These people were very up front and easy to communicate with. I received a phone call every time my car was test driven and an update about the progress on the repairs. My overall experience far exceeded my expectations. I previously had a vehicle repaired at a local Ford dealership and was underwhelmed with the quality of repair and the time it took, so I went in with very low expectations.The process started by simply calling and scheduling a time to drop my vehicle off. The office staff coordinated my drop off with the rental company and had the keys waiting for us. I asked to visit the car after a week and was welcomed with no issues and was shown what was wrong and what was being fixed. They finished the car on the day the day they promised, gave me a written warranty on the repair work and did a vehicle inspection with me. I was also able to leave the keys for the rental with them for a return.I would also like to mention Jennifer by name. She sent me periodic updates (via text message) throughout the whole process and answered any questions I had during the entire my vehicle was there. She also offered a free full vehicle “safety inspection” which I accepted.All in all the repair of my vehicle seems to be immaculate, and was done in a timely manner (Sub two weeks for ~$5,000) worth of damage. They also worked with the insurance company to handle all of the estimates and adjustments with the claim so I literally dropped the car off and picked it up. No mess, no hassle, and one happy customer later...I hope I do not have to deal with another vehicle repair, but if I did, I would only use Fradella’s.

I went out on a limb. This was the third time my car needed to be repaired. First and second I used a shop that Ill not put on blast here. This third time, I refuse to return to this collision shop for repairs. I did a search on Fradellas and the reviews were above and beyond. Im talking recent and past reviews. With no hesitation I had my vehicle delivered to them. The customer service and workmanship is top notch. Ms. Jennifer, the Office Manager is so pleasant. Mr. Vincent called me and kept me abreast about my car. He explained to me what needed to be done to fix a recurring issue that the previous collision shop failed to look further into but consistently told my husband and I that this issue is known to happen on this car... not true. Ill be taking it back to Fradellas at a later date to have it repaired. Im so satisfied with the repairs and the customer service.

Fradella’s was amazing getting my car fixed after an accident. Things were made more complicated by COVID-19 and social distancing and being pregnant. They handled everything, I never had to come face to face with anyone. The car looked brand new when I got it back and the people I dealt with were flexible and helpful. Everything was great from the beginning. Fradella’s came highly recommended, and they lived up to all the hype. Chelsea and her crew were a bunch of rockstars. They even had to go into my trunk, which was a mess. Come to find out, they organized and all of my things neatly into a box. Chelsea kept me from losing it several times with Enterprise and when there was a delay in parts, they picked up my rental and the extra days. They were professional, courteous, and efficient keeping me updated the entire time. If you find yourself in a situation where you have to have extensive repairs done, Fradella’s is the place!
