***AVOID LIKE COVID 19***I SHIPPED OUT a package (Document) on Sept 17, 2021, from 90022 to 92553 the package was not delivered. When I tracked the parcel it said last scanned @Cerritos, Ca (NO MORE INFO)I contacted UPS (1800 #) customer support, the automatic teller is a savage she hangs up on you if you ask for an associate. Sep/28/2021 I was able to speak with a female ups employee @certitos (UPS) I explained to her the importance of the parcel and of course NO RESULTS, callbacks, or updates available. Again I contacted UPS @Cerritos and the AW I spoke with told me to call the claims department he provided me with a fake 1800 number that is disconnected just like him smhCant wait for peak season ❄️

The worse customer service anywhere from UPS in cerritos, CA they dont care about the small business reputation they made my small business loose a lot of our reputation to our customers, the box sat inside a container 8 days with out them taking my box out and hundreds more boxes of other business.Thank you for not trying at all helping small business that are what makes UPS so strong because of our business

Ridiculous delivery system. They been delivering my package from 3 days with agents keep on telling me that it will be delivered by EOD. Rather than waiting for them to deliver please choose to pick it up, that would the only viable option

It takes forever to even talk to a person when calling this store. I had to hit the pound button like eight times. Not the best customer service. I had surgery and asked them to hold my package for six days instead of five days and there was nothing they could do about it. They also are the ones who sent my package to be picked up an hour from my house when there is a ups down the street. I created an account which is absolutely zero help. Next time I’ll tell the person sending my package to use FedEx.

It was great! It WOULD be better if they had better hours, but....Im sure they have their reasons for opening at 2 oclock in the afternoon and closing just 4 hours (6pm) later. But it wasnt crowded, and I was helped by a REALLY Helpful Gentleman (sorry, I didnt get his name...fair skinned very light eyed African American guy) who went over and above to help me. My package hadnt arrived yet, but he TRIPLE-CHECKED for it. It was over-all an A+ visit!

Incompetent drivers and customer service center.Driver did not even attempt to deliver EVEN THOUGH i was home all day.Driver just put unable to deliver. Mind you this is not the first time this happened.Customer service which they obviously outsource and cant speak english properly says they put in a request to have a Cerritos Customer center personnel call me within an hour to schedule a pickup. Its been 4 hours and nothing. They just want me off the phone.I hope UPS business goes under, terrible company. Cant compare to Fedex or USPS

I just had a very bad experience going to this location now because this old white lady which she should not be working there in the first place came in to me and screaming . She said we are closed . She should just tell me in a nice way instead of screaming at me so i point my finger at her for screaming. Very bad attitude. She does not have a good customer service. I love going to this place for mailing services because those male employees have very good customer services and they are very accommodating. It is Oct 28 at 9:21.

Patricia Whittier called me after I made a claim with the customer service line. She even texted me about my package and confirmed it was at this location, that it was here, since it was damaged. She was extremely helpful and walked me through getting the package I’ve been waiting for. UPS needs more people like her! She rocks!

Dont Drop your package outside dropbox specifically if your package is electronic employee will jack it @ups pls take a look at your video monitor who pick up the package on 12/27/20 because until now my package never arrived and never scanned to the destination for i am 100% sure employee in cerritos center office jack it. is ok they will tract it because is iphone 12 you know how it works.

The employees at the Cerritos UPS Customer Center are always friendly and helpful. Currently there are three regular employees to assist customers. Under COVID there hours open for customers are from 2pm to 6pm. So you can imagine how busy that block of time can get for them. I am in 2 or 3 times a week and the employees are alway friendly and patient, non-stop moving from one customer to another to get them out as quickly as they can.

The driver assigned to deliver packages to LBC, Ca 90802 , is simply not wanting to do his job! There was “2” deliver attempts made to deliver my package.... tell me how?? someone was home to receive the package. I’ll tell you what happen! The driver did not bother to drive to my apartment complex, I would know because I was standing outside waiting. YES I was outside waiting! This is an outraged! This will not only be my attempt to complain about this. Customer service also mentioned that they would help me. But no one helped! I need someone to do their job right!

How do you deliver only 1 of 2 packages? I was able to track the truck, called Customer service after he delivered only 1 package and left to see if they could catch the driver. This lady I spoke to tells me it could be on a different truck when I clearly told her I am able to track the driver. So, he forgot my package on his vehicle and the dumb representative was less than useless.

Do Not Use UPS This Was the Worst experience I Have Ever Had first off the driver never knocked on my door he put on my tracking that I don’t live there so I had to reorder my things and it happened again this time I was standing outside the drive refused to give me my package he told me I would have to pick it up at the facility I drive all the way to the facility for them to tell me I would have to wait until the next day to pick up my package and that there was no way they can contact the driver they ddnt even know the name of the driver doing the routes they are very unprofessional the customer service representative sends you in circles nobody here does there job corporate really needs to look into the facility because this is just ridiculous.

UPS Cerritos Center, I am sharing this to make you and future customers aware of the very poor and unacceptable level of customer service I have been subjected to. I recently spent hundreds of dollars to purchase new headlights for my vehicle, this is what I received today. Both headlights are unusable and need to be returned. Please do better with shipping and handling sensitive products. And to be fair, I also left a poor review with CariD because I’m sure they could have done a better job packing the items. A thin layer of plastic wrap is insufficient.

The building was easy to find. The first person I came in contact with was a security guard sitting in a chair. Not friendly or helpful at all. No people skills. Once inside I was helped within 3 minutes and back in the car in 5 minutes. Very professional and quick. He greeted me asked what I needed help with. I was picking a package up.

I ordered a package next business day, tracker said delievery by 3pm,I called at 430pm advised truck returned dock I can get my package the next day. I raised stink with rep in guatamala..recieved package by driver on overtime by 830pm. Waited 12.5 hrs for a signature required delievery. I will be using FedEx in the future.

Extremely unprofessional experience with this location. Their driver failed to find my address on their maps when all it takes is a quick Google maps search. Basically didnt even attempt to look. Then, after I called in last night to get this problem fixed and my package delivered, they didnt put my package up for delivery today and pretty much told me too bad. EXTREMELY incompetent and lacking the simplest forms of communication, will NOT be using UPS again in any foreseeable future because of this.Edit: Took a while, but they called and MADE SURE they delivered the package so I appreciate that.

Ive have packages delivered via UPS for years and have never had a problem. I love using the app to receive updates on when my packages arrive. When I want to pick up my packages at the center, scheduling online is easy. A package was scheduled for delivery yesterday but didnt show up. I tried to tried to track it down with the help of Manny. He called me and provided updates on its movements. When it didnt arrive by 8 pm either, I called the center and Rachel (?) went above and beyond to make a call to the driver to see if he was still doing deliveries. He delivered my package by 9 pm. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly helpful and provided excellent customer service.

Im not sure if this is really the local UPS Distribution Center website, but if it is they dont know how to do their jobs. I paid extra to change the delivery date on 2 packages, & was told that my credit card would NOT be charged until the package is delivered. I returned from a trip out of state to find packages on my door step on Sat & my credit card was charged fri before the delivery. l was told Sat 12/9 that I would be contacted by the local delivery service today, 12/11 & nobody has contacted me yet. I have found that there is NO way to contact the local service either.

They are very quick at the door of your home but when that happens tUps gives you options to retrieve your package either the day of or the next day. The only down side is when going to the terminal you only have an hour or half-hour to arrive to get your package. So its up to you to decide how important it is that she have it that day or if you could wait till next day if you can wait the next day they can drop it off at a UPS store or a pickup point of your choice according to what they have available in your area and a lot earlier.

Dropped off a package at the UPS access point locker. 2 business days and 2 weekend days later, no update to my return status. I called the distribution center and the guy I could barely understand said, “If the status hasn’t changed by tonight, the package was lost. Contact Amazon and inform them the package was lost.” Can we say, employee theft?! 1 Star.

It was ok. I went to pick up a phone and the only had 1 counter person and she spent 14 min. Talking to 1 single customer because I was the only other customer waiting there. Meanwhile another worker was just checking in parcels watching me wait. But the counter person was nice when she finally attended me.

I gotta think there are some decent people @ UPS but I am pretty sure there are irresponsible, lazy, or downright dirty employees. The only way to have a high probability to get your package delivered is probably to use signature required now. There is a good chance that your package would either get lost or stolen otherwise. Whats worse is that they will lie about it to avoid the responsibility.

I come here every so often because i am always returning stuff from Amazon. The guy who works the drop off is always very friendly and polite. They are also helpful with securing packaging if I didnt do a good job...unlike UPSP who makes you purchase their duct tape for a small piece.

Had a package that should have been delivered to my apartment, but I think our gate wasnt working. UPS called me and told me I could pick up my package at this facility from 8-8:30pm. I arrived around 8:15. There were some other people there to get packages too. I stood in line for about 7 minutes, then a guy behind the counter asked for my address and found my package. I signed and left. Its maybe not the best system in the world, but it was way better than waiting until Monday to get my package. Theyre doing what they can here.

Representative told me to come at 6, came at 6:02. They had no mercy, drove an hour in work traffic to get my package. They said no, we are closed. Come back at 8:30. I explained that the representative told me to be here at 6. She did not say we are closed at 6. Their customer service is awful. And I will try to never use them if I can. Then got on call to complain and I was sent to some barely English speaking person who could not help. Bottom line would not help and had no mercy for being literally 2 minutes late!

Terrible experience with this place. The driver never even knocked on my door. They told me I could pick up the package on Saturday between 10am and 1pm and now I find out they arent even open. FedEx >UPS.I bought three packages from amazon. Two of them were delivered by FedEx and the other one by UPS. The FedEx delivered packages arrived no problem. The UPS package couldnt be delivered because my address was written incomplete? The exact same address that FedEx used to deliver the other two packages was not complete? Are you serious? Worked here a year ago. Let me tell you that we never took care of the packages. A lot of them got ripped or lost because of so many of them being thrown in the trailers. We were forced to scan them and simply not put much care into them. UPS cares about numbers and not customer service. They wanted us to scan them and not take time handling them. I remember a lot of packages being ruined. Overall their service is one of the worst ones which I dont recommend using UPS

Update 09/19/18:I hope people keep in mind the reviews here are for this location specifically. They are not for UPS services or delivery complaints, which I too have. That is why I have opted to change many of my deliveries to this location for pickup I stead.Additionally in this update I wanted to reaffirm my positive experience with the employees at this location. I am handicapped and was having a hard time walking yesterday even with my cane. I came in with and unfinished package to ship. Everything was in the box, but it had not been taped nor had the label affixed to it yet. They were slow. But, an worker immediately took the package out of my hand. She started to ask about the label then saw it in the box and stopped herself. She verified with me that everything was in the box and then went straight ahead to taping, sealing the box, adding the paper label and sealing it too!I use both USPS and UPS regularly, and though my local USPS people are quite helpful more times than not you would be hard pressed to find a similar experience at the post office.For those who have complaints about service at this UPS location because they believe they may be being ignored I assure you that youre not. Many times, especially when they are busier, they may have a certain amount of staff assigned to item pickups (usually two) and package drop offs (usually 1-2 dependant on the time of day) both are also subject to scheduling when they know in advance how many packages are set with pre-shipment tracking numbers and how many packages are set to show up for pickup.As the employees are logged in for one system or the other its not as simple as jumping from one desk to the other.Comparatively, with USPS again, I can tell you almost every time I have been at any location, with a line going out the door they have 95% of the time removed one of the three employees at the registers so that they only have two. This has happened repeatedly no matter the time of day or location. It becomes unnerving when youve been waiting in line for 20-30 minutes and is exasperated when its within 30 minutes of their closing time.My Original Review:The employees at this UPS location have always been helpful, curtious, and polite! Whether it has been taking care of my poor quality package taping skills, or helping me load heavier /larger pickups in my car as Im slightly disabled. I get a lot of deliveries at times throughout year and always change the larger boxes to lick up at their location.Honestly Im a very measured person when it comes to the few reviews I give.I really believe these are the best set of employees I deal with on a regular basis. They are consistent in their demeanor even when its a new face Im dealing with!

Worst customer service. If you work all day, how are you supposed to pick up your package or be home to receive it. All three attempts for delivery were made during business hours, when I work. Now I have to figure out how to pick it up in Cerritos when it was supposed to be delivered to me in Long Beach. The hours the pick up center are open is a joke. FedEx and the post office are way more reliable and customer friendly.

If I could give them zero stars or even negative stars, I would. The recurring themes I’ve found (and have experienced for myself) are: 1) the drivers and 2) the customer service.First of all, the drivers don’t even bother to knock on your door. They show up and just leave a notice saying that no one was home so they can’t leave the package (even though, more often than not, there’s someone home. And if anyone from this UPS actually read these reviews, we can see if you don’t bother and you can bet we’re gonna complain).Now secondly, the customer service is terrible! So, my issue is that my order isn’t anything particularly big; it’s an envelope with some important documents. And even though, on their tracking site, it says it was out for delivery at 9:05 A.M. suddenly at approximately 1:20 P.M it says that “delivery is delayed.” I don’t understand how something can be out for delivery, and then in 4 hours, can’t be delivered.Come to find out, when I call customer service, they left my package at the office. If that’s the case, then why couldn’t they just drop by the office and pick it up? UPS is a joke. For some reason my driver didnt leave my package like he usually does every other time, so I take a trip down to the hub to get it. However, when I get there the employee looks for my package for an hour and then tells me its in a trailer and he cant get it. When I ask him why the driver didnt leave the box, he told me to deal with the driver. I just love dealing with massive dinosaur companies that hire inept employees that dont know the first thing about delivering anything that reassembles service.
