When you call them or come into the store they give you the best customer service. These guys will give you their full attention and anything you might need they have. If you arent sure about what your pool water is doing bring in a sample and let these guys run it through some tests. You receive an exact printout of everything you need and your pool waters exact contents. This takes the guesswork out of pool chemistry and you won`t end up in a never ending chemical alchemy.

I like the store because Gus is very nice and knowledge about the pool. Every time I went there he always test the water of my pool and explained to me what I need to do for my pool. My pool is very good. I will definitely to recommend my neighbors to come see him. Thanks! Han

They have a great selection. Found everything I needed and more. Got a 9 way water analysis they do for you at no charge. Which comes with a print out and recommendations if needed. Manager helping me and performing the water test was friendly and knowledgable. 4 stars instead of 5 because the parking can be bad if the shopping center is busy

Went to this location today... When I walked in I saw the employee with a customer. I was never greeted or even acknowledge while I was in the store for less than 2 minutes... I felt so discriminated and I left immediately... NEVER WILL I COME TO ANY FOR THESE STORE LOCATION...SAD!!!!

I dont care what people say about this store but it is the best place to go and you will be served good. Especially the manager Richard is the best manager. I live all the way to Downey but I dont go the Pico Rivera store the manager there is very Cocky so I rather go driving a longer distance to Cerritos if the owners are reading my review please give Richard a raise or make him a General manager

The power was out when I walked in, couldnt see the merchandise. Luckily it came back on before I walked out. Good selection and I found what I wanted.

The chemical smells are so strong in the store it makes me ill and I have to leave. How do the employees tolerate it?

I came in on 6/6/2019 at 7:05pm and they told me it was closed. Before I even entered, why does your sign say you close at 8pm and why does google say the same and why are the doors still open. Lazy people ugh! Just drove over here from bellflower for nothing!

This place is the worst. Poor customer assistance, and unprofessional staff very rude. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
