Nothing on the shelves, lines long, hate the self checkouts, worst idea ever!! Store was hot! Not clean, ridiculous!

Kelly always gives me a simple and clean haircut and remembers what length and guard to use. It feels both personable and efficient as I do not have much time in my day between school and work to get my haircuts it is ideal.

I met Ms. Kelly July of 20 and she is a very friendly person who takes the time and listen to what you want to your hair she’s very professional. For Christmas she did my grand daughter hair and she did an amazing job. Yes I definitely will recommend Kelly job well done

Two years ago I had weight loss surgery and one of the side affected was hair lost 😔 so I called and made myself appointment Kelly was the stylist and I asked her what can I do to stop my hair from shedding so bad she told me what to do and if that don’t work for a month or two then she was going to try me on these pills that y’all sell so I brought the pills and I started coming to her every week and when I tell u that it worked and my hair was back healthy I couldn’t believe it she’s a miracle worker and the best stylist y’all could ever have I wouldn’t trade her for another stylist if u paid me too lol she do her job well my daughter and I love her she will forever be our stylist 😍

The girl did a wonderful job on my cut, but was a little annoyed when the girl said they wouldnt put in the color I bought the previous day even though on their sign it read will help apply products to hair so if not the dye then what other products are they talking about?? And i asked if they had the colors i wanted, she said yes, but for the quoted price of $250, my hair was already stripped so the process time would of been short, There was No Reason for the dye job i wanted to be so expensive, so you know what i did?? I applied color myself & saved that $250, thats why i gave a generous 3 ⭐review loved the cut but not the color price.

My stylist, Constance, was very pleasant. She did a great job on my hair! I would definitely go back to her.

Wouldnt recommend. My sons haircut was awful and the staff arent the least bit friendly.

Shelita cut my hair for me and shes always on point and shes always advising on whats best for healthy hair.

I would not suggest this place to my worst enemy. Never go to get your hair cut here unless you want it to look like it was cut in a concentration camp. I went with a picture of the cut I wanted. The cut is not even remotely close. My hair was chopped short and in several places uncut. I cant even go to a professional to make it look half decent. Giving one star is giving it too much.

Shop not run well. Too many employees standing around. Gossip about everybody. Dirty shop. Girl didnt know how to cut hair.

Well we went to go get a hair cut there and was told they did not know how long it was going to be.They said they had 2 people ahead of us but we only seen 1 customer they were working on.Needless to say we walked out and went somewhere else and got our hair cut.

Not too much staff. Banner says complementary hair wash and conditioning with hair cut, but they never did.
