Cant use the mail box or get stamps at the machine after hours. Which is easier then standing in a 6 mile long line

I was my first USPS visit in the US. I was nervous and panicked, because I didnt know how to do at all😢but the staff taught me step by step, so I could finally make it😭 She was so kind, I really appreciate her!

Christina and the old white lady that works in the post office is so rude!!! Never go here! They also suck at doing their job! Taking other workers positions! They should really hire new people! This place already has so many bad reviews!

Do not drop off packages here. I used the box for my small package and it went missing. Always... Always get a receipt. Stand in line and turn in your package. Get that receipt, itll save you headaches in the long run. Worhtless post office.

I wish I can give them 0 star. I dropped the package Friday last week. They hold my boxes until TODAY and proceed them. It took 8 days to send them out of the Post office???? Unbelievable. Now my customers are NOT satisfied because they think I hold these boxes until NOW.

The post office actually opened up early. Everyone there is friendly and extremely helpful. A special thanks to Cheryl who went out of her way to make my day a blessed one thank you.

This postal branch has some very nice employees theyre very helpful not only to myself but I observed them with other customers Ive been here a few times and your service has not changed its nice to know when you have questions you can count on them kudos to all employees there

No after hour mail drop. door closed 5.30pm

I never use usps anyway but when I buy things from amazon and see that usps is delivering it, I know its gonna be late or not here at all. Twice my package has been lost and Amazon was awesome enough to send me the same order again for free with their own delivery guys. And if it does arrive its always late. Boo

Honestly wasnt sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised with the friendly service and assistance I was given at this post office definitely one of my top five favorites I always recommend this post office to all my friends and family.

My mail man is awful and rude!!!! Afraid of my 5lb Chihuahua that barks at him because he sneaks through a pathway from my neighbor to my house, and has threatened to spray her and to send me a dog letter! Cerritos mail carrier for carmenita rd, small asian, very rude!!!!

Not here, cupcake!Although the nearest post office to me is the one on 183rd, inbetween Gridley & Pioneer, I have a PO box at this location. The staff have always been friendly to me whenever I stop by.Im a big fan of the self-service kiosks. Purchasing stamps, sending out letters and packages - I can get in & get out, all while bypassing the line, which varies in length depending upon the time of day.Stamps increased yet again this year, but I dont mind. The USPS has always been the cheapest and most reliable option, in my opinion. UPS and Fedex have nothing on them. Because of hemorrhaging money, there were talks of the USPS stopping home delivery on Saturdays, which Im glad to say has not come to fruition just yet.Im an avid user of Flat Rate Priority Shipping. If it fits, it ships! I often send out packages of items Ive sold on Ebay or to my horticultural buddies by paying and printing the postage online. Slap the label on a priority mail box and leave it out for the mail carrier. How convenient is that! You can even have your mail carrier deliver more boxes for shipping to your address.The interior is kept clean and parking usually isnt a problem. Yes, the USPS closes kinda early, but theyll keep getting my business because of their proven track record.Youve got mail! Thanks to your local post office.As Herodotus said Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds.Recommend!

Most of the time there is a line. Also DO NOT PUT YOUR MAIL IN THE DRIVE UP MAIL BOX ON SUNDAYS Ive been there many times when the box is so stuffed that mail is coming out

No more send MONEY from this Office to any Country? Why not?

I mailed some mothers day gifts to my mom in Missouri last May and the package was opened and part of the items were stolen by the postal workers so she did not receive most of what I mailed! Not only that, when i went back to tell them about it the people who work there blew me off and acted like it wasnt their responsibility. They said if i didnt have receipts for the items that were missing (they were hand-made art pieces) then i had no proof. I then called the 800 number and was given another number to call to make a report. The lady at that number took my full report, which took about 30 minutes. Then the next day i got a call from the local branch saying that the report was made to the wrong place and that i needed to call a different number. At this point i gave up on receiving compensation for the stolen items and vowed to never ship through USPS again. FedEx may be more expensive but at least they care about their customers.

I just wanted to get my mail in p.o. box. Doors locked on Saturday?

They left me a letter in my certified mailbox and on Monday June 15 I went and deposited it in this town and wrote in the letter please send to the sender and it is time that this letter has not been returned please return that letter to the person who sent it I send thanks
