I would like to thank Climate Control for the Great job installing our new Heat pump . Travis has a Great group of people from Deb in the office to Austin, Nate and Rusty who did the installation. Travis should be proud of his crew. Travis has been servicing our HVAC now for 6 or 7 years . When it was time for a new system I wouldnt have gone anywhere else . The installers are very friendly very neat and very particular about there work . When they were done everything was cleaned up and they they took all the trash away . Before they left I believe it was Rusty who went over everything and made sure I understood how the new thermostat worked . Thanks again for the Great Job .

WE HAVE HEAT!!! Our thanks to Travis, owner of Climate Control Inc. of Chambersburg, PA, for visiting the Leahs Legacy operation center in Greencastle weeks ago to make sure all the electrical needs were in place for installation of a mini split - heat & AC. Travis and his workers installed today - just in time before the big snow storm. Now our P&G items will not freeze and be protected from the winter thats coming. Quick and easy install and everything cleaned up and put back in its place. Thank you so much for your professionalism and quality workmanship.

Travis and his crew were professional, honest, and treated us like real people in need of a new HVAC system. After waiting days for another company’s quote (that I had to repeatedly ask for, even when they knew we were running emergency heat), Travis came out himself to check our system and got us a quote within 24 hours. Even over the holidays, he was willing to answer questions we had prior to install, and his office staff was just as responsive and helpful.When install time came, all the installers put on booties when in our house, were quick, kind, respectful, and went so far as to repair roughed up yard and vacuum the room they needed to use to get into our attic.I did not know any of these individuals personally, but felt that we were given excellent “personalized” care and attention. I cannot recommend them enough.

I just want to thank Travis for his service, he was professional and clearly had a lot of knowledge. He went above and beyond to explain how to prevent future problems. Our heating issue was repaired in no time and I would highly recommend this company.

My husband met Travis at the Adams County Home Show in Gettysburg. He met three HVAC companies that evening.What caught my attention was how he spoke when he mentioned Travis. I could tell from how he was speaking about him that Travis spoke to my husband with respect. That, people, means a great deal.They had already scheduled together a time to come out and take a look and give an estimate.Okay. I wasnt keen on a few other companies, so it definitely couldnt hurt.Well, Travis is a delight. He is full of energy, as he goes from room to room, working things out in his head and on paper. He doesnt miss a thing.He values your input, and doesnt dismiss your concerns. That is a rare quality!!All three of us talked, listened and a plan developed. A week later, we had a new gas furnace up and running.We normally heat with wood with the furnace as a back up for extremely cold temperatures at night, or for when one or both of us are injured or sick.This winter we were without the back up all fall and winter, so the furnace was a welcomed relief.Travis took into account that the house was set up for an older fuel oil forced air system. The new system needed more air intake vents. Not an issue. A second larger one was installed in the living room floor, which had an added benefit that could be used with the fan only part of the furnace and we could, more efficiently, heat the rest of the house with the heat from the wood stove. Cool, right? Yes.Travis was finding ways to make what we were doing even better.Climate Control has a great group of people. They come prepared, and work like a well oiled machine.Its nice when you see a group come together to get a job done, and get along. This is also a rare.This company is all about trust, respect, and a great reputation.You simply cannot go wrong with them.I am grateful Travis entered our lives. He truly made a difference in ours for the better. Great experience!! Needed a quick fix because of 98 degree weather and down central AC and was dreading waiting a few weeks like normal hvac repair companies. Googled and searched reviews. I called around 5pm Monday evening and immediately had someone out to the house to diagnose problem even during busy July summer heat. The AC was fixed ASAP and I’m thrilled! I will call them again and again for my HVAC needs. Highly recommend.

I called Climate Control to my residence and they came out promptly. Nate was the technician and he was EXTREMELY honest. He had a bit of trouble troubleshooting my HVAC problem and instead of throwing parts and money at my system, he asked to get the owner involved to ensure the problem was taken care of correctly. Travis, the owner, then made a visit to our home, found the issue, ordered parts, and promptly scheduled work and all for a reasonable amount.I would highly recommend this company... wonderful group of people.

I needed a new indoor unit and they were able to install it the next day. They did a great job of explaining everything.

AC stopped workingfan wouldn’t kick on. Called multiple other company’s in the area before I connected with Travis. The other companies wouldn’t come out for an emergency service. I needed to replace a 27 year old central ac unit. Called probably 10 different places and never heard back from any of them. Was recommended by a Climate Control customer. So called them and within a month had new ac installed. So far so good. Still waiting to hear from the others that I called so I can tell them too bad. So yes I would recommend Climate Control
