The clothes racks could be more organized. I went to buy a swimsuit and had to search thru the whole clothing rack because there is no order.

Friendly & helpful staff. Clean isles, shelves and bathroom well kept. Organized well and consistently stocking new inventory. Both members of staff were genuinely concerned about my shopping experience 😁

All I gotta say is that that Abigail girl needs to fix her attitude. Just because I spent time trying to find the right change with pennies and quarters, that doesn’t mean the cashier can treat me any other way. She tried to embarrass us by saying “this guy wants 32 cents for a dollar” out loud to the other cashier which has an gloomy face. I hate the vibe here. Sorry for the good cashiers.

I love the location of this dollar tree, right across from Winn Dixie and easy to access. Cashier don’t wear mask and are rude. I don’t like why there isn’t a restroom. I love the valentine chocolate collection, yummy and cheap. I don’t like how there is stuff that is expensive here like 4-10 bucks. I love the earbuds for 1 dollar. I love the Roblox gift cards

Sorry but the I’ll minus 2 stars because of Abigail and I’ll munis another 1 for the manager. Both are really rude. I’ll minus another 1 star for the unsettling vibe inside. I’ll keep 1 star for the nice nail polish collection.

Abigail girl or whatever she is called, I asked her to help me find an item and she told me “I’m the cashier, go ask someone else that is available”. There is literally nobody else to ask. Also an item was busted and was still put on sale on the cleaning aisle. Please fix that.

I’m not sure if that old lady is the manager but she is always grumpy. That cashier named Abigail is very rude to me last night and she wasn’t wearing a mask In the cashier while mask are required. I think I’ll catch the attitude-virus if she doesn’t wear a mask 😷

The customer service here is great! The employee by the name of Katie fike, only know her last name because I heard her spell it out to a vendor that was in tht store as I was checking out, But she spoke to every customer while helping me and I still got great customer service. I love a good multitasker. Employees like her make me happy and my day go smoothly, I was in and out.

Big selection but they need to change the manager and the cashier. Caught an spider roaming in the clothing rack that was up for sale. Doesn’t have a restroom for you to use and have stuff that cost up to 20 bucks even though it’s a dollar store. Y’all really hating on Abigail🥀

All the employees are friendly on any shift that I go there. The manager, Katy, is super nice and very helpful. She always helps her staff when they are really busy.

Its what you expect, not the best quality but great deals on what they have. A great place to stop for snacks or some cheap stuff to get you through till payday.

Im a regular at this store. the store is very clean and neat, always find what I need. Experience with the employees is always 50/50. Some days its good, some days I dont know why I bother going there. Only employee whos always on top of her game is Loralee and they got a new employee Leeann whos a good asset. they make a good team when they are work in together. I dont care for the other ones. they always rude and obnoxious.

Not a bad store but the aisles were cluttered like many of the Family Dollar stores are thats why I dont shop there. The other store in Arabi is so much bigger and better. The aisles are almost always clear, employees are always friendly and the selection of frozen foods and other foods are awesome. Whoever the manager of this store is deserves a pat on the back! Basic retail dollar general. A little clutttered, but arent they all? The store looks a little run down inside, but the prices are pretty good. I was in and out in under 10 minutes, and I was shocked to find that there was a little assortment of food. The staff are friendly and polite.

This store on Paris Rd in Chalmette was clean and organized. The clerk was on the phone with a customer trying to help them. Thats very unusual and extremely nice of her. Kudos to management!

Didnt have the items that was advertised online and paper. Claims truck didnt bring the items. I asked about a rain check they claim no rain checks or given. This is the 3rd time this happened
