I have never gotten my nails done before and never had any issues or complaints!!! I had gotten my nails done at a different salon and had several issues with them. I came into this place and they did everything to fix them and make sure I was 100% happy. I originally thought I just needed a fill but my nails were done horribly and now they are absolutely perfection thanks to Tim & his wife for fixing them! I loved how gentle they were, made sure everything was okay, nothing hurt/was uncomfortable, & had me check my nails multiple times to make sure I was happy! If there was anything that needed tweaked, they would fix it happily & wouldn’t make a fuss! The shaping/length is precise, the coffin shape is exactly how I want it, all my nails are even & none of them are crooked and the application is so smooth and there are no bumps or anything in my nails! I could tell that they are very passionate about their work & truly love what they are doing! I definitely recommend & I have nothing but great things to say about this place!!

Look no further. This is the most decent nail salon in this area! Call & make an appointment because they do not take walk-ins.I get gel acrylic nails and they by far have not disappointed me in over a year. This husband & wife team really knocks it out of the park.

I first went to Nails Central in 2018 when I couldnt get to my usual spot near my home in D.C. (I live and work between Chambersburg and D.C.) I was going out of town. Tim and Kelly gave me a same-day appointment. Kelly does an excellent pedicure with a gentle hand. She hand paints beautiful designs.Both Tim and Kelly can give a great fill-in. Tim cares about the health of the nails and the integrity of the nail plate. I go every two weeks and I look forward to seeing them. They do a careful job.They are always willing to fix anything you dont like. They want you to be satisfied.

This place is amazing!!!! She was so gentle and always asked me if my nails were the way I wanted! The thing that I liked the most was that she focused on what she was doing and didnt talk much! She took her time and did an amazing job! Ive had my nails done for the past 15 years and I can honestly say... this is the best nail place I have ever been too and the best experience Ive ever had at one!

I would definitely recommend this nail salon for good quality nails that will last. My daughter and I got mani/pedi’s here and the husband and wife team (owners) treated us like family and ensured that we were completely happy before we left. They really dedicate their time to make sure you are not rushed. Well worth the money. This salon is definitely focused on quality not quantity. I would recommend scheduling an appointment though because they are very busy. A few people wanted walk in appointments while we were there and they were already booked full.

They did such a good job fixing my nails today I had to leave a good review thank you so much they look stunning! Took the time to make them perfect and you can tell they care about the work they do! Would 100% recommend, this is going to be my new go to nail spot now worth the drive! :D

Kelly is super detail orientated and does an amazing job. Definitely some of the best manicures I’ve ever had.

My nails are always perfect when i go here!! Unlike anywhere else in Chambersburg, you can count on Tim and Kelly to do them right! They shape well and can do designs.

Tim did such an awesome job on my nails! He actually took his time and refused to rush until my nails were perfect. Not once did I have to say I didn’t like something or have any complaints. Definitely will be going there from now on. They definitely care about that quality of there work!

My favorite salon of all! Tim takes the extra time with all of his pedicures to be sure that he gets my ingrown toenails are gone. Maybe to some that doesnt matter, but when you have a history of problems and have to keep seeing a foot Dr, going to see Tim is a great relief and he is very gentle and gives one amazing foot and leg massage at the same time. Always willing to take that extra time for his clients. Love this place!

I went to this place because I had gel nails done in Washington and they were absolutely horrid. Tim was able to completely fix them and change the shape to what I wanted. He was very attentive and consistently made sure I was happy with everything he was doing. Definitely deserves 5 stars.

Excellent place!!! Do fantastic job on your nails on your toes incredible!Very friendly service. You should have an Make an appointment as they are very busy at times with walk-ins as well. But they will not rush at all no matter how many people walk in. I cant say enough excellent excellent

These people truly do not know how to treat guest. I came in there just wanting a nail fixed. It was two lady workers not doing anything, but denied services to me because he had “an appointment coming.” And by the way you weren’t applying the glitter correctly on the nails you were working on. There’s lots of room for improvement, best of luck!

Tim & Kelly seem like very friendly people.. I love that the salon never wreaks of chemicals, as a lot of salons do! Their goal is always having the customer leave happy. Tim is also very skillful when it comes to designs! Excellent service typically.. I have had an occasional wait n that is main reason for not giving five stars..

I made sure to make an appointment based on the other reviews. Waited about 10 minutes which was fine. Had nails powder dipped, but first had to soak my nails in polish remover to remove the old powder. This seems to be typical process in this area (Other places still use aluminum wrap). I expected it so it was fine albeit smelly. Then the powder process began - and here is where it went bad. The process usually includes a white powder dip, then the color powder - it’s often done at least twice. He put the clear polish then dipped the nails into the color powder. Then did it again. Then he put clear and it was done. It was the thinnest powder dip nail I’d ever seen but I thought perhaps this will work. It didn’t. I had my nails done Friday and they started to chip off Sunday. The other interesting thing that happened - I was charged $50 instead of $45. Why? Because I’m a new client and they had to remove someone else’s powder from my nails. Next time they’ll do the exact same process but charge $45. I can understand wanting to squeeze in as many clients as possible, but to take shortcuts & do a poor job is unacceptable. I won’t be going back.

Loved it loved it loved it! They are a small mom-and-pop shop and they treat their customers especially the regulars awesome. The quality jobs they do on your nails is out of this world. I would drive the extra time just to go there and I am about an hour away from them. They will not hire outside people because they always want a spot on job done to each customers request so they only trust themselves. Again highly recommend

Tim is amazing! I used to go to Fancy Nails but this shop uses the SNS dip brand. I’ve been looking everywhere for this brand, it’s truly this the best and this salon offers the best service. Client for life.

I went today and had my nails done by Tim. He did a fantastic job. He kept asking throughout the process if I was comfortable, if he was hurting me, and had me check a few times to make sure I was completely satisfied with his work and if not, he would be happy to change it. Its clear he takes pride in a job well done. I found my new go to place!

I’ve found it very hard to find a nail salon that has done what I wanted and done it right! Here has been the BEST experience I’ve EVER had! They were polite, took their time and asked how I liked them! PS I absolutely love the nails !!!

Daughter had an appointment. Was 5 minutes late due to traffic. 4 ladies were in there and 2 customers were being served. Told rudely they couldnt take her and to come back tomorrow. Tomorrow they are closed. Wont come back.

They are a very sweet couple, that do a great job at nails! They take their time to make sure you are getting the best nails for a great price. While I was there, there was a husband and wife that just walked in at 730pm. The owner politely denied them because the owner and his wife had my nails and another ladies nails to finish up. The husband and wife that walked in left very rudely due to being denied service... the owner took it very well and said to me, I do not want to rush trying to get your nails done, that wouldnt be fair to youI would schedule an appointment before going because they do get very busy, and it is only the owner and his wife that work there.They deffinietly deserve 5 stars, I will be going again !

Not happy at all! Went here because of the great reviews. This may be the worst pedicure Ive ever had, he used no cuticle softener didnt remove dry skin around toes or cuticle at base of nails. Polish is not smooth and doesnt cover the whole nail. I need to do it over myself. What a disappointment and waste of $30! Will not return here.

Was easy to fit appointment in, seems to be redecorating which is nice, very polite employees and made the experience enjoyable, one of my better nail experiences, got a very simple full set acrylic nail and didn’t take long at all and employees were very attentive.

Was nervous to try sns nails but was highly satisfied. Tim made sure that my nails were exactly how I wanted them done. Definitely will be back!

Stay away from this place if you want anything fresh, fly, cute, youthful, edgy, polished, gorgeous, etc. I got a full set; the technician was actually trying to talk me out of the chrome that I wanted and the shape that I wanted. He kept telling me it was expensive. I feel like I got played. It was a $45 mistake.My nails look horrible; they look old, ugly, old fashioned and like I need a fill already. They were just done today.

I asked for a design of a flower I even showed them which but I got another design. It was to late to change it so I just went with it since I was in a rush good thing there was nobody there. I was cut twice on my cuticle and my nails where weak and one broke in just 1 week so easily. But the pricing was good and there was an ok amount of colors I guess ......
