If I could give them 0 I would. I have to chase them around as to when my Invisalign trays come in. They never called me to tell me when theyre in. Also the doctor never walked me through the treatment plan and then I didnt even get to achieve the smile I wanted after I was already at the end of my trays some doctor Ive never seen before tells me they cant do anything else. Another thing is you never seen the doctor I always had to wait 30 minutes + to be seen. The nurse did all the work on my teeth practically. Very unhappy.

Brand New Office, I like the Automated Check In, it safes patients lot of time. Dr. Jasmine is very innovative and very detailed, I was in and out fast with a great service :~)

So far so good. I have more work. Today I did a lot. Dr. Kim was very patient and displayed excellent customer care. She treated me like a patient not a money bank. Staff as a whole too good care of me. I also loved how they explained everything so that I understood what was needed, being done and what I was paying for. Thank you all.

I have always been nervous about going to the dentist but this place makes me feel very comfortable. Facility is new and clean with very good equipment.

I have been going to this dentist since 2017. My teeth are not the best thanks to genetics but the staff is always very kind. Dr. Jesmine is very nice and has done all of my major dental work like crowns and root canals. Great Dentist!

Employees who work there are awesome! This company would be so successful reaching there Production Goal always, if the Dr. would actually care about the patients and her employees. Dr. Treats her employees like slaves. When she ask someone to do something she pulls them in 10 different directions and later on says “why is this not done? I asked you to do this hours ago? You’re not doing your job..” well the job would get done if one is not interrupted or pulled to do something else in the midst of doing her job. The Dr. is always on a power trip and is always putting a lot of pressure on employees but never gives any recognition to her employees when they’re doing a good job, so it’s hard to work somewhere where your boss is ALWAYS pointing out the mistakes and not appraising you for your excellent work. Communication in the office is horrible... and the Dr has a huge problem admitting to her mistakes due to lack of detail when communicating . You can put in these long hours and your boss still is very ungrateful.ProsHygienist, Dental Assistants, & receptionist are very helpful supportive and awesome to work with.ConsNo communication, bad system, lack of organization, lack of detail when instructed, lack of order, Bad self centered Dr. Jesmine Boghawala

I’ve never really liked going to the dentist, but I had a great experience here. I called them and they were able to get me in the very same day which almost never happens. The staff and the dentist (Dr. Jasmine) were very friendly, warm, and welcoming, and made me feel very comfortable. I was also able to get the services I needed the very same day which was awesome! They were complete lifesavers. They even called to check on me and see how I was doing later, which I thought was really sweet. I plan to come back in the future for sure.

LIFE SAVERS!!! - My wife had been having some pain to the left side of her facial area, after initial Dental Visit with our primary Dentist nothing was found, a few days later we were in the ER thinking a possible sinus infection, 3 days later, still in pain another ER visit. We decided to get a second opinion with another Dentist. The second Dentist advised my wife needed a root canal, which had to be scheduled for 2 weeks later with a specialist...There was no way she could wait due to the severe pain.I did a quick dental search and found Innovative Smiles...Man, Lisa was a darn life saver...She was super attentive and booked us in right away, same day within hours of the second opinion results...Thank you so much Lisa! What a true ANGEL!Thank you all again! Would highly recommend!

First Visit made an appointment for standard check up and cleaning. Went in filled out standard paperwork. Was taken back and the girl who took images of my teeth was very courteous and professional. The dentist came in and said I needed a crown and a deep cleaning. I explained that I just wanted my teeth cleaned. She said that I needed a deep cleaning and that needed to be scheduled first. After an hour of going back and forth she said that she would do the deep cleaning another day and have the office follow up with me on some prices. I never heard back and never got any cleaning. I just wanted a regular checkup and cleaning. Time to find another dentist.

Just recently went to this dentist office recently to get my tooth pulled and it was very clean and reasonable but the receptionist Lisa was truly the best and showed she care I really appreciate her I highly recommend this Dentist Office

It was Dr. Jesmine who saved my crown. She was an absolute delight to be with and did not overcharge me on anything. I have worked with other dentists previously who did low-quality work with only half the effort. Dr. Jesmine was different and I am happy to have found her.

Took my 5 year old daughter there and they were very kind and patient with her she loves it just from one visit....she has been to other dentist in the past and she said she didnt like it but when we left there she said mommy I like it there so this will be her new permanent dentist.

Dr. Jesmine provides a great dentist appointment experience. The office was run by an organized staff who were friendly and accommodating. The dentist herself was personable and informative. She uses different tools and approaches compared to other dentists that simply made the experience more comfortable than in other practices. I was looking for a dentist in Cerritos with great pricing and service, I found both at Innovative Smiles.

I am very disappointed with this Dental office. I didnt have the opportunity to see the dentist, take an X-ray or anything. I made an appointment, apparently with an answering service that doesnt give the office the appointment information. I arrive 15 minutes prior to the appt time and the office is locked. I called the same number and reached an answering service again and they were no help. Im standing outside and called the number on the window and the lady says that they are closed, and its 5:45pm. Do Not attempt to be seen at this dental office! Its very unprofessional and the customer service is horrible!

If I could give this place a 0 star I would. I don’t recommend coming to this dentist at all. Save yourself the time, headache and money. I decided to give them a try so I booked my appointment during my lunch break only because the front receptionist peer pressured me on the phone that I needed to come in that same day. They were trying to peer pressure me into coming in because the doctor that comes in once a month would be in tomorrow for a wisdom tooth extraction. I said it was too last minute I would prefer waiting the next month to do the procedure because I’m going to need to give my employer a heads up and so I can take time off. The doctor rolled his eyes in a comical way which is just rude. Well when I arrived 20 mins early to my appointment, I was left waiting for 45 mins. Honestly this place just seems desperate to get clients in the front door to pressure them to get procedures done the next day, they feel money hungry.

This place has horrible customer service. Don’t be fooled by their fancy new office. Looks like they only have 3 doctors on a rotating schedule so the work looks like it’s getting done by students. The wait time is horrible and they peer pressure you into signing up and paying for their in house plans. Not worth it.
