Follow up from review 9 months ago:On my end I deleted my review from 9 months ago but Google didnt take it down on their end. I wanted to say that I have been dealing with Alex and Mynor, the Project Managers. Once they saw the review, they came out and saw the original job. They came back and corrected it with new pieces of granite and we LOVE it! Because they ended up making it right, we used them for our bathroom renovation quartz and just now used them again for a half bathroom quartz. I will definitely give them a five star review which was a huge comeback from a one star! I have since referred them to lots of other people.

ABella Stone blew everyone else out of the water when it came to their pricing, selection and customer service!! We looked at several different other competitors and they wanted upwards of over 3K for what ABella only charged $1700. They were very professional and did a fantastic job. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking. Thank you

I am a first time home buyer and recently renovated my kitchen. My friend Garrett gave me a recommendation to use Abella Stone, as they installed his countertops too. Alex was very accommodating and even working overtime to get me in her schedule. My white quartz countertops are gorgeous and the install was quick and easy. Very impressed and would recommend!

Such a great experience! Love our countertops and backsplash couldn’t have asked for a more helpful and professional staff. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for home improvement specialists.

Not as expected. Was told it would be fixed at their expense but since the granite was installed on the top piece of granite, they would not fix it because it would break that piece. Only would fix about a two foot piece of blacksplash. We were not told we needed brackets when they came out to do the drawing for it, so when they came to install, is when we were told about it. So we got charged an additional $250 for them to come back out to install. Kept trying to say that the wall wasnt level but it in fact was. Had a complete separate contractor here that put his laser on it to check when workers went back up to their vehicle to get supplies. I was hopeful the owners would make it right but they did not. The corners on the split top bar of the granite dont even line up. The top corner is over to the left of the lower piece by two inches. Just disappointed that they didnt make it right at their expense. Communication barrier as well with the installers when they were here which makes it difficult.

The staff was really nice and helped me pick out the perfect remnant for our counters. The guy who came to measure and make the template was polite, on time, and measured it perfectly. The guys who installed the stone were done in under and hour! I would definitely use them again. Great prices also!

This establishment “ABella Stone Countertops & Tile” must be ran by some wacko or wackos! Initially, I requested a quote, As a Veteran, I asked if the offer a discount. Said request was quickly denied. However, once I was ready to move forward they, then began driving the price up with “extras/add-ons” it was pathetic to say the least. The lady that runs the front office has the worst customer service, I have ever seen to date. Not to mention the fact that they force you to pay 50% upfront. However, in Pennsylvania the law only requires a contractor to request 1/3 payment upfront. They’re not allowed to take any more than that and then essentially, You pay the other 2/3rds “30 days after the install is complete”. I brought this information to the attention of the lady who runs the front office, after doing so, she went to her office and called the owner “Dennis Bates“ and informed him of the information I passed about the law. Apparently his answer was, “I’ve always done business this way”! So basically he admitted that he’s been breaking the law since he’s been in business??? Makes you want to think huh??? Honestly, I would steer clear of this place! Sometimes you just have to take a step back and think... Is getting something cheap really worth it? Or what’s the catch? I was actually going to go through and purchase countertops through these people but the last straw was drawn when they sent me an invoice via PayPal in which the owner “ Dennis Bates“ has it set up as a cash advance. Also, breaking the law dodging taxes... like I said steer clear!!!

Abella was a subcontractor chosen by our General Contractor, Fairway Home Services (AKA Artisan Kitchens) to provide the countertop in our new kitchen. We ordered it without a backsplash. The measurements were incorrect which resulted in a 1/2 to 3/4 gap where the countertop meets the wall. We subsequently requested a backsplash in order to hide the gap. From April through July we communicated with Abella attempting to get this done. While initially we were texted we will take care of this for you at no cost, after weeks of no follow through and twice being texed it will be done by the end of the week, we said we would pay for it, and even drive to PA to pick it up and install it ourselves. Still NO RESPONSE. This is the short story.... We are good customers, we dont complain if a company tries to do their best regardless of what goes wrong. We can only conclude that they just dont care. If we could rate them with less than one star we would...

Service was not the greatest. When we bought the granite they said it would be the done quickly, then there were delays. When they guys came they forgot to bring the second piece of granite. One of the pieces of granite didnt have the shine of the other one. I wouldnt use them again.

If you are looking for any kind of countertop this is the place to go. I shopped multiple places and got the best price an experience at this place.

No service after installation. Granite developed holes and there was no hope of getting service after many calls over a month!
