A house fire is not an everyday occurrence. We had no idea where to begin. Our insurance company recommended a couple of restoration companies, Servpro was one of them. We called Servpro. They were an absolute godsend! They explained the insurance issues to us in plain English, walked us through the whole process, and did a fabulous job restoring our home. They are true professionals in this business and I highly recommend them.

I had an unexpected disaster with sewage that came into my basement. Filled my washing machine, ruined so much and my son lives down there. I was emotionally done. I called serv pro and they was there within a couple hours. Britney made me feel so much better. They took so much weight off my shoulders. Great company wouldnt call anyone else we had a flooded finished basement, they came very quickly ( this happened at 2am) and worked very hard to get water cleaned up and set up equipment to help dry out rooms we are very satisfied with the results. The crew were very professional and really did a great job l will give this company a 10 out of 1 to 10

Never showed up

Due to a water leak i contacted Servpro of Chambersburg. They quickly got to our home. We found the source of the leak i had it fixed. The Servpro fellows got things dried out. Then sent CNC Home Remodeling to do the interior work. They did a nice job. Then servpro came back cleaned carpet nice job. The fellows very professional. Id like to thank Brittany for staying in touch with appointment times paperwork and any questions i had. Basement looks GREAT. THANKS to all that wad part of this job
