On 09/14/2021 I came in to AutoNation Toyota Cerritos to parts dept. When I arrived I noticed there was four customers in line. The parts guy was patient, friendly and acknowledge to each customers.When it was my time to come up to parts counter. He friendly greeted me and asked me how can he help me. I gave him my vehicle information 2004 Toy. 4 Runner and search for two coolant outlet bolts on the front engine side coming from top radiator hose. Parts computer showed not in stock. Good thing I had a used bolt as sample to match. Chris didnt give up and went beyond the computer information to match something in stock. Chris sure did found two bolts in the same size. Chris made my day much better and Im looking forward to come back. Thank you Chris for great customer service and not giving up too easy.

Really the easiest car buying experience Ive ever had, thanks to Shaun Munoz and the team! Shaun and his manager, Mark Bell, went above and beyond in securing the exact car I wanted. They negotiated and got the car from another dealer which was not close by, that is true customer service! Rudy Mazas in finance also contributed to the easy process, quick and painless. Came in for a recall picked the earliest appointment worst customer service workers don’t look happy in the morning and definitely need some type of team building skills. On top of that I’m stuck for 5 hours with no rental. There was a reason I didn’t purchase my Toyota from Cerritos. If you want better customer service where they actually care Buena Park Toyota is your best bet. Stay away from this place and if anyone from this facility is ready this comment ask yourself how to improve your customer service.

Bought a new (used) car yesterday from Matt Barrerra at Toyota Cerritos. Matt was engaging, attentive, and knowledgeable. He made the usually brutal process of car buying pretty tolerable.Aaron the finance manager was efficient and patient with me taking work phone calls. He got me out the door quickly without feeling like Id been sold to overly aggressively.Car was in fantastic shape. Looking forward to buying my next car here when needed.

We Recommend Armstrong Nursery to outer friends because their Vegetables / Fruits Plants, & more other things are indeed great! Also the STAFFS are very knowledgeable for any issues about growing veggies or type of Fertilizer that can add into your Garden. Great Nursery Place to go to for any Landscaping you wish to have it done!

We bought a 2021 Corolla Hybrid and Frank Gomez was attentive, very friendly, and easy to talk to. He addressed all of our concerns and questions right away and always contacted us via texts or phone calls. We had contacted 4 other dealers but Frank and the staff at AutoNation Toyota Cerritos were the most caring and prompt; they made the process easy. They lie you about the price in-call. I tried to confirm everything in phone before I visit in-person.. they mentioned one price in phone but after i talk to them on-site then its different. So, dont waste your time on call unless you visit in person.

I originally posted a three star review because they didnt respond or communicate well, but they have only gotten worse. I originally had 3 thousand dollars in repairs done to most notably fix my AC from quitting in the heat particularly. The AC worked after I received my car and a very late rental vehicle, but then they had forgotten to plug in the device for the air recirculation, so now another day had to be spent getting them to fix the vehicle. Now, a month after the original repair, the AC isnt working.

I have used Syed in 3 separate transactions over the last two and half years I wouldn’t go to any else in fact I didn’t buy a car with AutoNation I bought it from Syed, Toyota was just along for the ride.Along with Syed is Eric McKenzie, Customer Financial Services. After a previous disappointing experience with AutoNation (not with Toyota Cerritos) I found the car I had been looking for at Toyota Cerritos. I worked with the manager Kent Huynh who was very professional and did a great job to get my car from California to Arizona without delays. The car was in great condition and as described. Kent took care of all the paperwork and I was able to pick up the car at an AutoNation dealership in Scottsdale, Arizona. My thanks go out to Kent and the managers Matthew Brown and Phillip Small of AutoNation, this was a great experience and I will be back next time!

I was here Thursday evening near closing time 8 PM and had a horrible experience with one of the worst car “salesman”. I was very interested in purchasing a Camry and ready to do so that night. First off he was very off standish hardly even talked the whole time we were looking at the cars he stood there and didn’t even ask what I was looking for in the car and near closing time advised we had to leave the lot upstairs because they were going to close initially I was looking for a white car but saw one there that caught my eye. He asked me to come back on a Saturday which from what I understand is the worst day to go to a dealer because it’s one of their busiest days. Honestly just seemed like he was ready to leave. I wanted to go over my budget and told me I wanted champagne with small change. Very rude he walked us downstairs and left us at the lot where the used cars were and told us to keep letting as “he’d be back” I guess he went to put a car away and right there I knew he didn’t want to sell. I went right over to Toyota of Orange and the experience there was the complete opposite. If only this guy had taken the time he would’ve had a sale that night I bought the same exact car that they had in Cerritos. I wish I had gotten his name but he was an older man with a heavy accent. I would not recommend anyone looking to buy a car come here. Toyota of Orange is the place to go and ask for Josh he has the best customer service and knows what he’s doing!

Ali Faiz was absolutely wonderful! We have been to a few dealerships and this one was BY FAR the BEST! Everyone was absolutely friendly and I didnt feel any pressure at all! I dont know if it was the environment or just me REALLY wanting the truck we got but it felt so welcoming! They even have a snack area with a little restaurant with sandwiches, hot dogs, etc which is wonderful when youre waiting for paperwork and SUPER hungry :). I was very impressed by the stellar customer service I received at this dealership store. Before my visit, they were very helpful in answering my questions about the car I was interested in and working around the low inventory for new cars (arranging for me to test drive an older model that served as a decent proxy). During my visit I was informed of my options for trading in my current lease and had it appraised. Afterwards, the sales team followed up with me through a phone call and was very willing and helpful to answer my questions. I would highly recommend this shop to other car shoppers

Toyota of Cerritos is a wonderful place to purchase a vehicle. They are always busy but if you want to be well taken care of then patience is the key. I have been going there for many years. When the 2009 Toyota Corolla SE came out I purchased it and had it for a few years until my daughter outgrew the car seat and that’s when in 2012 I purchased a 2012 Toyota Camry SE. I paid it off after 5 years but it’s still so reliable til this day and no car payment is a blessing. I was happy to say that I was able to Co-Sign for my husbands vehicle. With my history there and my credit they helped me get a 2017 Toyota Corolla SE 30th year anniversary edition with a wonderful price! Thank you so much Toyota for always taking care of me.

The complimentary oil change was appreciated. Customer service could improve on customer relations. That’s the reason why I could not give 5 stars. They relegated me to the lowest priority and waited for 3 hours. What was promised over the phone was not met on the actual. I am a very loyal Toyota customer. It’s hard for me to return if I have to wait 3 hours for a simple service where I can get it less somewhere. A little disappointed 😕

Offered me a free gift card and car wash voucher to come in for an oil change. Never got the voucher. Also the paperwork they proceeded to give me after the oil change had recommendations for work that they never reviewed with me. The paperwork stated I (the customer) had said the work was “too expensive”. Would of appreciated to have been informed, especially since one of the items was the brake pads. Overall it was a nice reminder to continue going to my own personal mechanic who is cheaper and provides much more quality service than the dealership.

This location takes the LONGEST in everything they do. I’ve gone to other Toyota locations and it’s quick, but here it never fails for the amount of time I either have to wait or deal with someone inside the office. I am a proud Toyota customer, but I would not recommend going to this location if you expect your car issues to be handled in a timely matter. (Even if you have an appointment).

Well I guess I should start with I had an appointment at 7:40am to replace the windshield and it took 10 hours for them to finish I had to call 3x because no one would call me back and finally when they figured out I was upset they decided to figure out that the windshield replacement person was late but didn’t feel the need to communicate with me not gonna lie I’ve only had one good experience here and it’s when my oil change was done in less than an hour 4 years ago this dealership really lacks in a lot of areas

This dealership tried to sell me warranty numerous amounts of times when I purchased my Camry after declining multiple times they went on about how everything would be included and we wouldn’t have to worry about fixing anything on the car third-party repair shops. We ended up giving in and purchasing it. After going in the past weekend I realized my alignment is slightly off so I asked them to take a look at it and they said that that wasn’t covered in the warranty and it would be $150 to fix. Mind you my car is only 1 year old. Extremely disappointed with the false advertisement.

Beware!!!!!!I purchased my car n March. Was told car was a v6- 1st lie.Heard sound going out of driveway, expressed concern to salesman. Had mechanic at dealership listen, he could not find any problem. Heard it again a week later, returned to dealership, didn’t hear sound. Heard again 1 month later, went to Westcoast, had service check out car, didn’t find problem. Got a call from Autonation Cerritos, to come in for 6 month service. Express concern bout thumb sound, n now they locate sound, Coming from moon roof, need replacing, not covered $1500. Dealership will never divulge all problems with car. Hell to the no! I should never have went to this dealership alone. Not knowledgeable bout purchasing.

Currently most dealerships are charging a market price but are very straight forward, in the case of this dealership I worked with a slick salesman name Ahmad Alassadi. When I asked him over the phone do they have a market up price he said “No we do not” the dealership is an hour away he told he can only discuss the final price in person(I should of known that was a red flag). I drove an hr when I got there he added an additional 9k to the price saying “it’s for the accessories that we are adding to the car, the additional accessories are mandatory to pay and if that’s not reasonable we are ready to walk away from the customer” basically we don’t advertise that we have a mark up but we give you a mandatory accessory fee with the car. Wasted my time and gas, I would have respect it more if you told me upfront there will be a mark up but it comes with accessories. Do not waste your time there they will make you pay Tesla price for a Prius.

I set my appointment time for 9:40am, I got there at 9:35am and Paul Lee helped me out right away. He asked what I needed done today, and after the initial look over the car and getting what he needed, the car was driven away to be serviced. Paul told me that it would be a couple of hours to do the oil change. Later he called me to let me know about my brakes, which I needed to get fixed. So they did it for me. Just had to wait for another hour. By 12:45pm, and $438 later I was on my home with new brakes and oil change. Very happy with the service.

This review is specifically for the service department. I’ve been here several times and haven’t been impressed. I spend over $300 each time and being that my car is a full EV, it doesn’t sound any different and/or ride any better. This particular visit, I asked if they could charge my car while I was on my way and it didn’t seem like they plugged it in (car completed around 12:45p; returned around 2:55p). I’ve had three different service reps, specifically requested one and got someone completely different...I only come back here because I purchased my vehicle here. Jordan, who is in the sales department is the only reason I return.

I live a considerable distance from this location. I found a great deal at this location on a truck I liked. I contacted the dealer and let them know my circumstance. They ensured that the vehicle I was interested in remained available as getting to the location was a half a day ordeal. When I arrived Araceli and Victoria were extremely helpful, and hospitable. There was a slight mishap with the vehicle listed, and the one that was actually at the dealership. I was a little disappointed as the mishap cost about 4k, and being a one price no haggle dealership tied their hands with price compromise. Instead they worked with my financial institution directly to negotiate a lower interest rate saving me more than the 4k difference between the original price, and the increased one. They even threw in a couple additional incentives. In all, I do not regret the drive, and absolutely love my new truck! It is also worth mentioning during the time I was there, Araceli protected the keys of the truck with everything she had, as there were at least 6 different people interested in it while I was there.Thank you AutoNation Cerritos !

I took my 2020 Corolla in for an oil change and didnt have an appointment. Also, I pointed out that my low tire pressure light had come on the day before. The service was fast and they inspected my tires and found a leak in one of them and called me to ask if I wanted them to patch it. It cost $45, which I could have paid $20 to fix elsewhere, but since my car was there already, I asked them if they could fix it. I was in and out in 3 hours, again, without an appointment. I am happy with the service, but as I said, it is not the least expensive option for sure.

Honestly, we had been shopping for a vehicle for quite some time. This was our second visit to this dealership during our search and we came back for Matt Barrera. He was honest, informative and flexible to our crazy schedule. We loved the No haggle price as we didnt have to go back and forth. Matt had an assist from Victor as Matt had exceeded his hours for the week. Victor had a great energy and was very excited to help finish our purchase. Alex in Finance was awesome and had the process down. I dont think Ive ever been able to complete the purchase paperwork that quickly. No one was pushy at all. If you need your car serviced go to Michelle. She is the best. Understanding and reasonable. The financing team is great and they do the best to get you the best deal they can. Ive had a different sales person with every purchase but havent had a negative experience.

I had a good very good experience with my sales representative, Calvin, he was great and so helpful and have a great customer service!I can’t say the same about the financial rep., first Rudy was very nice with the initial process but when I had to come back and pay the vehicle, Rudy was in such a rush to fill out the paperwork and even gave me the wrong information. I had to convince him into giving me the correct information because the invoice wasn’t under my name or correct information. He even had to mention that he made me a favor by giving me documentation for me to purchase a vehicle that I WILL PAY FOR… Honestly for reps. like him and that kind of customer service he offered makes me not want to make business with dealerships like this or even recommend people. I initially came in for the 115,000 service, a new key, a cargo net hook and a rear bumper bolt. My advisor made several recommendations that I accepted. One of the recommended items was for a new battery and tie downs due to excessive corrosion. During the 4 hour service my advisor informed me that I had a life-time battery warranty and would not be charged. The parts were ordered and I had to follow up on their arrival 6 weeks later. My advisor rescheduled my service but when I arrived either the battery or tie downs had not arrived. And only the replacement key was in. I received my new key and had it programmed and was put on hold until the battery parts and other parts arrived. Four months later I had not been contacted so I made another service appointment only after the service operator checked with the parts department and confirmed the parts were in. My advisory remembered most of the details from by previous visits and seemed pleased to get things started. The service was for a new battery, battery tie down and installation of a cargo net clip and a tire rotation. One hour into the service my advisor quoted a price for the service which included the price of the battery which should have been covered by my warranty. I pointed this out and another hour into the service the cost if the battery was removed, but I was told that ALL of the lug nuts were rounded off and needed to be replaced if I wanted the tire rotation. I authorized the replacement of the lug nuts but requested the worn parts. I purchased my car in 2013 from the same dealership and have never missed a service or not accepted their service recommendations. If the lug nuts were worn the dealer was solely since they were the only persons to ever remove my tires. Nevertheless, after four hours and what seemed like a bait and switch the advisor politely announced that they choose not to replace the battery tie downs because “they were not too badly worn(?)“ and the rear bumper bolt was the incorrect part. My visit cost me $302.My next service appointment may not be at this dealership!

The wait for job completion for an oil change was around 3 hours. Kind of a long wait. But the work and inspections are always appreciated. Lucking we werent just sitting there but had someone to go do errands with, and then we got the call, You Camry is ready. Thanks! Wed do it again.

This was by far the worst car experience I have ever had! Not only did they waste my time I wasnt even offered a fair trade for my vehicle. They stated that the vehicle had frame damage just by looking at it???? Last time I checked you needed to lift the vehicle to state that. Even after reviewing the car fax which says no frame damage. Not only that I spoke with one rep and tried to get ahold of him 4 times and they also said he was gone. Not only was that false but he also never got messages. This company was unethical and hard to work with.

The facility was clean and there were vending machines which werewell equipped with food and drinks. There was a tv showing The Olympics. Ample/comfortable seating was available. Covid 19 restrictions were in place. The staff was friendly and professional.

Normally pretty happy with my experience with the Service department... Unfortunately my last time wasnt what I am used to. Service advisors are normally super helpful and always return my phone calls but Cristian Rios has yet to return my phone call after 3 voice messages, he did reply by text but I asked him to call me, still to no avail. Maybe he was having an off week or needs a refresher in customer service training.

Nice, clean dealer ship, helpful sale man Sang Ngo, the reason for rating 2 stars because I have being haraseed in the office when signing the paperworks, the guy I dont know his name ( He never introduced him self), rushed me to sign all the paper end up I declined my option that I really want and He type wrong my address, we did complete all papers in less than 5 minutes, his attitude was showed after I refuse to buy extended warranty.I came back next day to correct the address, He blames me for not checking his mistake making typo and He blames it on the customer.Beware of this dealer

Service here is HORRIBLE! I brought my car for a service appointment and waited over 15 minutes to be acknowledged. After waiting over 5 hours for my car to be serviced, I decided to call and speak to Michelle, my service representative, who assured me my car was ready. Upon arrival, I went to the cashier since Michelle was not in her office. The cashier Jamie could not find any of my paperwork, could not find Michelle and took another customer instead of helping me. Per Jamie “Dominic” was in charge but Jamie denied my request to speak to him. After over 10 minutes of waiting Michelle finally appears and still does not have my paperwork ready. Never have I had such a terrible experience here, I will not be coming back.

Customer Service and Service Consultant is great. however I think Service crew and the vehicles needs to be inspect by floor supervisor before vehicles handed over to the customer to ensure all safety aspects was check. At first I wasnt looking at Toyotas because usually I drive Ford, but after visiting this dealership I felt so much more comfortable and excited to get my new RAV4. After speaking with Victoria I definitely felt confident with my decision. This was the first time I have gone to a dealership without someone assisting me with this big of a purchase.. Ill never forget the moment my sister came here to buy her first car a few years ago. Only wanted the car and nothing else. how do u go from 13k to 27k? The dealer who assisted us went in circles with his answer when we asked what all those prices were for. in the end my sister made the dumb decision to agree despite me telling her no. This place is not recommended for first time buyers unless you understand what ur getting into. And heres my review & star after all this time. Id give -10 stars if i could. Longo Toyota has much better customer service and the dealer there helped me with my first car without trying to fish out more money :)

Her estimated time of when my car will be done was accurate. She went over what was done on my car and in detail. The cashier girl was nice too, although I didn’t catch her name. All 4 of the new wheels were scratched after the car was serviced and it was never brought to my attention at all. By the time I noticed all of my wheels were scratched I was already 30 minutes away from the dealership so I had to drive back to speak to the customer care manager. The manager was able to provide a solution but I felt like I was the one being a burden and just took whatever he was able to offer.Eventually I was able to drop off the vehicle for repair and picked up before closing. HOWEVER the repair was very noticeable and was painted a different finish as the rest of the wheel. Again, this wasn’t brought to my wife’s attention as she was the one that picked up the vehicle.I’ll no longer be using this dealership at all. I’d rather drive a little further for more professional service.

I came to the dealership for a 30K mile service. I anticipated spending around $300, but was offered 3 levels of services starting at $799 and reaching $ 1,150 at the high end. I felt compelled to pick one of the 3 , and decided to go for the lowest package at $799. After being dropped off at my house, I called the service advisor and had one of the services cancelled, reducing my total to around $600. It was still too much, but I was already there and did not want to walk out. I felt that the dealer just wanted to sell as much unnecessary services as it could with no regard for the customer. I expressed this to the service advisor when I picked up my car and he simply said, Talk to my manager. I spoke to the manager and he gave me a coupon for a complimentary car wash (off-site). If you can go somewhere else for your vehicle maintenance/ repairs, please do.

I dont even know where to begin. I was reached my AutoNation right when I had given up on buying a car. I had been told that I couldnt be financed by any bank before they reached out to me. When I got an email from Kevin, I figured sure why not get one more refusal. I was contacted by Ali, David and the team. I MUST say they were extremely amazing, after some back and forth they got me in the car that I had been wanting for forever the Toyota Rav 4. I dont know how they did it but Ali worked extra hard to get me financed and into an amazing car. Granted my situation wasnt a easy as they normally are, its a extremely difficult case and yet they managed to get me financed and I was able to stay within my budget. As a single parent having a new car means safety out on the road with my girls. I did have to leave the car over night since I couldnt drive two cars home and I live a bit far, HOWEVER David and Ali guarded my keys like I would my children to make sure nothing happened to the car. I absolutely will return and drive the distance. Not to mention I never felt like just an other sale to them.
