Great alignment!!!! with new tires on my Chevy Denali 2017. They take their time and are always honest with me. I was actually surprised that there is a shop hidden back. I will definitely come back back!!!!

First of all they provide great service. The price was reasonable!!! They thoroughly explained to me about my new tires and they ride smooth!!

I arrived 15 minutes after calling them they helped me and did rotations on my tires quickly. Great customer service.

Let me start with **ITS THANKSGIVINGDAY**This shop was open and ready. Got in got my tire and got out. Awesome service! 5Stars. The price i couldnt say NO! HONEST PEOPLE.

Called in advanced to get a quote about an alignment, and make an appointment to drop my truck off. I was told they could do it right then, so I went down there. When I arrived the office was locked so I went around the side and got a head nod from a mechanic. After I waited for a bit, the same guy walks by and tells me it will be a few minutes before I could be helped. After about 30 minutes he comes back out with three 20 year old kids to pick out tires for their truck. I try to talk to him, he ignores me and walks back into his office. Comes out, ignores me again, then starts walking the complete opposite direction of me. I dont expect to be treated like royalty when I arrive to a business, but seriously 30 minutes without a simple Hi! Thanks for coming to my shop! Im sorry for the wait. Or anything for that matter. This was the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced, and I take cans in to recycle. Complete waste of time!

A lot of people do not know that this place is back in the corner so u can walk in and usually always have them start on your car without an appointment.

We like to give a big thank you to Mike and Daniel for going out of there way to help me..I am a disabled man and my daughters car had a flat tire had tow it home because lugs was stripped by another company. They took there time to come to my house get stripped lugs off and went back to shop put on a used tire came back with 2 new lug nuts all done in like a hour. Great people very reasonable prices. Again thank you we will not being going anywhere else for our tire needs...

All i can say is that they got the job done for a reasonable price and in a timely manner.

Called in advanced to get a quote and try to make an appointment. The person on the phone told me to come in in about 30 minutes, so i did. When I arrived the person doing alignments told me that its going to be an hour. I told him that i called and made an appointment but apparently that doesnt matter. I asked if i could come back in an hour and he insisted that I wait the entire hour or leave my car because he was leaving when the alignments were done, which doesnt really make sense to me but okay. In the end it was a big waste of my time, they told me to come back the next day. I told them, yeah id come back. But im not really coming back.

Horrible customer service I came on a thursday for an alignment and they said come back Monday because our special mechanic is not here. I came back they were working on a car they said youre next give me 20 minutes. They finished the car 40 minutes later I waited for them to call me 5 minutes then went to ask if I was next now. Then the same car came back and pulled in in front of me. Then the special mechanic said Ill do it quick to get you in give me 20 minutes, then his buddy came by and he got busy talking about his cars for 15 minutes then finally went back to work on the car by now I had been waiting an hour and a half. So i told them I was leaving and they said we almost done 10 more minutes. Are you kidding me? I left and will never come back to them they are a joke and their special mechanic. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else

The people that worked there were very courteous and efficient I will let all my friends know about them.

Shortly getting new tires at this place, my car developed really bad road noise. This shop was glad to try balancing and rotating the tires, but when that failed, they became very hard to get a hold of. That would not return phone calls, the only way to get in touch with them to come by the shop. At one point I was told that I would be given replacement tires, but that never materialized.On my final visit to the shop, five weeks and about six visits later, I was very curtly told to go get the road noise checked out at another affiliated tire shop. When I tried to ask how I was supposed to coordinate replacing my tires with the other shop, the employee, Alex, shouted at me that I was obstructing his exit, and that I was on private property, and needed to leave.I have never written a review before, but this shop is a menace to the public, and people need to be warned.

Happy with the service, went in with an air leak and found the problem right away, was out of there in 10-15 minutes. Great service.

Did what i needed to get done, but I’ll go somewhere else next time to save a little cash. $15 for a single tire mount and balance when every other small shops charges $8-$10.
