Very bad I disliked it very much need to work on being polite and nice theyre service is very bad and need to give more effort to there work and service and when you order something they dont give your order correctly theres many missing items too.

So disappointed with the service across the board.

This was my second time coming here but this was my first time Jocelyn attended me, my respects for her cause she is an amazing worker. (with only 1 month working there, she has an outstanding customer service, not like other who have a longer time and cant get my order right.)

Very, very poor customer service. The last straw: ordered balloons for several events this weekend, they arrived today and several items were missing from the box. Called and was told one had been discontinued, and the others were out of stock. I asked the gal why I hadn’t been notified and was told that “they have thousands of customers, and cannot make those type of notifications.” I have had several other incidents over the years, ranging from the wrong color items showing up to items never shipping even though they were in stock. I’m done, going to find a new source.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The balloon jam they have on the first Monday of every month is amazing!

This place has everything. Great customer service. I love this place.

Tons of balloons, also offer discounts for twisters on the 3rd Thursday of every month after 5 p.m.

The best place to come and buy party supplies all kind of cool stuff kinda far from where I live but really worth coming here! !
