing a trade in here is not the route you want to go. Theyll definitely remind you that your car was sold to an auction or WORST CRUSHED ALREADY.Not to mention Floyd being smart stated that if I think hes wrong I should go to a Nissan Car Dealership and I did and found out the CAR was in a wreck and they air brush painted over it. And was lied to by the company with the carfax paperwork they showed.I will never go here to look at vehicles again. 😕😕Ladies the STIGMA is true they do TRY to GET OVER on YOU here at GLOBAL MINI 😠❗❓I will be contacting my lawyer.Thank you.

Service repairs are ridiculously priced. Took my vehicle there on warranty for brakes two hour drive. They changed the pads but wouldnt replace rotors. I told them that no self-respecting mechanic would ever put new pads on rotors in that condition. They said that unless they were broken they werent allowed to replace them. I asked to speak to the manager, they said he was on vacation and no one else had authority.

My service rep was fantastic! He had the car on, heater running and the seat heater going fir me. Very thoughtful. However, the service sept printed they did a complimentary car wash & vaccuum which i was very excited about. That actually meant they poorly vacuumed the front mats!!! It’s a mini!!! How long would it take to vacuum the back too???? Just don’t print that on there as it actually made me think wow! y’all are lazy not wow! y’all are thoughtful It’s the small things, isn’t it?

I am in from out of town and my check engine light came on. I brought my Mini Cooper S in and they did an inspection and solved the problem. They also let me know my brake pads were at 3.5mm, so I asked them to replace the front and rear pads and sensors. I picked up the car this morning and they had washed it and had it out front, ready to go. David was great and helped me throughout with clear and honest communication. Texting made it easy and convenient.

I came here to buy a Rav4 actually, not a Mini Cooper. But if we are being honest, I had better service here than at any Toyota dealership in Atlanta. I am not used to the no haggle system but I it allowed for a much less stressed environment. The managers, finance and sales guys were all so willing to work with me and have blown me away with their service. Would highly recommend this dealership.

This is the worst expierence I ever have with any car dealership.On February 24 made 11 calls to the parts department , was put on hold 6 times and never connected. Finaly decided to drive to this dam place.Empty..... 2 employee all together1 drinking coke and another eating chinees take outSuch a shame. Call to general manager of this establishment Left a message asking to help me .. Nothing as wellWhats wrong with these people??

Global Mini Service replaced my high-pressure water pump while I waited. The whole process went smoothly, as I was able to work remotely from the comfort of their lounge, and go next door for a Pho Bowl for lunch. My Countryman was ready when I got back. Courteous & professional staff, spotless facility and comfortable waiting lounge with a strong, reliable WiFi connection. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend this dealer because of their bs fees they add on to the price after an agreement is made. I took off work to drive over after agreeing on a price of a used car. the price of the car was 5740ish when I got to the dealership to pay and ink the deal there was almost 2k in added fees!!! these fees are not related to tax title or the tag just bs fees pushing the price of the car up 32 percent over the price we agreed on. the people are very nice but that is a BIG Hell no to playing bs fees.if they fixed their pricing model I would definitely consider them but the practice of marking up that much on fees is kinda shady. one example was named taxable item fee.. needless to say its worded like that to make people think its a tax from the government and its not at all! anyway enough of my rant Id you do choose to buy with them please look at the fees before you sign any deal with them.

I bought a $300 dlls part that I didn’t use and I was about to return it but the system didn’t work by that time. The guy told me to come back but now they don’t want to take it back because they said that it has been use. I already try to return it 3 times and I definitely won’t be back to that dealership for any future service.

I leased a mini back in 2014, and then bought one in 2017. All the service are done by this dealership. However, what happened to me today disturbed me. I brought my car for its annual service and when asked what service I need, I told the service staff (Sergei) what I was told by another service staff (Eric) last time I visited. Somehow, it hurt his ego or something, he got mad and claims he didn’t understand what I was talking about. A few minutes later, he checked the system and came to the same conclusion as Eric. While Eric is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Sergei seems to think it’s ok to lash out at customers, maybe he thinks he can get away with it because I am a small Asian woman. Whatever reasons he has, it’s not acceptable and it’s unprofessional to say the least. A woman shouldn’t have to be accompanied by her husband to get respected at a dealership. I appreciate what Eric does for his customers, and I hope good work gets recognized at Global Mini. At the same time, I am calling out bad behavior and expect it to be addressed promptly.

We took delivery of a 2021 Mini Cooper Countryman from Global Imports Mini in Doraville, GA just a couple months ago. The sales experience was great and we were very pleased with the management of our custom order.After about two months we discovered a tire was continually losing air pressure and could not find any sign of a road hazard. The service team at Global recommended we bring in the car for them to investigate. They too could not find evidence of any damage to the tire, but did find a miniscule leak when the tire was fully submerged in water.Much to our surprise, Eric Davis, our service writer, and his manager decided to replace the tire at NO CHARGE. Thats service above and beyond and is just one key reason we will return to Global for future service needs.

I walked in to simply test drive a mini cooper and can you believe I walked out with a new car. Haha this was so unexpected but I was sold a car without being given a sales pitch or feeling pressured. The entire decision was based on a conversation between two people and I enjoyed the whole process. Thank you to Mark who was great and I truly appreciate the time he took to help me get the best deal possible. I also want to say thank you to Tyler for making us feel comfortable as we finalized the process.
