Very unprofessional and unreliable!!! Refuse to “talk” verbally over the phone. Whenever we’ve called, he would text back with Please text me. But had no problem calling to work out payment for the $65 diagnostic fee. After days of no show and no calls or text, he finally shows up at 8pm, checks the refrigerator but isn’t sure what the problem is - said it could be this, or that, hopefully this. He said 3 different things and said he will price the part in the morning. I asked which part he was pricing since he wasn’t sure what the problem was? He said the least expensive problem???? He was more concerned on what method I would be paying the $65. I told him I would pay when he returned the next day with the follow up. He got upset and hung up on me. Said he’s been in business 21 years and never did anyone wrong. Not what some of his reviews say. How do you expect to be paid the diagnostic fee when you can’t even tell the customer what is wrong??? And why be surprised that I don’t trust you will return tomorrow when he stood us up so many times before and refuses to answer or return calls or text messages. Don’t be scammed by this company. This company is subcontracted for warranty repairs on appliances like frigidaire refrigerators. However, they know nothing about them. We had them come out unsuccessfully three times to fix an issue with our fridge in which time they managed to mess up the push button alignment on the control box somehow. It turned out (as we discovered and fixed ourselves) that our only issue prior to these people coming out had been the need for a new filter. These appliance experts didnt think to check something that basic based on the symptoms we told them, but did manage to cause future issues for us with our appliance. Dont use these people and if your warranty service is subcontracted through them, request an alternate arrangement with your products company.

This place is a scam. They will lie to your face about an appliance but sell you on a 90 day warranty that it comes with. When something goes wrong within your 90 day warranty window they will ignore your calls and texts. I bought a refrigerator from Mark Anthony and immediately started having problems with it. He was supposed to come fix it but did not show up during our agreed time, then he just stopped responding to us. I wish I would have read the reviews before I bought from this company. I definitely would not recommend these dishonest people.

Unfortunately I have to give at least 1 star. This company has been nothing but a nightmare. I purchased a washer and a dryer. Received a commitment date for one day, and didn’t receive appliances until 3 days later, barely could get in contact with owner until I started threatening a refund and to get police involved. Appliances were not only supposed to be delivered but installed. I get home, company left appliances until my driveway, not in my home and hooked up. Have not been able to get in contact with owner. This morning I woke up, the back of the washer was leaking, water was everywhere in my home. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY PURPOSE!!!

They delivered a broken washer and said they would replace another one but never did.Very unreliable company!

I used them when the dryer suddenly stopped working.The guy they sent explained everything that needs to be fixed. Freely came back in own time on a Sunday to look into a clicking noise! If you want someone honest and reliable to fix any appliance - go with Quality Cares LLC.

Bought a used stove to replace a broken one in a rental (unfortunately I wasnt there to inspect upon delivery). The one they delivered was just as bad, if not worse than the one they replaced.

This is the company we used to fix the dishwasher, it is quite old and we thought we should just buy a new one, but the tech recommended to replace the malfunctioning parts and keep it. He said the model we own is a great one and it is worth keeping, That was 4 months ago, we haven`t had any problems with the dishwasher since the repair.

Great customer service. I received a new whirl pool refrigerator stainless steel. Beautiful and works perfectly.
