Both Lisa and Rick are super friendly and caring. The best part is the follow up. Its great to have a top quality product but what really sets them apart is how Rick goes way out of his way to make sure everything is working like it should. Hes quite passionate about that.

Rick is great. Helped my mom get her hearing aids working perfectly. He even looked up a article we asked about and gave us a copy. My mom has been going there for about three years and was working with German before who also was great. Seems like Miracle Ear knows how to choose their employees.

I purchased a Miracle Ear hearing aide mod. Ric 4500 last Feb. and cant say enough about how well Im hearing! German Laverde, the hearing specialists, gave full attention to my needs and provided me with an unbelievable hearing aid that I can adjust in so many ways, using an app. on my phone. Also provided me with a MIC pendant so I can talk hands free through my hearing aides, and listen too music through my phone via blue tooth. I could not be more pleased with the quality of the aide and the service provided. Thank you German!

Avoid this place as much as you can. I went and saw the male audiologist there about 6 times because one of my hearing aids kept on loosing sound and he never fixed it for me. He always said that he tested them and it was fine. I started to think it was me who was loosing hearing, but the problem didnt go away. I had to go to another miracle-ear place and tell the audiologist there about my problem ONCE and they were able to verify that my hearing aid was indeed faulty. I cant believe I wasted almost 6 months of bad hearing just because of that man. I dont think he fully understands how much people with hearing loss depend on hearing aids.
