Ive been taking my son here for a little over a year now, in the beginning it was great and that was only because I was able to be there in person for appointments. From medication issues to getting a return call or for THEM to keep set appointments and times is ALL an ISSUE. Its sad when your waiting on professionals to be professional.

Dr. Faruqui saved my life. He has been kind, professional, and very astute. When my major depressive disorder began to spiral in an alarming way, he was able to work with me and my support group to slow it, and were hopefully on the way up.

The Dr. was rude, accused me of being high on my medicine because I talk slow even mocking my voice. Not only that but I had worked with a Dr for 3 years for the medication that I am currently on. He wanted to change up everything. I miss my old Dr! Finding a good psychiatrist is hard and I am still struggling to this day.

Faruqui made snide comments about my status as a member of the LGBT community among other things upon on first meeting. I never felt so humiliated or upset and Ive met a lot of mental health practitioners over the years for my PTSD and depression. All I wanted was for someone to handle my medications as I already had a therapist! Luckily I got switched to Stowell who has been great and is an empathetic individual who listens to my needs.

I would recommend receiving care elsewhere. Professional staff is inconsistent with the service provided. Dr. Faruqui is rude, talks down to his patients & pushes his personal beliefs not related to the care being provided. It takes 3+ days to get an answer.I have not even been able to get a return call from their Nurse Manager, Carol.

Ive been seen here for 6 years. Dr Kuar was my Dr. She LISTENED to me and Discused my medications with me and properly medicated me. I was stable for 6 years because of her. She recently left Keysyone and I was handed off to a Dr who does NOT look at my history, my records or listen to me at all. Im suffering from Post Pardom depression and Now I have to look for a new Dr. You have to FIGHT for your mental health here.

Have always been treated with respect by all personnel. Have always had very thorough appointments. I am never left with questions about medication or anything. I have an excellent Dr. And also have amazing counseling appointments as well. Dr. Art is a great guide and helps me see things in a whole other way. Very positive and always tells me to keep pushing on. Would recommend anyone here. Great staff, they arent rude, some of the nurses are shy. Just give them a chance and they will sure do their best to get you where you need to be when you get it. They work fast to get you signed in so your not waiting forever. Thank you Dr.s for all that you do for me.

Friendly staff is the only good thing I can say! Since before Christmas I have been trying to get them to listen to me that the meds are not working!! I know my body and I know what has worked in the past!! They don’t want to hear this!! Worst ever while on edge and near crisis I called every week several times and I finally got a call back last week!! Again this new medicine is not working for me!! Again I have called to tell them and once again they are not listening to me and still waiting for a return call!! Looking for new Dr

Receptionist extremely rude on the phone. Trying to get my son tested before he enters Kindergarten and when I called she was very irritable and spoke so fast with her questions, felt like I was on a timer and couldnt get a word in quick enough. Treated as if I was inadequate to even call. Taking my son to another provider.

I have been to many places in my time struggling with my diagnosis. When I came to keystone. One Dr. Changed my life. I finally feel good, happy and back to myself again. Many years I struggled. Many of years lost. I now know again what it feels to be happy and back to my old self. I want to say a big thank you to Dr. Kaurr. She has made me feel like a person in her office. Not just an appointment. She gives you her time, knowledge and is someone who actually listens to how your feeling. She makes eye contact with you, not staring at the clock making you feel rushed. Like almost all the Drs. I have had in the past. I would recommend for anyone and everyone to go to Keystone Behavior Health. I have been with her for many years now. And I will always as long as needed, will be her patient. I would not go anywhere else. Thank you so much Dr. Kaurr for being the most professional, caring Dr. I have ever been to. You are a special person who has helped me and continue to help me through my bad times. If I could give 10 stars on rating I would. So in this review if you are considering or looking for a great place to go for treatment Keystone Behavior Health is by far the best place in my opinion to go to. Everyone in that office makes you feel welcomed. Thank you keystone and Dr. Kaurr for your professionalism, and kindness you show everyone who walks Into your office.

Ive been seeing Dr. Kaur at KBH for a few years, & she is absolutely fantastic! She has an extreme amount of patience & compassion for her patients, & is always willing to explain or discuss a topic further, if you have any questions. A true bedside manner! Working with her & Renee has helped me make huge strides in bettering my mental & behavioral health.I decided to try KBH after having several extremely negative experiences with Summit Behavioral, & the difference in atmosphere & staff is staggering. Switching facilities was, & continues to be, one of the best decisions Ive ever made, in regards to my own medical care.

My experience at KBH has been great. The staff there is always so friendly and helpful. Dr. Kaur is always there when I have any questions about anything. She has been there for me through some of my worst times. I don’t think I would be where I am today without her. Dr. Kaur and the nurse Renee are a great team. I would definitely recommend Keystone Behavioral Health to anyone.

As a woman veteran suffering from PTSD who felt ignored and dismissed by the VA mental health doctors, I was not sure what to expect with Keystone. Dr. Kaur , has an amazing ability to listen, then work with me Woman to Woman to decide best treatment overall. I never feel like she is too busy or she is dismissive. I look forward to our appointments eagerly and my quality of mental health has improved since seeing Doctor Kaur. Even on emergency basis she has been able to help me.

I have been going to Keystone BH for 10 years now , at 1st I was nervous but my nurse who I have really enjoyed though the years getting to know the MAs & nurses & all the doctors. I never have had any negative things to say about the entire staff , I feel if you are respecting everyone , they will be respectful to you . Dr. Kaur . As sweet as can be ... I enjoy my visit with her .. when I call, I have never had a problem .the girls who answer the phones are always nice , fast & always direct you to the right person .. If you had a Neg experience there , Im sorry but maybe you should look in the mirror. I been seen , 3 doctors leave , alot stayed , I seen 5 different , who all were very nice .I give them 10 thumbs up... I hope to the public , to remember always be kind to others if you want to be treated the same.Thank you, Sincerely Ms. Marjorie V. Cloman .

This review is on behalf of Dr. Jagdeep Kaur. I want to share this so everyone may get the entire picture of what she provides. I am a medically retired army veteran and I have seen MANY MANY doctors. In the service it is hard to have a doctor for very long. I have had Dr’s that care, and the next week have dr’s that simply seem to be punching a time card and barely even listening and more concerned with what they “know” and are typing into the computer, rather than actually listening to a patient. Yes there are codes and standards but every patient is different and what works for one patient, may not for the next, or what worked for years, may stop working and need addressed. My point here is Dr. Kaur LISTENS, she genuinely cares and does what she can to address your needs and when things are not working, she helps figure things out accordingly. She also makes herself available when issues arise and a unscheduled appt is needed and one of the things that stand out is that she remembers things outside the scope of the appt such as surgeries and kids and events and that in itself says A LOT because that is very rare and to have all of these qualities rolled into one is a blessing, not just for us as patients but for Keystone Behavior Health as well.

Doctors are oblivious, Andy tried prescribing me something that was only gonna make my symptoms worse. The side affects were the some of the symptoms I was currently dealing with. How could something that has side effects exactly the same as my symptoms help me in any way.
