Well this is my first time here because I had to bring my mom back up here to pick the car up due to it having tires put on it and oil change having to be done after purchase.The oil sticker was showing that it was changed but when you check the oil it was was black like it wasnt. The picture Im posting is that with it being changed and they over filled it 1/2 quart to a quart. Also youll see wheel weights on the rim. I mean come on now who the heck would do that. Theres no way that they moved. The salesman Dale didnt act like he didnt cared about the vehicle with wheel weights the way they were nor the oil being over filled. All he was interested was making the sale and thats it. This was on the white 2013 Toyota rav 4. That was purchase 5-10-2021.

Beautiful car! But service and repair divisions are disaster!I spent $1,800.00 for 30,000 mile check up. Addressed loud noise, that is a major problem and few other minor issues. Nothing were repaired nor corrected properly, after I waited over a week! Think almost 2weeks, even. Their excuses was too busy. They didn’t even support me with loners car for this long period of repair, despite of fact it was their problem of over booking.After all that, I still heard loud noise, so I took my car back. They kept for another 2 months. At least they let me have loners car this time. However, they ignored my messages regarding status of repair. They avoid to communicate with us.They said my car should be ok, so I got my car back.I still hear loud noise. They threw a spoon at me.I DON’T recommend to do any business with those folks. Terribly unprofessional!

Great, they never answered the phone in service Dept. I called several times and for a week. so, I drove there.
