Wish I could give 10 stars. Chelsey went above and beyond looking for a certain pair of earrings I wanted. She scoured the store, looked through books, and called other locations. She found them too!! Then helped me look at several items throughout the store too. Not once did she get aggravated or lose that smile on her face. So patient and helpful. I left a more than happy lady!! Kay Jewelers should give this lady a raise!! Ill definitely be back for more items.

Jason was awesome from the time I walked in the store until I walked out. I went in to look for a bracelet for my fiancé and he was very helpful. He was very pleasant and kept me laughing the whole time while showing me different bracelets until I found the right one. Will definitely go back for my jewelry needs.

Store is located close to my house, Ive purchased here before and like always the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I recently had a custom made ring guarder/wrap made for my ring, the ladies at my Chalmette LA, location are awesome. They were extremely patient with me, addressed all my fears and assured me that my Ring would be safe to send off to get the guarder done. The whole process from beginning to end what about 30 days. My Ring looks awesome, and I cant thank them enough for helping the vision in my head come alive on my finger. Mrs. Miller

Last week Sara and Chelsea greeted me and helped me pick out my bridal set for my wedding and informed me on the different financial options they provided. After they listened to what I wanted they showed me their options and I found my bridal set. I told them that my fiance also needed to get his wedding band and I would bring him back in but before I left they asked me what I think he would like, so I pointed out some rings. My fiance and I went back and he picked out some of the same choices I picked. Even though they were getting ready to close they provided awesome customer service.
