Go Auto insurance always inform you when its time to renew your policy .Never send any new cards for your new policy .Dont trust rep with personal information .

Fair Prices and Friendly Service

Very disappointed with this go auto insurance store. The two ladies that work here are very rood and disrespectful. They were talking down to customers. I saw two potential customers walk out because of there attitude and unprofessional behavior. I will not return nor purchase a policy. So that is 3 customers walking out now.To the owner - You should consider hiring two new employees.

It was a terrible experience. Th e older white woman working there thinks she owns the company and is at the same time thinking she is supervisor of the DMV. A real nutcase. I suggest that you do any business by phone or online. Avoid that local office. Trust me.

The agent took her time taking care of me although she had a couple of people in line behind me and phone calls coming in like crazy she did her job with me and then moved on to the next customer she had a very good attitude shes really good when it comes to dealing with the public

Prices are lowest offered so far for liability and full coverage insurance between usagencies, statefarm, and progressive.

BEWARE!!!!!! This is a shady insurance company and highly caution you to consider their reputation as I doubt they will be there to protect you when needed. One of their policy holders did a hit-and-run accident of my vehicle in December 2016. Thankfully I took photos of the vehicle license plate and vehicle before they took off. I waited for police and filed report. It took forever to return my calls and send an adjuster. After several weeks, someone finally came out. I waited a few more weeks to get a letter in the mail telling me their policy holder denies the incident so therefore they will not pay the claim. I have damage to my vehicle that corresponds to their vehicle. A police report with the hit-and-run. And photos of their vehicle and license plate at the scene before they took off. Still they denied my claim. My damage is minor so Im going to drop it as a lesson learned since I can repair my vehicle for a few hundred dollars. Cheaper than getting a lawyer to fight it. But will let everyone know Go Auto will not stand behind you no matter what side you on to avoid paying claims.

Someone did a hit and run on my car which I pay full coverage for every month I walk the neighborhood looking for footage of the accident to help this report but no one didnt want to get involved someone came out to estimate the damages never opened to door to fully examine the door I then received a call from the insurance adjuster who ask me did I have a shop in mind I stated at the time I did not few days later I spoke to this some lady who has a very nasty attitude when I ask what was the damage estimate for my car which she never told me from the start she then sent me a nasty text message about putting my claim on hold if I have find a shop soon so I went to a shop to get an estimate the owner of the shop spoke to the insurance adjuster and she became very aggressive and was very unprofessional then hung the phone up in his face I called her supervisor and Im waiting on a call back Ive been with this company for years but after this I dont want to be a customer of no company that doesnt not value there customers if you dont have to deal with this insurance company please dont and I will tell my family and friends to find a new insurance company also cause this isnt the first problem weve had with this same lady

This place was night and day different from my last provider. After having been totally messed around by usagencies for years they have finally gone bankrupt and are now GOUGING me and everyone else in the state. Go Auto instantly quoted me half the price over the phone (very short hold time btw) and dealing with the signing the service here in chalmette was more than pleasant, it was AWESOME. To ask to sit in an insurance waiting room on a saturday morning and think it was the greatest is a pretty tall order. Good job, high fives
