Whenever if I have an issue with my iPhone or laptop. I always get good service. Very knowledgeable. Their prices are reasonable.

They did fix my phone eventually, but not completely. It took 3 days and many visits. They arent interested in telling you whats going on, or how much it will cost. Gave me my phone back with 5% charge on it. So it was later that I discovered that charge LED doesnt work, and neither does the light sensor. Just a bad experience all around here.

My son went in this store earlier last week for his iPad and we are very disappointed in the outcome because of the many lies that were told and the rude employees. The lies include the time in which the iPad would be fixed. We were told that it would be fixed in 2 or 3 days days and it took my son to keep asking for them to fix it for them to start working on it. The employees are very lazy and disrespectful especially towards my son. When we got the iPad back the buttons weren’t working so he had to go back and get it fixed what type of business allows your customer to receive their product broken because before we gave it to them the buttons were working. They wasted 2 days of our time for them to fix the iPad which was just the charging port. I do not appreciate the way this business treats their customers and waste their time. I’ve been to this place another time for my sons iPhone in which he didn’t fix but just moved the camera which led to Face ID still not being able to work.

Been doing business with them for years and will continue to do so. (Lucky them.) Service and personnel are great!

I went here a couple of weeks ago to get my phone fixed. The gentleman who assisted me knew immediately that it was only the screen that needed to be replaced. I got my phone back in less than two hours. I will definitely use this repair shop again if I need one!

Outstanding service! Had a nasty crack in my Samsung s9+. Dropped it of and did some shopping. Phone was ready in an hour or less. Very courteous and customer oriented. I will bring any computer, cell phone and electronics to APlus Tech Wireless & Computer...I highly recommend this repair shop...

DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE BAD BUSINESS!Im going to file complaints with the BBB and leave negative reviews on every site I can findHis ps4 turned on before it got there only problems were his hdmi port. You’re a liar that’s just mad that the customer didn’t want his ps4 touched by you because you were gonna act as if you tried your best to fix it and get a quick 90$ out of him nice try tho.

Lol they got mad at a friend of mine because he canceled his repair because they told him if they didn’t do their job correctly on the ps4 he would still have to pay 90$. So they broke the ps4 even more before they gave it back to him.The punks hung up in his face when he tried to talk to them about it.

My iPhone SE’s screen was completely cracked. Brought my phone in and they repaired it with a new screen and my phone is like new again. Super nice staff too.Replacing a screen is a tad pricey but much less than buying a new phone.

This place is the Truth. He can fix ANYTHING. iPhone couldnt come on took it to Apple. Apple said do the insurance CLAIM. I took it to him he said give me 45 minutes. If you need ANYTHING electronic fixed, a phone screen, motherboard, hes the TRUTH. I DROVE FROM BATON ROUGE TO CHALMETTE AND WILL DO IT AGAIN IF I HAVE TO.

Would have given zero stars, but isnt an option. Purchased a new phone from them, they had me purchase a new sim card just for them to try and steal it. Had to go to the store three times for them to properly set my phone up only for them to have an attitude with me cause they were caught stealing. Never told him he stole it but apparently asking why he didnt give me my brand new sim card back for the beginning to him his words (he was stealing my sim card. I would never spend a dollar in this place, my money spends everywhere for me to patronize a business with poor customer service skills and attiutudes when they get caught stealing. Dont trust A plus tech wireless they will steal from you when they can, and have probably done it to plenty of people before. Reselling all the sim cardsSIM cards they have stolen from people. My sim card was not damaged the brand new sim card never made it into the new phone, it was in his store the whole time after he stole it out of the phone.

This phone repair shop is the best. I broke my phone on Saturday evening. I called them to see if they would fix it before they close. They stayed open an extra hour just to fix my phone. Great service.

Would not recommend this place at all. I brought my daughters tablet to get a screen fixed , the only thing that was wrong was a cracked screen, and they broke the home button and the screen is messed up. They said the only thing they could do is refund me 40 dollars out is the 174 I paid to have it fixed. Only to have to bring it elsewhere so they can fix what they messed up.

I was highly dissatisfied with the customer service, I would never recommend this place to anyone and I would advise you not to go there.

Got my screen replaced with them back in July, half of the screen stopped responding to my finger print/touch 2 weeks ago and they never told they ripped the flex cable to my home button for touch id so now everytime I place my finger on the home button the phone repetitively vibrates. NEVER EVER AGAIN.

Beware do not buy from this place they are a rip off they wanted to charge me $45 for a home button that was not installed that was me buying it and repairing a customers phone I ran out of home buttons and just seeing if I can get one from them I only charge $20 to repair the home button

Worst phone store ever... stole my motherboard off my iPhone 6+. They only gave it back when I got the police involved. I advice you to never go there go to the one across the street from Texaco e.g. Tech I think or go to the city. This place is horrrible
